We will NEVER give this location our business again. We tried to come and eat around 730, asked for a booth because we have 2 small children with us. They said they can't give us a booth (SEVERAL empty clean booths available) because it would "mess up" their rotation. She walks us to the back side of the restaurant, which had an odd smell, and tries sitting us at a HIGH TOP. She said "Will this work for you?" I said "This?!" My husband said we have small kids! I was so fed up that they not only wouldn't let us have one of their many empty booths, they tried sitting us at a high top. She tried Giving us a nearby lower table but if you can switch us from high top to table, why can't you give us a booth? We turned around and left. You lost our business for good. read more

They were pretty dead when I popped in for lunch after work on a Thursday. The staff was pretty loud which would normally annoy me, but today I was by myself and they weren't interrupting any conversation I had going on. Plus, they were excited about decorating for Christmas. The waitress took awhile to get to the table. The lady that seated me didn't tell her she had a table. I ordered a salad and wings and asked for my salad to come out first. It did then 2 minute's later my wings came out. So they sat there and got cold while I was eating my salad. Took awhile to get my check. The waitress was nice enough. We chatted for a bit. This place could really use a remodel and a better ventilation system in the bar so you can't smell the smoke inside the restaurant. read more

**edited** My son's vehicle was broken into in the parking lot. His school laptop, cap and gown and everything in his backpack taken. he called to ask if they had a video cameras in the parking lot. He was put on hold for 20 minutes no one ever came back so he called back again. They told him the manager did not want to talk to him. They told him this happens all the time and there's nothing they can do. the person on the phone would not tell us if they had video cameras in the parking lot. I would highly recommend not going there if cars are broken into all the time. Does not sound like a safe place. And they really do not care to even talk to you. As a business owner I would be concerned about the safety of my parking lot. I understand they cannot control everything. But refusing to speak with someone and being completely uncaring at all about what happened is not very good customer service. I edited this review and changed the rating after receiving multiple calls from corporate. They were disappointed with their staff's actions and advised the steps they were taking to ensure they were better trained to handle these situations. read more

I went with family on a night where there was relatively little going on in sports, and we stood for quite a few minutes at the door before we were seated, and yet the restaurant was almost empty. It then took another ten minutes for us to get water, and then we waited ten more minutes and didn't see our waiter by which point we had had enough. We left without ordering and didn't go back for almost a year. Then, me and some cousins went to watch UFC fight night at the same resteraunt. I knew what to expect and didn't think it would be different, but this time, we at least got food. The food was not worth the long wait. It was very salty and did not live up to my standards of a good wing. The sauce was under seasoned and had little flavor. This is a resteraunt I would not recommend. Did NOT check up on us after bringing our food, had a cold shoulder attitude, & forgot to put in our order. We didn't get refills, until we asked at the VERY END with our check. I wish I could say it was busy, but she only had 3 tables. One being my girlfriend & I, another couple, and 2 grown men. I ordered a classic chicken wrap with boneless chicken, lemon pepper sauce, and no tomato; I even asked as politely as I could for it to be read back to me because I've had so many issues in the past and it was read back correctly. When we came to pick it up, they give us a buffalo chicken wrap drenched in ranch with extra tomatoes and the other order was completely wrong/soggy too so we took the bag back in and asked for it to please be fixed. The woman asked us multiple times what we wanted and the remake wrap I got had no lemon pepper sauce, old/cold chicken and I watched the cook squirt lemon juice over the chicken and throw it in the box. Last three experiences I've had here have been the worst ever and I typically highly recommend this place to anyone because it's normally the best one in the area. Quality Challah bun had nice chew and flavor. Toppings fresh and built to accompany the beef and cheese not overpower it. Patties smashed on the flattop then seared perfectly, beef light pink inside, juicy not greasy, then smothered in two ooey gooey slices of American cheese. Each bite was so buttery and delicious I didn't even care it was a bit light on seasoning. It reminded me of a Wisconsin butter burger or a Freddy's steakburger done better. Kudos on caring enough to serve a properly fresh burger and cooking it right. Too bad the "game time" half priced promotion just ended. It's now regularly priced at $10.89 with a heaping side of fries. My 4 star review may not amount to a hill of beans considering my singular off-hours experience. But we really had a nice meal. Today I tried the mozzarella sticks and they were good. The marinara was average, and I would have preferred a larger container. The one it came in was quite small and made it a little difficult to dip. The fries are great, especially dipped in Ranch and their Chipotle Ranch sauce. They also have very good Root Beer. It was okay. I was very unaware that we would have. 30 minute wait on a Sunday for a lunch date (something different) type of date. We went they had a wait. And instead of waiting there was open seating in bar area... I am from Missouri/Kansas..you can't smoke in restaurants...here I'm Moore Oklahoma that's not the case. It was super smoke filled and because my spouse was hungry we stayed. Our clothes suffered and so did our eyes and lungs. You can smoke in the bar area...but no cigar or pipe smoking. Never been to the Moore location, and will never go back. One star for being seated quickly and that's all the positive I can give. The waiter got our food order wrong and when our food was brought out 30 mins later, it was mildly warm. For the price you pay, you would think food would come out at least hot to the touch. Most recently we tried to remedy the situation when picking up and there was no salsa with our chips and salsa and we were yelled at from the kitchen that "it is extra for sides". Upon arrival i tell them my order and they bring it out to me fairly quickly and of course I always inspect my food before I leave. This time as soon as I opened up my food it looked like I had ordered from Taco Bell a crunch wrap supreme the kid behind the register quickly saw my face and said "yeah I don't know who's wrapping these like this but do you want me to have them re-wrap it?" without missing a beat I said that would be great because how am I supposed to eat this, like a hamburger? it wasn't even cut like it supposed to be. Sooooo A couple minutes later he comes back and he opens it and sees that something is wrong with it and takes it back to the kitchen. So I turn to my husband and said I wondered what happened. when he comes back a second time and he's like here you go how is this? I mean it was wrapped? I said, "I guess that'll do, I didn't know that I was a building my own wrap here." so I asked him for extra lettuce because I noticed that they barely put any lettuce in it as he left I inspected it further and found that my tortilla was torn! so I told my husband and said, "Wow they didn't even check the tortilla... how am I supposed to eat this?" Then come to find out I have this big huge chunk of what looks like a onion but I know it's a part of the lettuce that is not edible in it as well... so I have this really terrible chicken wrap that I am supposed to eat they hand me the lettuce and I said can I also get a new tortilla and he's like yeah that's what's in the second box I was like OK great, mind you the manager is walking back-and-forth and not once does the manager come to see what is happening which upset me even more so I just took my food and left when I got home and I was getting ready to transfer the insides of the tortilla into the brand new tortilla that they gave me only to find out that the tortilla was cold. Now I'm even more mad because now not only do I have to fix my chicken wrap now I also have to cook my tortilla what if I was staying in a hotel and I didn't have a stove available this truly upsets me if I could give them a zero star I would but do not recommend this place they don't know what they're doing good luck to them read more

I would never recommend this place. This dirty, smells like old wet rags that have been sitting there for months. Food comes out similar to getting boiled chicken slathered with sauce. This means it's rubbery yet moist. No crunch. I've never had this experience at any BWW but seems like majority of them are declining in food. I have been here multiple times, but this is the first time I've been here after joining Yelp. Usually, the service is great. I don't know if it was because I was being serviced by high school females, because I was with a handsome male, or because the girls were just tired - maybe a combination of all three. I was treated as a customer that walked in the door just minutes before they closed, although they didn't close for another 3 hours. We left probably at least half an hour before I normally would have because terrible customer service just makes for a terrible mood. And tip, in my opinion. Although the place was all but dead, we had to wait for one of the 3 employees standing near the front to notice us so that we could be seated. They didn't feel like working, so they just stared at us until the hostess walked back from the bathroom. She asked, "Two?" and then promptly turned and walked to a booth against the wall, set the menus down, and walked off without saying another word to us. Normally I don't care where I sit, but their flat wooden benches are a pain in my ass - literally. The waitress finally showed up to our table to take our orders, but had a hard time listening to what we were saying and answering out questions. I had to get up to ask for a to-go box, which was thrown onto the table upon delivery, and again to ask for our check. The waitress asked me and my husband for our ID's which I have to mention they are real. We give it to her and my ID its a Mexican and my husbands its from Texas. She gave my husband a green light and she told me she would have to verify mine for some reason talking about a "new policy" which I didn't mind and I asked her if she wanted to see another form of ID cause I had my Passport with me to what she replied asking if it was a "US Passport" which obviously it isn't and she said it wouldn't work. I dont know if im just doing too much but i got really ofended cause what does it has to do where my ID its from if you just needed to verify my age to sell me alcohol. This place is overall poorly managed. There's always girls standing around doing nothing (from what I can see). I've ordered take out a couple times, and the girls that work take out are always seemingly too busy to get your food, yet I'll look over and see 10 workers standing and talking. I went in the other day to pick me food up and there was a take out line out the door and yet only one girl helping, and it was barely. They never give you utensils unless you ask (which seems bizarre because it's a TO GO order), and I always pay for ranch online yet they never give it to me unless I remind them. I reminded the girl and she dropped my ranch into the bag and it spilt everywhere. Then, once I got my food I rushed to my car to eat it because I was starving, and the box was COVERED in sauce. It got all over my car. The whole experience was super annoying. I've also heard from friends that the servers are always really rude, and one of my friends has gotten cussed out by a server in the past. Overall not a good experience. Growing up in Michigan and Bdubs being as common as Mcdonalds, then moving to California where the closest one was over an hour away made me so happy when I saw this location on my drive into town. I love Bdubs, the wings are amazing. So after finally living in Norman for a couple days I made the husband take me here. Needless to say I was not disappointed. We tried two of there limited time flavors, spicy jalepeno and the asian curry one. We were not let down. the flavor explosion of the asian curry one was kind of orgasmic in your mouth. lol. Buffalo Wild Wings is already a complete rip off, but this location takes the crown for "Worst BWW in the World." We visited on a Saturday night. The place was pretty crowded, but usually it is at anytime. We waited for an hour and a half for four orders of wings and two orders of fried. An hour and a half. When the wings arrived, they were all cold as were the fries. We sent them back and got a new order within 5 minutes. Even though the first time it took an hour and a half. I sent a complaint to the manager, and he refused to admit that this happened and claimed that I was making it up. What a horrible manager, location and company.
