If you're not going to serve quality potatoes all the way til closing, don't offer them the entire day. My husband didn't realize they were closing at 8, he arrive at 740 to pick up his online order. He ordered himself the California club and it was good, but my broccoli and cheese potato was terrible and I couldn't eat it. The potato had clearly sat all day and was microwaved, potato was dry and clumpy, and it was covered in a large amount of ranch dressing. I don't even care to eat this. Can't even hardly see the cheese because of of all the ranch dumped all over this. I don't care to order from here for a while. read more

Super easy access off HWY 35. Friendly staff. Clean interior. Fresh baked cookies looked great and tasted great! I ordered the Baja salad looking for something lighter, maybe healthy. It was a nice sized salad and fresh; however, they put hot chicken on top and closed the container, which just steams everything and gives you warm lettuce. So for me, if I was a regular here, I would just ask for my chicken on the side. Hubby ordered a sandwich and that tasted great. For me, I would definitely order the sandwich or wrap next time. read more

I love City Bites and the last few times I've been have been to the Norman or the 122nd location. I grabbed lunch today at the Moore location to bring home for my husband and myself and these are the saddest filled sandwiches I've ever had from this establishment. Barely anything inside them. I ordered my husband the Fleetwood and this thing was 90% bread. I also asked for extra pickles on my sandwich and there were 2. Just an all around disappointing experience today unfortunately. I can understand the employees perspective of not necessarily caring, but I'm spending my hard earned money on this sandwich can you put some love into it please? read more

I've patronized this business on several occasions. Recently the last two times the wait time through the drive thru has been unreasonably long. Luckily I had no where else to be both times, so I waited. Today I waited over 20 minutes total (I recorded from almost the time I got in line minus the first 3 minute's) for only one Classic Baked Potato & Med Sweet Tea w/ extra bacon bits and chives. Got home and all the potato had on it was a large amount of sour cream. Barely had any bacon bits and even less than you'd normally get plus it had no chives at all which I paid for extra in both. Not very happy paying the amount of money I did and not getting what I ordered. Hope the the drive thru time speeds up and the orders begin getting double checked for accuracy. I'll take a break from here and check back at a later time. read more

I used to get so excited to eat at City Bites but today's experience was underwhelming. There was no "life" to the store. City Bites used to be really different and the Moore store probably needs a revamp. Have a great playlist pumping music in the background or something. Our sandwiches were good, but to took 10 minutes to prepare them. Seems kinda long for a sandwich. I ordered my old favorite, the California Club and it was just meh. My son liked the Philly Cheese Steak and the bbq chips. The City Bites famous cookie cabinet called my name and all the cookies were very enticing, though I opted out because we were in a rush. If the District Manager reads this, please do something to bring this store back to life. read more

OMG...the best sandwich ever!! I was so glad to see they were still there, and my favorite sandwich was still on the menu. The California club is so delicious with the avocado and alfalfa sprouts. The bread is crispy but not dry. My husband had the chicken salad sandwich, and it was very good, as well. We were moving and decided last minute to order for about 25 people. we called on May 8th and got the most amazing guy to take our order. I wish I wrote his name down. We asked if we could order a sandwich tray, wrap tray and cookie tray to be ready in about 1 1/2 hours. He said I can absolutely do that but it can be ready in about 30 minutes too! I wasn't the one to pick it up but wanted to send our review to give this guy and their entire team some much loved appreciation! what fantastic customer service and the food was amazing! those cookies were so fresh we ate everything. just want to show our appreciation for fantastic service and food. Food is good, tasty fresh. Staff is friendly. Yes, it's a bit slow at the drive through, but that's how you know they're making your meal fresh for you. You can call your order in ahead to speed up the waiting if you don't want to wait as long, or go to McD's where it's faster and their quality shows it. read more

Wow! This place was great. We stopped on an impulse after buying gas on a road trip back to Houston. We had the Turkey Melt. Italian Sub, Tuna Salad sandwiches & the Mesquite Chicken Baked potato. The sandwiches were all very good. The baked potato was excellent & super hot. We all recommend the baked potato as we all tried it!! Several reviewers also recommended the cookies so we got a Chocolate Chip cookie & a Frosted Snickerdoodle cookie. They were both amazing!! read more

Don't laugh. We were getting gas next door and knew we'd be on the road for another few hours and could see this drive thru from our gas pump. We pulled over and got in line and didn't even know what restaurant we were at! I'd been to a City Bites long years ago in Oklahoma and remembered it fondly. Since we didn't know where we were at the time, I just ordered the first thing on the menu... a 6" turkey with provolone. We pulled around and waited and waited and waited and waited. The people in front of us had a car full. It didn't seem like a huge order, but it took about 10 minutes for them to get their food and drinks. We seriously almost pulled out of line. Finally, it was our turn at the window and we had to wait for them to make our sandwich that we were going to share. I think only 2 people were working in the store at about 1 pm. Well, we got on the road with our little snack and it was a great sandwich. We don't have City Bites near home, but it was a good sandwich. read more

Love City Bites. Hate the hours. Especially at this one. Tonight we got dinner there. They close at 8, we got there at 7:20, and they were out of the first 3 types of cookies that I requested, and baked potatoes. I don't know if that's what I get for arriving so late or what. This can't be a regular occurrence because we eat here fairly often and it has never happened before. My son and I went bc we usually love going to CityBites but not on this day. We made our order and I was shocked at how much the prices went up for just a kiddy city meal and two tacos it was over $16! We paid and chose our seat. We were the only ones there except for another lady and her two children. We waited and waited, after 25 min I went up to inquire on our meal and was told it was up in the window bay and almost ready, and also advised the drive through was backed up and was what was causing the delay. No biggie so I went back to my seat BUT as I was returning the kid behind the counter said, loudly, "I bet there's not a wait at McDonald's... oh that was probably inappropriate of me to say," I couldn't believe the audacity of this guy. I turned and said 'yeah, that was most definitely inappropriate and if we wanted McDonald's we would of gone to McDonald's' and so now I'm making this review. Thanks to the kid and his big mouth. I didn't get the guys name but he barely looked old enough to work there and he definitely needs a tutorial in how customer service works. We won't be returning sadly. Prices were WAY to much for the little amount we received and if this is the way customers are treated I'd rather spend my money elsewhere to a different locally owned business. read more

This place sucks. I was honestly digging City Bites because Ive never tried it and i decided to today and i was so disappointed , i pull up to the front window and he tells me $17.56 i hand him my card and he hands me my credit card back and then he gave me my soda incorrect i ordered 2 drinks 1 coke and 2 dr.pepper . He then handed me my drinks and i tried them and they were not CARBONATED AT ALL! He grabs my food then hands it to me and tells me to have a good day (keep in mind he hasn't asked if i wanted my receipt) then i ask for new soda and told them they had gotten 1 of my drinks wrong and that they weren't carbonated they then "corrected" the drinks and then gives me a coke and dr.pepper that is NOT carbonated again! I was so feed up i just drove off but i will NEVER go back there again. read more

After many tries from my coworkers, I finally decided to try the california melt. My coworkers love city bites and their food. I'm not a huge turkey person, so I subbed the turkey for chicken. I ordered their "norm" which is california melt on sun-dried tomato sub chicken. Bread was soft and slightly toasted on the outside. The mix of chicken, avocado, onions, chipotle mayo, and tomatoes mixed perfectly well. I've gotten their chicken tacos once, which I enjoyed. Slightly overpriced, I believe it was around 3 dollars for the taco? It reminded me of the cali club inside a corn tortilla. Don't forget to grab a soft pumpkin cookie while you're insidE! read more

Love City bites' food. I used to work for them and they are not very good employers unless you're a kid that wants to make minimum wage and get 15 hours per week . Recently moved to Moore and got my fave- a turkey melt on everything wheat with onions and olives added- and it was sooooo good. The girl who was at the drive thru window however was extremely rude. I thanked her for my drink and food and she just looked at me and slammed the window shut. Very rude. Sammy is a manager and she's super nice though. read more
