The portions were initially generous, but unfortunately, the chicken teriyaki was undercooked. The texture was unpleasant, and both my roommate and I agreed that it needed to be cooked considerably longer. My roommate has a medical condition that makes eating raw or undercooked food, especially chicken, particularly concerning. When we brought the issue to the staff's attention, their response felt cold and dismissive. They eventually agreed to take the chicken back and remake it, but when the replacement arrived, it was approximately half the original portion. At that point, we were hungry and didn't want to keep complaining, so we ate what was brought to us. However, paying nearly $20 for a combo plate that had to be sent back, only to receive a much smaller replacement, was extremely disappointing. The service overall felt unfriendly and impersonal. Nobody came by to check whether everything was okay after the replacement was served, and we were left feeling as though our concerns were an inconvenience rather than something worth addressing. It's unfortunate because we genuinely used to enjoy this restaurant. The prices have increased, but our experience with the food and customer service has gone downhill. We left feeling that we had wasted our money. We won't be returning, and based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend Crave Teriyaki.

They have several locations, but the Moore location is my personal favorite. If you're looking for consistently delicious sushi and excellent service, I definitely recommend giving them a try!
