I've patronized this business on several occasions. Recently the last two times the wait time through the drive thru has been unreasonably long. Luckily I had no where else to be both times, so I waited. Today I waited over 20 minutes total (I recorded from almost the time I got in line minus the first 3 minute's) for only one Classic Baked Potato & Med Sweet Tea w/ extra bacon bits and chives. Got home and all the potato had on it was a large amount of sour cream. Barely had any bacon bits and even less than you'd normally get plus it had no chives at all which I paid for extra in both. Not very happy paying the amount of money I did and not getting what I ordered. Hope the the drive thru time speeds up and the orders begin getting double checked for accuracy. I'll take a break from here and check back at a later time.

I used to get so excited to eat at City Bites but today's experience was underwhelming. There was no "life" to the store. City Bites used to be really different and the Moore store probably needs a revamp. Have a great playlist pumping music in the background or something. Our sandwiches were good, but to took 10 minutes to prepare them. Seems kinda long for a sandwich. I ordered my old favorite, the California Club and it was just meh. My son liked the Philly Cheese Steak and the bbq chips. The City Bites famous cookie cabinet called my name and all the cookies were very enticing, though I opted out because we were in a rush. If the District Manager reads this, please do something to bring this store back to life.

OMG...the best sandwich ever!! I was so glad to see they were still there, and my favorite sandwich was still on the menu. The California club is so delicious with the avocado and alfalfa sprouts. The bread is crispy but not dry. My husband had the chicken salad sandwich, and it was very good, as well. Their cookies are out of this world...the best snicker doodle I've ever had, and they're huge. All of the ingredients were so fresh. I soooooo wish we had a City Bites in Frisco!!

City Bites in Moore, OK was consistent with my visits to the 2 I've been to in OKC ... My favorite are the California Melt and Snickerdoodle cookie! My daughter will be moving away from OKC and I will really miss City Bites! They have THE BEST SNICKERDOODLE COOKIE I've ever had!!!

I waited about 20 minutes in the drive-through to get my sandwich. It took a long time last time. I was here too. Too slow for me.

Always tasty and pretty speedy if you go in. The drive through takes a little extra time in my experience.

Ordering was a little confusing for my first time. The ordering and payment stations are in two locations with one menu on the back wall. There's a topping station but I was already passed it by the registers and people were behind me, so in my unsureness I just ordered my sandwich as is. It was like that scene in Talledega Nights when he asks " I'm not sure what do with my hands..?" Just an experience of complete unfamiliarity, but the workers were patient and kind. I ordered the chicken salad and on the menu it says with provolone but now that I'm writing this I don't think I got the cheese with it. Maybe that had to be added in the topping station that I chose to bypass. But otherwise I got the mini size sandwich that was about 6 inches long on whole grain bread. The bread was toasted and really tasty, the chicken salad was good. I would order something different next time. I added baked chips for my side they also had voodoo chip options and there are also soups and salad options . Now that I know the ordering process I'll definitely be back to try another sandwich and a soup. With my large drink my total was just over $10. Very fair price for the quality and portions.

I ordered the bánh mì đặc biệt (special combination) instead of my usual thịt nguội based on their recommendation. I was a bit nervous since specials can vary, but it turned out great. The mix of meats worked really well, especially the dried shredded pork (pork floss). The pâté was flavorful and not too salty. My only complaint was the bread--it was a bit too flaky for my taste. I also tried the avocado smoothie, which I hadn't had in a while. It was fresh, creamy, and blended just how I like it. The staff even asked if I wanted any modifications and encouraged me to let them know next time. They also offer pre-made dishes, such as caramelized pork belly and crab noodle soup. Wish this place was closer--I'd definitely come back.

Have I mentioned how amazing the sandwiches and Vietnamese food is? SO SO GOOD! Home cooking style that is comforting, flavorful and inviting. The chargrilled pork sandwich is to absolutely the best, I love the other sandwiches but this one is my favorite, chock filled with goodies! The caramelized, catfish and lemongrass chicken are heavenly and paired with steam rice or the hot and sour vegetable soup is next level umami goodness! This place is a gem and one of the best in OKC surrounding areas for authentic Vietnamese and BANH MI sandwiches. Prices are awesome and the egg rolls are to die for. You won't be disappointed!
