Service isn't so great here...Only had good service once or twice out of like 10 times going. I only go on Tuesdays or Thursdays for the cheaper wings. Drinks are okay as well, but it's good to come here for late eats since most places close around 9 or 10. read more

Walked in and noticed the hostess was wearing her mask below her mouth and on her chin. Noticed multiple other waitresses and cook not wearing their mask properly. Witnessed the hostess informing another guest "you don't have to wear that" as the guest walked from the bathroom back to their table attempting to put their mask on. I will not be ordering takeout from this establishment until the pandemic is over. read more

Food: 1/5 Service: 1/5 Cleanliness: 1/5 Decor & Style: 2/5 First, see my BW3 South OKC review here http://www.yelp.com/user_details_review_search?q=wild+wings&userid=-gN7r8iOBKGeh4LJkn2QeQ This place in Moore is identical! This place smell's like wet mop! Just like the SW OKC location. In addition, we had a server that was very slow and gave us the whole "sorry I have wayy too many tables" spiel. That's on management always stacking their servers. Again, I go here because friends pick this place, I sure wouldn't! 2/5 star because the wing sauce is not too bad, otherwise an easy 0 star place. All other foods I tasted were subpar as well. 2/5 star for decor because they have multiple TVs and is beneficial for sporting events, however this place (all locations) look outdated (1990's sports bar look). read more

Absolutely worst eating experience I've ever had. Walked in and could barely breath from the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. Then I walked into the bathroom and was disgusted. Totally unclean. Walked out and waited for a hostess to greet us. Instead, I stood there while a group of staff stood around completely ignoring us. Then we were seated at one of the only "clean" tables (mind you, there were only two other groups of people eating). Next to our table was a trash can and broom. Glad we could stare at that and all the unclean tables around us. Then our waitress couldn't remember anything we asked for and rarely came to our table. The list goes on. Anytime I've been to this location I've had a horrible experience. DONT recommend and WONT be coming back. (This experience happened before COVID) read more

Great wings, HUGE TVs, friendly staff, good beer selection.... This is my go-to meal when I don't know what I'm craving. SO DELICIOUS. read more

Well was not to happy the place was really dirty and the table they sat us at was not cleaned the seat and table had wing sauce all over it. The service was horrible she was rude and did not even ask if we needed anything just took our order and we got our appetizer and food all at once not cool. The food was cold and bland the reason I gave a one star is because the pretzel appetizer was good. I don't recommend this place ! read more

So,my buddy suggested we go here, said they have a good happy hour, but didn't know exactly what it entailed,so I call up here to find out.A girl answers the phone, and I ask if they have a happy hour, she says no,then I was like, are u sure?then she has to ask someone, then she comes back and says, yes,we have a happy hour,so I said, what does that entail? She said,oh,let me find out that. Then, someone who knew what they were talking about got on the phone, she told me everything about it.I should've just took that whole experience as an omen, but my buddy really wanted to go,so we went, got "greeted" by the girl that doesn't seem to care if we're there or not.so my buddy asks for the happy hour menu, trash by the way,he gets a tall bud light,I get a coors light, both flat,he gets the chicken sandwich, which looked good, with a salad,I hit the nachos, because how can u mess up nachos?right?well it looked like they had been sitting there a while, because the queso was dark and cold,I didn't complain because it was my buddy's idea to come here,so I just dug in,ate maybe half of it,I was hungry, and gave up,horrible experience,I'll never go back read more

I started going to BWW for discount wing night in college. Now, I go almost every Friday with my coworkers to enjoy the lunch special. BWW has top notch service and great food! They are wonderful about accomodating order variations, such as asking for half wings with one sauce and half with another. Between the service and food, I love this place. I know it's a great sports bar as well, however I don't utilize the restaurant for those puposes. It gets only 4 stars, because I once ordered a mixed drink that was terribly watered down and awful tasting. They DID replace my drink, but the replacement was equally disgusting. I didn't complain a second time, because I knew it wasn't my waitresses fault at all. read more

I'm not very happy with my experience at all tonight. Me and two of my friends came to buffalo tonight and waited in line for 15-20 minutes just to be helped. A lady comes up to us and asked us to leave because we smelled like marijuana. We made it very clear to her that we don't smoke and she still proceeded to kick us out. There were people behind us in line that it could've been as well and we didn't smell marijuana at all while we were there. I decided to call and speak with a manager after I left because I had felt very disrespected after being kicked out of a restaurant for the first time. It was the same girl who kicked us out and she said we filled up the building with the smell of marijuana and was very rude over the phone. This was really disrespectful and I don't understand how a business can kick a person out because they THINK someone is under the influence. This is poor business and I hope they get better. read more

Great service! Even though I ordered take out, the girls up front were very friendly. I always went to another location but I will be coming here more often. Clean and sports friendly environment. Typical Buffalo Wild Wings but one of the better ones I've been to. read more

We used to love this place and ordered to go almost weekly and then about 4 months ago (maybe?) something changed. They used to be so fast and always accurate and could get our two person order out in like 15 min, cause we ordered ahead. Now we have ordered to go 4 times in a row and showed up about 25 min after it was placed, and was told they were too busy and didn't start making it until you got there. We have waited over an hour the last 2 times... Then when customers get pissed, the manager hands them their food within 1 min. So it's like they will do the right thing when the customer complains but not just to do their job correctly all of the time. read more

Getting here early for lunch at 11:00 is the key. The waitresses are all very attentive and always on top of refills and getting me a to go drink before I leave. The food comes out the right temperature. The manager always seems to be walking around checking on customers. They have food to good and it is decent but not near as good as eating it in the restaurant. I always get the boneless wings so I don't branch out much here. Good food, good service, good atmosphere to meet with friends or watch sports. read more

I don't understand the bad rating this BWW has on here. I've been going to this bar for 13 years and never have had a bad experience. The staff is always really nice and cool. I love the bar! It's definitely one of my favorite bars in Oklahoma. The food is always good and quick. Always a good time here! read more

One of the few places in the city of Moore it get wings. Host was very quick to take us to a table, and when I mean quick he ran and we had a hard time keeping up. Just dropped the menus off at the table and vanished. Waitress was good, but was more worried about helping her friend that was sitting behind us get a job. Food was okay, seamed to get cold quick. read more

I'm a regular here - Mainly for the food most of the time getting it to go. There has been multiple times I have left notes on my tip tab for the Waiter/Waitress with the service being downright awful. The worst being having a waitress come back notice our empty cups and come back every 10 minutes saying sorry, sorry, sorry. If you were sorry the first time - it would have been fixed. They were not busy at all at the time. The service just needs some work as it is usually much younger first time waiters/waitress. read more

Go to another one! All them TVs they didn't offer tp put it on the game I wanted to see when I asked and the last time I went in when I got off work around 9 I went to the bar area sat down over 10 mins no one came to take my order so I left went and asked to be seated in the lobby and told them why same thing happened after 10 mins I left read more

This is the second time I got this BWW and the food takes too long to get to me and it gets to us cold ...this time I wait for 30 mins and the manager tells us the ticket just got out in and it's ganna take another 35 mins just a waste of time read more

The service was absolutely horrible. We weren't greeted when we came in. When we asked for a booth so it was easy just to slide our car seat in they told us it wasn't available and there were 3 that we saw open. Our server that never gave us his name but every time we said anything wether ordering or asking for a refill he looked confused. Food was okay. Establishment was dirty and a lot of servers standing around talking. ‍ we will go to a different location next time. read more

I have been to this location numerous times when they were completely full with no problems. Today Saturday, March 18th, when my wife and I went for lunch at 1:15 there were only 3 booths and 4 tables with people not including the bar area. We got two teas with limited ice as soon as we ordered. It took 25 minutes to get one adult beverage from the bar. At 2:15 we finally got our food which consisted of a buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and brisket street tacos. When I asked about the delay the waitress said she didn't know and it wasn't her fault, probably because she had been busy earlier watching the Host play a crane game. Our food was mediocre and the brisket was tough and dried out. My wife asked why her tacos were served with French fries instead of tortilla chips and salsa as indicated on the menu. The waitress replied fries came with everything and chips and salsa would cost extra. She left and then immediately returned with the check which we paid and left. It appeared there wasn't any supervision on this side of the restaurant. Odds are we will not return to this location for quite some time, if ever. read more

Not entirely happy with Buffalo Wild Wings in Moore! 1st problem is with their app. Tried to order using a reward certificate but you cannot use it without a credit card or gift card. If you have cash then you are SOL! Not acceptable. Also after ordering food with 30 minute time quoted it took over 10 minutes past the time for food to be ready. Seriously considering using Wing Stop in the future! Also check-in function will not work at this location! After getting home with food the fries were cold. Not a happy camper! read more

Saturday night at 7pm. 45 minute wait for two people. There are over 20 people waiting for tables, I see at least 19 open tables. Really?? Not sure if it's worth the wait. Looks very disorganized and dirty. We will see. Obviously management is lacking. I wish I could attach a picture. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings - Empty tables. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Moore, Oklahoma

The dining experience was sub par at best. The place was packed, but that is no excuse for what I experienced. At the beginning of dinner I was given a menu that stuck together and clearly wasn't clean, then I was given a plastic knife and fork because they ran out of clean silverware, followed by a total of 6 tables surrounding me that went uncleaned for 30 minutes, lastly the naked chicken tenders were undercooked and very pink. I expected better from them considering the great service I have gotten at other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants. On a positive note the waitress had a great attitude. read more

I'm struggling to find out why this location has such abysmal reviews. I came on Tuesday, was seated promptly, ordered, and my wings and drink were delivered quickly. My wild traditional wings tasted like they usually do; so far no problems with service or quality control. For what it's worth I think it's perfectly fine as far as BWW goes. read more

I love BWW. That being said, this place has the worst customer service and management I have ever seen. The wait times are ridiculous. I have waited up to an hour for a to-go order (they kept getting it wrong). I frequently work out of Norman so I am tempted to stop here to eat. Instead I drive back to Edmond where I live and eat at the BWW there. They have friendly waitresses and a quick response time. Whenever I have been to this BWW, I have noticed I'm not the only patron upset about the service. Hopefully BWW will seriously consider cleaning house here because it's awful otherwise! read more

I love BWW!! I will never go back to this one. The wings tasted like rubber and they finally brought me out a fresh order and they tasted the same. This BWW seriously needs to be looked at by the management. It looks like a run down bar and the bathrooms are horrific to say the least. Took forever to be seated and the staff are not pleasant at all. Did I say that I will never, ever, ever go back to this location. read more

Placed phone ordered. Picked up at the exact time it said & it was ready. Food was hot, fresh and delicious!

We have been going to this Buffalo Wild Wings since the last 7 years or so and it used to be a hit or miss. It's no longer that way. We were informed that the manager has changed and/or most of the staff and that shows. The boneless sauces were perfectly on there and after we had a small complaint with a hand mixed virgin pina calada they instantly made us a new one without any attitude. Nice staff and good food for a good price. read more

The service at this particular restaurant is terrible. The waitstaff disappears, drink refills are next to impossible to get. And when you ask another wait staff for assistance they say "I'll get your waiter", but you don't get service even then. read more

Terrible!! I had a burger and it was so burnt that literally it tasted like a burnt crisp... at this point you just need to let the cook go completely because obviously he's not doing his job right read more

9pm on a Saturday night and then place is filthy. There are 5 tables near us that need to be bussed. Gross.

I love BWW, I have been to a lot locations in other states but his particular location just isn't up to par. We usually go later at night and we sit in the bar and the servers have been friendly but most of the time they seem distracted and not very interested in checking on how the guests are doing. What is particularly frustrating is that they seem to be too wrapped up in work place drama that they seem to forget they are working and that it is just a big social gathering. Lastly, my boyfriend went into the bathroom the last time we were there and he walked in to a guy mopping the floor and then using the same mop to clean the toilet. When we told the manager he seemed to not be too concerned about it. So they are an OK BBW but they can really use some more training in my opinion. read more

I really wish I could give this location more stars.... but it's not possible. We have lived in the area for over 5 years and this is just around the corner from our house so it's so convenient. My husband love Bdubs. He visits one in the city for lunch all the time. We go to this location only when we can sit at the bar. Not even the barrios. Just the bar. Their bartenders not only give you the best customer service but they make sure your food is done right and in a timely fashion. In all seriousness we have had two times in the dining room out of countless times that the food came out correct or not an hour later. My husband insists to always go back and try again, but if it's Smokey in the bar we have to sit dining room side again and it's the same song just different day. We have had a good response most times from managers but then on those other trips they don't seem to care much. So it boils down to leadership. If that doesn't change neither will this location's poor reviews. We will drive to the other side of town if needed unfortunately. read more

Great food, but the staff is rude as heck. We aren't difficult customers, but it seems they always get my order wrong. Almost every visit! I even attempt to clarify I want a full sized salad and not the lunch special sized salad. How hard is this to document and order? If there was a different location near me I would quit coming to this location. Good luck if you decide to go to this specific location. Don't expect to feel welcomed or appreciated for your business. read more

If you love BWW nationwide...this is not the place for you. The bar staff here is exceptional, with some of the best bartenders in Moore at this location. That is as nice as I can be about this Buffalo. Management is terrible. The restrooms are worse than a truck stop. Food is inconsistent and generally not what they show on the menu. While I continue to frequent this location to see the great bar staff, this location could use a complete management overhaul to focus on the customer experience of everything but the bar top. read more

The food is always spot on. I like my wait staff to be hands-off, so the chatty waitress was maybe too talkative for me. The boneless were crispy, not crunchy ,and not soggy. We came in the afternoon, so it was quiet and very relaxing. I'll surely be back. read more

Ordered pick up a few nights ago. The girl i spoke to on the phone was decent but not great and then i asked for extra wet and 4 sides of ranch. Had a great time there! The GM Micheal played with my daughter and Levi and Kristen gave us great service. I highly recommend either one of them as a server for your visit!
