Growing up in Georgia, I had Zaxby's before Cane's or any other chicken finger restaurant, so there's some sentimental value here, but I also genuinely believe it's very good. I love the fact that I can get chicken fingers AND wings here. The fries are incredible with the seasoning. The Coke Freestyle machine is really fun, but also the sweet tea is always good. The location in Norman closed, so I'm so glad at least we have this one in Moore. It can be a bit slow for a fast food restaurant, but everything always comes out fresh, hot, and correct. On my most recent visit yesterday, the employees I spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The manager passed by my table and asked if everything was good. It's never too loud or busy in here. Super friendly service and about the same drive thru speed as most fast food places. I had heard that their salads are awesome and I now agree! The southwest salad has roasted corn, cheese, tomatoes, tortilla strips, fried chicken snd comes with a slice of Texas toast. The fried chicken was warm, perfectly crunchy and really made the salad a great choice. The chicken was not dried out at all, that is difficult to accomplish with fast food! We stopped at this location because my son hadn't been to a Zaxby's in over 10 years. We were traveling from TX to KS. This location was SO clean, the employees were so friendly and respectful, and the food was very fresh tasting. More importantly, our order was correct the first time around! I decided to bring home some chicken for my other son, and staff went above and beyond when packing the order up for the drive home. They want to charge for extra sauces, then won't put a single one in the bag. Every single meal we ordered had a key piece missing, and even the strawberry lemonade was missing the strawberry. Best fast food customer service ever! I've been here multiple times and the food is always great. I've tried the chicken finger meal, chicken sandwich meal, as well as the cobb and house salad and they are all great meals. Today I came in and was immediately greeted by a happy staff member. Then I ordered and the cashier was so nice and helpful, when I asked about salad dressings. The food came up quick and was fresh. The cashier even remembered my name and asked if my food was good. i do not recommend this establishment. The service time could use some improvement and the wings i ordered were tiny and old/dry.

Every time we go through the drive thru, there is something wrong or missing. Tonight we got a salad with no dressing, sandwich with no sauce and 2 kids meals with no dipping sauce. Soggy fries and BURNT GREASE tasting chicken. We love Zaxby's and we always find one close every time we move (every 3 years or so) and this has been the WORST one yet. The drive thru workers always have terrible attitudes and smart mouths. Last time it was no sauce, no side of fries and EXPIRED chocolate milk for the kids meals. We will definitely be going to Canes or Chick Exp from now on until we find a new Zaxby's to go to. read more

Got to the paying window and was quoted FOUR (4) minutes for my food and was instructed to park to the side.
