For a good ramen eat, this is the place! Definitely have reservations because this place gets packed. And for good reason! I got to enjoy the curry ramen but I added chicken karaage because I don't typically eat pork, and the added crunch was so delicious. The broth was very deep in flavor. Had layers of creaminess and flavor that I haven't been able to experience in other ramen spots. Totally worth it for a nice warm bowl of soup!

Tucked away in the heart of Edmond is a Japanese ramen spot that continues to impress, and my latest visit was no exception. I ordered the Ninikku Garlic Ramen alongside a side of Garlic Fried Rice, and from the very first bite, it was clear: this place knows how to deliver bold, satisfying flavor. The Ninikku Garlic Ramen is a garlic lover's dream. The broth was rich, aromatic, and deeply savory, with a punch of roasted garlic that balanced beautifully without overpowering. The noodles were al dente--springy and perfectly cooked--soaking up the broth while still holding their own texture. Each slurp was layered with umami, and the garlic permeated the dish in all the right ways, adding warmth and depth without overwhelming the palate. The Garlic Fried Rice was the perfect companion. Fragrant and well-seasoned, each grain was fluffy yet crisp in spots, showcasing the restaurant's skill in wok technique. The garlic came through again here--robust but never bitter--bringing out the natural sweetness in the rice and tying the whole meal together. This is the kind of food that stays with you--not just because of how it tastes, but because of how it makes you feel: comforted, satisfied, and already thinking about the next visit. If you're in Edmond and craving authentic Japanese flavor with a bold garlic twist, this ramen spot should be at the top of your list.

Our first Ramen in Edmond and it was delicious! My wife lived in Okinawa once upon a time and remembers the flavors well. Her meal brought back pleasant memories for her. We shared an order of Gyoza which was very good and not over cooked. My wife had the Ninniku Tonkotsu and I had the Tonkotsu classic. Both had tender pork slices easy to cut with chop sticks. The broth was rich and bursting with flavor. When we asked for chili, the server brought us a chili/salt mixture which reminded us of Tajin. She offered a spicier version which was perfect. The ambiance is laid back and fun. Several different anime programs were projected on the walls with indie rock as background music. The Japanese commercial metal signs were unique. Our server, Bianca, was awesome! She mentioned she had worked here 5 years which tells me management cares for their people. As first timers here, she walked us all the way from menu options (QR code or physical), app and entree options to payment at the table. We usually experience this level of service at a much higher price point. We will be back and bring some friends.

****PLEASE READ TILL THE END**** Not sure yet. This is one of those places who won't seat you until your whole party is here. So I'm sitting here waiting on my son while the rest of the restaurant fills up. I wonder if there's any other way that I could make my eating experience more convenient for management instead of catering to the customer. Customer service is really bad so far. I hope the Ramen is good. I will let you know. Ok, so the manager confronted me at my table about my review. So I told her I wasn't finished with the review. And to be honest, the food was sooo good that I'm editing my review to reflect the whole experience. Did I like having to sit and wait on a bench. NO!!! Would I do it again to get this Garlic Ramen and Garlic Rice?? YESSS!!! Hands down my favorite Ramen in OKC. So, that is as honest as it comes!!

Great place. Went with my wife and enjoyed the experience very much. Our server was great and the food was so good. The garlic fried rice was our favorite! I love the anime playing in the background as well!

Absolutely delicious ramen house here in Edmond, Oklahoma. Family friendly, and good for groups too. With excellent customer service, and a funrelaxing atmosphere this place hits all the high marks for why I love eating here. The menu offers several types of ramen, from curry to spicy miso, as well as items such as fried rice. The food comes out fast, hot, and mouth wateringly delicious. So, if you're in the mood for deeply flavorful ramen that melts away the Oklahoma cold... hit this place up ans give your belly what it wants--delicious ramen.

Took my little one to Tamashii Ramen after his sports training, and we really enjoyed it! He had the Japanese curry, which he absolutely loved -- it even reminded him of the curry we had back in Japan. The ramen was flavorful and satisfying, and the overall experience was great. Friendly service and cozy atmosphere -- a solid spot for comforting Japanese food!

I have been here many times and each time I am more underwhelmed unfortunately. The food is still ok but it is the atmosphere that really makes the meal uncomfortable. The music is so loud I can barely hear and even when putting in my AirPods on noise cancelling it's overwhelming. I always get the garlic rice and it was really good this visit but the ramen seems to be getting less flavorful every time I am here. Service was alright but the young kids working the day I went seemed pretty new. Lastly, I will always loathe the payment method they have of paying at the table while the server holds the payment tablet.

We came here for lunch and highly enjoyed it. Our server was quick to greet us and was bubbly. While we were placing our order, she recommended a "secret menu item" for my fried rice that involved mixing the fried chicken into the rice with a special sauce and QP mayo. It sounded really good so I went with it. We also got the garlic ramen and takoyaki. While we waited for the food to come out, we got to watch some anime that was playing on the TVs in the background. It was calm in the restaurant since they had just opened for the day which was ok with us. When all the food came out, it was delicious. Can't wait to come back!

    Yes.

Do they have a phone? I'd like to call and order takeout but there's no number listed.

They do not offer a takeout at this location yet. They just opened and it don't have the capacity staff wise to do that. However, they will offer that service once they have enough staff members.

The hanging wish cards, the wood accents, the little booth seating areas, even the lighting all work together. It is one of those places where you catch yourself looking around instead of just staring at your phone while you wait for food. Now the important part. The ramen. This was not some sad, watered down airport food court attempt at ramen. The broth was rich without being overwhelming, the noodles had the right bite, and everything in the bowl actually tasted like it belonged there. The pork was tender, the egg was perfect, and yes, I am now the kind of person who notices if an egg is done right. Even the little details were on point. Clean presentation, good portion sizes, and everything came out hot and fast without feeling rushed. The drinks were solid too, and I may or may not have been tempted to order a second round just to justify sitting there longer. Service was friendly and efficient, we had a fun time with our server. Nothing worse than great food and a weird vibe. Not the case here. If you are someone who thinks ramen is just instant noodles with better marketing, go here and let that belief die. I will absolutely be back. Probably sooner than I should be.

The ramen was not good or tasty to us, so we didn't order it again this time. My notes for last time was that the ramen was flavorless, and watery. This time, today, we ordered the Honeycomb Platter, Takoyaki, Chicken Wings (KBBQ), Pan-Fried Gyoza, and the Smashed Cucumber. Honeycomb Platter 10/10 - always good. Good flavor variety. My favorite is the shrimp. My girlfriends favorite is also the shrimp. Smashed Cucumber 7/10 - was not smashed like in photo. That's OK. Sliced cucumber with a chili vinaigrette. Fresh but a bit spicy. Takoyaki 5/10 - not the best we've had but we are picky. Good for people who are trying Takoyaki for the first time. Nice filling but lame flavor. Chicken Wings (KBBQ) 5/10 - 6 wings, half flats half drum. Tasty, but wing quality is just OK. Tangy KBBQ flavor. Medium crispness. Pan-Fried Gyoza 8/10 - yummy ! Not crispy on bottom but it was still pretty good. Pork inside is juicy and tender. Very cool presentation. We liked the variety of things we ordered this time, but could've done without the wings and extra Takoyaki, as the honeycomb platter comes with 2 balls. We sat upstairs in the honeycomb booths this time. Felt private enough but the acoustics made me feel like everyone could hear everything. Bright and quiet enough for a midday lunch today. Will probs be back another time for some other apps. Thanks

It was pretty hot when we went, and I really wanted to try the Birria noodles but it was just way too hot for brothy noodles right now. So I opted for the crab Rangoon nachos, which to be honest, was just okay. Wish there was a little more crab, and while the flavors were great I think it was a liiiittle too heavy handed on the spicy mayo. Place is super cute though! The kids didn't really care for it, as it lacked flavor even for a child so they all dumped soy sauce into their broth which they said helped. I ordered the same spicy chicken ramen, but presentation and flavor was completely different than the first time. There was way too much sesame seeds and fried garlic in my broth and the noodles were super hard. My ramen was pretty much hard noodles in a fried garlic and sesame seed chunky broth. I barely ate my ramen and gave all my noodles to my hubby. My hubby did not like his pork belly ramen at all. I think we both agreed we probably will stick to other ramen places, and only come here if we are invited by friends. Hoping they can make this place more consistent in the future.

I was hoping that the fried ones would be panfried on one side, not totally fried, but they were more on the fast foody "fried" side. The steamed ones were delicious. I had the Dan Dan noodles which were excellent and very satisfying. Normally I have to put extra sauce on noodle dishes to give it more flavor, but these were sufficiently tasty. My dad got the braised beef noodle, which was very light compared to other places, which is both a good and a bad thing. It was significantly less greasy, but also significantly less "explode your face" vibes. So depending on what type of braised beef noodle you prefer, you may or may not like this version. The chili oil potatoes were super addicting. I'd order them again. All in all, the place is very solid and worth a visit. I plan to come back and try the curry.
