Amazing staff, with food that is impossible to make better of faster. Absolutely amazing.

The food is pretty good, but I wouldn't recommend that you get an online order if you are expecting to get it on time. They don't do a good job of estimating when you order will be ready, or inform you of a delay. I feel bad for the over worked staff. You can see that they are going as fast as they can, but are improperly staffed to deal with the lunch time rush. I have waited almost 40 minutes, past the estimates ready time. Stood in line while no one else was in the restaurant for 10 minutes before I was acknowledged, all the while 3 employees were talking amongst themselves and ignoring me. We really enjoy this place. We were introduced to JM back when we lived in North Carolina, 12 years ago. They slice the meat and cheese fresh. The tuna fish is made fresh everyday. This is the hands down best deli sandwich ever. And yes I know that is laughable since this is technically a chain.... but WOW. The trick is to order cold sandwiches, not hot. Any hot sandwich I've had from here like a Philly cheesesteak hasn't been great. I get a giant club sub mikes way. Mikes way is the special secret!! I am super picky and usually hate things on my sandwiches, but this gives it a unique flavor thats special to Jersey Mikes. I LOVE Jersey Mike's Subs. My complaint is this specific location only. I have been to this location 3 times in the last couple of months, but today was the last time. We are in the middle of a pandemic. The infection rate is on the rise. There are a couple of guys in here that WILL NOT wear a mask. I was told it's because they wear a beard mask. REALLY? I'm worried about not getting COVID 19 - not a beard hair. Why cant their mask cover both. Today, the guy with no mask reached up in the middle of slicing my meats, pushed up his glasses and rubbed his face with his gloves, then went back to slicing my meat with his contaminated gloves. REALLY?!?! I'M DONE HERE! I have an 81 year old mother who I am a caretaker for. You have an obligation to NOT contaminating my food. I come in wearing a mask, with hand sanitizer and maintaining my distance from you all. I would appreciate the same consideration from your store employees. In addition, this is the second time I asked for my sandwich to be made Mike's Way, but got no oil and vinegar. In addition, this location charges a good deal more for their sandwiches than other Jersey Mike's who make them better. I see I am not the only complaint about their poor adherence to sanitary rules. Not sure what the 1-3 star reviews are about but don't be naive this place right along with the food is awesome like always. My wife and I eat here every Mike's way Wednesday and the store is always clean when we're here and the employees are always polite and respectful. Whenever everything is made fresh it is better. We have all been to the sub shop that everything is pre-cut meat instead of fresh cut. The only place in Moore I go for a sub. I like to order my sandwiches Mike's Way, eat half now and save the other half for a few hours later. The sandwich absorbs all of the flavors from the oil and vinegar and that makes the second half so much better than the first. The only issue sometimes is that the bread gets soggy when you save it. Still very tasty though. Service has always been courteous and they honor coupons. read more

Jersey Mike's is hands down my favorite place to eat. And Moore used to be my favorite location when the manager was different. I get off work at 7:30 pm. I went to 2-40 JM and they were out of wheat bread. Call Moore JM and they said they were out of wheat bread at 8:45 pm. A man answered the phone & said that he would make me a wheat flatbread sandwich, but I better hurry cause they were closing. I got there & the man said that I was almost late (2 minutes til close...so yeah that's true) and he was about to trash the sandwich. I joked and said or you could have eaten it and he said, "no thank you. I don't want it." He looked disgusted and was rude. Fast forward to this past week. I show up at the Moore JM location at 8:30 and they were out of wheat bread. I was ticked. White bread makes me sick to my stomach. I asked the sales associate why they keep running out of bread and he said, "It's our hottest seller." The manage just watched and said nothing until later. I said, "Well if it's your hottest seller then you should make more." He said, "We always run out but we aren't allowed to make more cause it will mess up our numbers." Now I am in customer service and if your customers are needing something you fix it because without your customers you have no store. The sandwich maker then said, "Well we could have made you two wheat sandwiches on a mini that equals a regular. Oh sorry, she already started your sandwich." Really? Seriously? You can throw that meat on two minis? But no one did. I began to walk out and the female sandwich maker whispered to me, "You are not wrong." This was while the sandwich maker and manager were in the back. I left with my white bread sandwich. Then went back in and complained to the manager. He said absolutely nothing. Nothing other than nod. I told him I'm in customer service and Google reviewer and that I will complain of their lack of customer service and poor management. The manager? He said nothing. At all. I left. This is now my least favorite Jersey Mike's. I am a loyal customer. I have reward points, the texts,, and the app. And this is just plain wrong to not service your customers. I recall when JM had some of the best customer services, but it's going downhill and I am writing this because I am a huge fan of this restaurant and I want it improved. :( read more

First of all, I was born & raised in Edison, NJ and had had a sub shop about 75 yards away from my house called "Mike's Sub Shop". They were the best subs I've ever had in my life and the standard by which I've always judged sub sandwiches. He closed his doors in the mid/late 80's and I've never found a sub as good until 2009 when I first moved to Oklahoma from Germany and a new co-worker took me to Jersey Mikes on Air Depot. I was instantly attracted to the name, for it brought back memories of my favorite sandwich. I got the #2 Jersey Shore and when I saw them load on the lettuce, tomato, onions, oil and vinegar I knew I was in for a treat. I became a regular customer instantly! This location in Moore had been extremely reliable... Three visits and eleven excellent sandwiches later, these folks earned a great review and two bug thumbs up along with the five stars. If you don't like their subs more than ANY other chain sub shop, then you sadly don't really know what a sub sandwich is supposed to be! read more

I love jersey mikes. They offer a great product at a competitive price. This review is specifically about this location. I went in today and the guy makings sandwich took his gloves off to ring the person up in front of me and then continued to make my sandwich with no gloves. He stuck his hand in the bacon dish and then finished my sandwich. If the employees of this location will so blatantly break this major food handlers rule 2 feet from my face, what are they doing that I can't see? This is the second time this has happened. First off let me start by saying this Jersey Mike's does not even deserve a star. Trying to celebrate a very special occasion, I placed a pick up order the day before our big event. The day of the event I sent my runner to pick up our "already placed" order to find out that one , they lost it and two, they wouldnt even take the time to make it while my runner was in the store. They said it would take over an hour to make up to 10 cold subs? Seriously? So, I called the store to speak to the man whom i placed my order with the day before (AKA THE MANAGER) and the man on the other side of the phone HUNG UP ON ME. I tried calling back several times in an attempt to handle the situation. Needless to say we DID NOT receive any type of service from this location.
