As someone who lived in Korea for years while in the military this did not disappoint. Their Bulgogi was amazing, lots of great flavor, all of the add ins traditionally included and excellent portions. Korean Ramen is like no other ramen. Buttery noodles, large bowl, great flavors and the egg was a great addition. We got it mild but next time I would go with spicy. As our appetizer we got Dumplings. They were filled with great food, the dipping sauce was a savory flavor and all of this came out quickly. I had eaten at Bulgogi years ago and always remembered having good experiences with both the food and service, so my partner and I decided to come back for dinner. The food was good overall, although I felt it could have had a little more flavor than I remembered. We were attended to by two women--our main server, who took our order, and another woman who brought out our food and checked on us several times. Unfortunately, the way our visit ended left us very uncomfortable. My boyfriend paid for our meal, but the receipt did not have a clearly marked tip or gratuity section. Unlike most restaurant receipts, where there is a designated line for the tip followed by a line for the total, this receipt simply had a line with no clear indication that a gratuity was supposed to be entered there. Because of that, he misunderstood the receipt and paid the amount shown. As we were leaving, one of the women stopped me and told me, "He didn't tip," and then repeated, "He didn't tip." We explained that there was no clearly marked place on the receipt to leave a tip and that it was simply a misunderstanding. She then explained that they rely on tips as part of their income. We completely understand the importance of tipping. We have never made a practice of dining at a restaurant and not tipping our servers, and there was absolutely no intention to leave without doing so. Once we understood what had happened, we did leave a tip before we left the restaurant. My issue is not with tipping--it is with how the situation was handled. Had gratuity been included in the bill, or had the receipt simply contained clearly marked "Tip" and "Total" sections like most restaurant receipts, this misunderstanding likely would never have occurred. And even with the misunderstanding, a courteous explanation would have resolved it immediately. Instead, being stopped on our way out and repeatedly told that my boyfriend had not tipped felt uncomfortable, unprofessional, and disrespectful, particularly when it was an honest misunderstanding caused in part by an unclear receipt. I have had positive experiences at Bulgogi in the past, which made this especially disappointing. The food was good and we ultimately did tip our server, but the way the situation was handled at the end overshadowed the rest of our experience. Came in on a Fri for dinner. They were somewhat busy, with plenty of to-go's as always. We saw an ahjussi in the kitchen, but couldn't tell if he's the original one. We haven't see the elder ajumma in a long time, so we assume she's retired. Her food was the best, but now everything is okay. We got the Ugeoji Galbitang, and the meat from the beef short ribs fell off the bone, but the flavor was just okay. Hubs liked it better than I. The Galbi was good though. I've been here twice and both times I've been pretty impressed with the food. The kimbap is one of my favorites. I'm a sucker for it. The galbi is a classic dish but it's not the best here. It could use more seasoning. The soft tofu soup with seafood is good but I had to add more gochujang when I went home for more seasoning. The sides dishes are a classic but the kimchi here was a bit old and soft and more sour like it's been fermented longer than normal. The service was good for take out and eating in. It is good enough for Oklahoma but I'll go back to Dallas and eat in Carrollton for the legit amazing Korean food! read more

We loved it! First time there. The food was amazing! We both got the hot stone bulgogi bowl, fried dumplings, glass noodles and kimbap. Plus they give you all the sides (banchans) you can eat!!! I picked up Bulgogi Korean for takeout while in Edmond last week. The Kimbap and Bulgogi were both amazing. Portions generous and prices fair. When I called they were happy to take my order and when I arrived the staff was friendly. This is a short review but seriously Bulgogi Korean is amazing. Until last week, it's been a few years since I've been back at Bulgogi, and the food is still just as amazing as I remembered it to be. The seafood pancake continues to be my favorite menu item, and this time we tried the pork bulgogi rice bowl and the army stew. We've had the tteokbokki, bibimbap, and the soft tofu soup before as well. Everything is delicious, and I particularly enjoyed trying the army stew this time. OMG! The best Korean restaurant we have ever been to! Had the bulgogi - it was great. Husband had the Hot Stone Bowl bibimbap and has been raving about it all the way home. The noodles had a good consistency and were smothered in a savory black bean sauce. It was a bit saucy; maybe if they had given a little bit more noodles, then it would have been great. I am glad I gave this place a try! I get my hair done nearby and I was recently hungry after an appointment. To my surprise, this place was walking distance so I thought I would pop in for a quick post-hair appointment bite. The place is pretty clean and actually is fairly large inside. The menu was straightforward and had a decent amount of options. The food was pretty good. I LOVED their Kimchi Jeon (kimchi pancake). It was so large, crispy and packed with flavor. The sauce with it too... so good! I also got the Kimbap and Jajangmyeon. Everything was pretty spot on for me. The portions are pretty decent, so just keep in mind you'll probably want a to-go box. The service was also good, the servers were quick, kind and overall just lovely. Glad to now have a quick go-to Korean spot near my hair salon. Might just be my new haircut day ritual. read more

The food was a 8/10. It felt like something was missing from the dish but I couldn't tell what it was. I had a rice bowl with Bulgogi for $13.99 to go and felt that for the price the plate could have been a little more fuller. Some menu price photos from other reviews have changed so I was a bit sticker price shocked when i went during the lunch period for the bulgogi states as 8.99 or 9.99 but then I was told a different price and that prices have changed. Wished it was updated so i could have made a more informed purchase. The cashier/server was nice enough. The location is very clean outside and inside it's clean with nice decor that doesn't overwhelm while sitting at the tables or the booths. So overall a 3.8/4 for the small things I've mentioned. Try it out but don't expect a perfect 5 star experience without added costs/spending more. read more

This place is a pretty good fix for Korean food! The prices are a little high, but it isn't crazy bad. They do honor the traditional banchan (side dishes) that come along with every Korean meal, so I'd like to think that makes up for the price you pay. I've been here twice but so far I've been pretty pleased with the food! This time round I ordered the tteobokki and my friend had the beef bibimbap - they seasoned it pretty well, and the portion was pretty big. Tteobokki was made well too, and was definitely made to share. Only thing I could nitpick about was probably the last time I had the kimbap - despite huge portions I felt like it could definitely have been seasoned better.
