Worst service ever. Waited 20 min to even get drink orders. I asked several servers for help and no one came. Manger stopped by no apologies no discount just looked scared even knowing we were upset. This place has done this now on more than one occasion. Never again. I think the franchise owner should give me a month and I could turn it around. read more

This place... SMH. On SEVERAL, AND I DO MEAN MULTIPLE occasions, my ex and I would go here and, I kid you not EVERY TIME we would go here some waitress would be crying at this place. All of these young, spoiled, lack of work ethic southern debutants couldn't do a REAL honest days work at this place if they tried. Put more bluntly... Many customers, me included have had downright horrible, rude, even mean service here. These girls are so moronic and lazy it's ridiculous. I went because my ex loved the food, but even he agreed the service was horrible 7/10 times. Also, it's one of the only late night choices we had. Don't tip the bad ones.. The restaurant is obligated to make up the difference. They get paid either way. read more

Waited 30 minutes and no one even took our order. There were literally more employees than customers. After 30 mins we just left. I kind of wanted to wait around to see how long it would have taken. 1 hour? 2 hours? 5 hours? Would they just have locked the restaurant at closing time and left us inside? This BWW is a joke. read more

Called and ordered wings today for pickup, which were delicious. Great choices on sauces, I like my wings extra crispy, bone on "traditional" with Habanero and pineapple on the side. BLAZING HOT! My son likes the wings the same way with their hot sauce on the side as well. The wife loves the wings prepared wet in the sauce hot as well. Our young daughter likes the wings extra crispy with no sauce. My only complaint is the price, over a dollar a wing. Since when do wings cost more than a dollar a piece? The food was ready as promised when I arrived, the take out employee was cheerful, she had me on my way quickly. It will just be a while before I purchase wings again. I think psychologically they try to downplay the cost, you buy a snack size, or medium, or large but the menu doesn't list the number of wings, you have to ask. Expensive. read more

I'm a big fan of BWW, but this location just down right sucks...food is OK, but service and layout blows. If you want to watch football, forget it, they air one game on every single TV in the place and won't change any of them. I will still go to BWW, just not this one. read more

I questioned the quality of Oklahoma's public education system after trying this place out; numbers don't seem to be the strong suit of the staff. Order a dozen wings and you'll receive anywhere between nine and 15. read more

This place is a joke. Real piece of shit. It is mainly the management. The service wasn't so bad just the idiot managers. Many times have they made dumb mistakes that only a rétard could make, then accused the customer of being wrong. They are the worst. I like B dubs, but not this one. I don't think I would go if it were free. Whoever put the management in place needs to take them out of place immediately. Again, so inept probably shouldn't work at a McDonald's. Just Walmart. read more

Excellent wings, excellent portions, excellent service. Never disappointed at this buffalo wild wings. I've tried many different locations and the one in Moore is by far the best. I go once a week, sometimes more, and always leave satisfied. read more

I know, I know... it's a chain and they tend to be all the same. I wouldn't have even tried it if I could find a decent place in the area with fantastic wings, but I was desperate and I'm glad I gave it a go. The staff are witty and cute, and they never fail to give great service. I love that the bar area still lets you light up, and I actually really (and I'm being sincere) like their wings. I'm not saying they come out of nowhere with a new take on the dish, but they have lots of flavors and if you know what you like you can find some version of it here. Plus, they have lunch specials, a large selection of drinks, and if you come back the bar tender knows your name. Once I tried ordering a new flavor, and the bar tender told me she thought I really wouldn't like it. I appreciate that! I'm going to keep this simple and bullet point all of the key events of the night that led this to being my last one at Buffalo Wild Wings: 1) 23 minutes after being seated our initial drink order was taken a long with appetizers. 2) 2 of their advertised beers were out. I found this out minutes after each order when I had to place a new order. 3) I received said beer 19 minutes after placing the final order of something they had on tap. 4) we received our appetizers almost an hour after arriving. Order got LOST after being told by the kitchen after waitress said they were just about ready and coming out now. We found out they were lost 25 minutes after being told this. 5) my friends ID was rejected because it looked wrong. Waitress told us it did not match what showed in their book. After asking the manager, he said he decided on his own not to serve him because of how it looked. Somebody was lying to us about why it was rejected. 6) ordered lemon pepper wings and they arrived as plain wings. Solution to the problem was bringing a cup of the seasoning. Overall this was an absolutely horrible experience and I will not be returning to this BWW if any at all. This customer service reached an all time low at any eating establishment that I have been to. For shame, Buffalo Wild Wings. For shame. read more

We used to come here all the time... About 8 years ago the service was great... Now the service and the tea is horrible! Food takes forever and the waitresses are never friendly. They definitely need new management. This place is never as busy as it used to be. This is the worst BWW I have ever been to. The food is the only thing decent here... read more

This place is so slow. Over one hour before food came out. 20 minutes for drinks. Avoid this place unless you need a place to sit and waste time , like half a day read more

I rated one star because of our visit but changed it to two because another member of staff (not our waitress) made it a point to address our horrible service to a manager and the manager comp'd 8 dollars off our tab. We went in at about midnight on a Tuesday and were sat immediately. We were the only ones there. Our waitress took our order and drink order. In the next 45 minutes 4-5 other parties arrived. At least 3 of those parties ordered food after us and received their food before us. We still hadn't seen our waitress. Someone else brought out our food. I brought it to their attention and they brought the manager out. Only then did our waitress reappear blaming it on bar staff making her wait 45 minutes for drinks. I'm not sure where the bar is located but apparently its 22.5 minutes away. By far the worst BWW chain I've been to. read more

It took forever to get the food. The wings were terrible. I go to the BWW off of NW Expressway and this place is night and day worse. The wait staff look like they are drunk or high. read more

I was hoping to have a good lunch with my mom and that did not happen. As soon as we walked in no one was there just us it took 15 minutes to be helped then when we did get seated no one helped us for about 10 minutes. When we ordered we were expecting our food to come out in 10 to 15 minutes we waited an hour and a half for our food and we asked the girl to get us to go drinks about 8 times and she was very rude and sarcastic. I don't recommend going to this location and if you do hopefully you don't get the girl with the nose ring and long dark hair because she is one of the rudest people That has ever served me read more

They got one start because there is no negative stars. We came to the place at 12:30ish. The place was almost empty. They put us on the porch with 3 large groups. It was sooooo loud that I could not hear my wife next to me. It took 20 min to get our drinks and then another 45 to get our food. It was cold and not appealing. The manager was catering to 2 of the large parties and ignored our complaints, there was ONE waitress and at least 40 in these 3 parties not counting us. THE WORST DINING EXPERIANCE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS. Do not go here unless you are drunk and do not care. They do not care about you. read more

Absolutely terrible management, we are talking people without the capacity to function in day to day life...

Let me start off about how extremely slow the service is here. It took about 30 min to get our food . Then our server took forever to get our water. When we went up to ask them cause we were becoming dehydrated durning our meal. She rolled her eyes and said we were out of Ice. Our server just was extremely slow and rude. I wish the servers here would try harder, this would help them make more money. read more

Oh boy, I love this place and I love their wings but it's the after math that kills me. When I first ate the hot wings I was just expecting the hot feeling in my mouth, but it wasn't. When I sat on the john that night oh boy. As I say there crying as the boiling hot liquid diaherra flowed out of my anus. It felt as though molten lava was coming. It was awful. Don't eat the hot wings read more

Ate here last night. Hostess seated us and it took 15 minutes for us to get drinks (and they weren't at full capacity). I actually had to get up and talk to one of the many workers standing around talking. Buffalo wild wings used to be a good spot, but within the last few years they have really went downhill. We ordered wings, and they were hot and tasted pretty good, but not worth the terrible service that always seems to happen. I don't see many more visits in my future. Much better sports venues to watch the game. read more

First off, I love Buffalo Wild Wings. This review is specifically about this location. I visited on 2/4/16 with a group for dinner. Our waitress, Meagan, was... well, I want to be nice and say she was "flighty" or "absentminded", but honestly, I just think she was just high. Which, whatever-- if you can handle yourself, that's none of my business. But that wasn't the case here. She kept forgetting things she said she'd bring over, and coming back to ask us what she'd left to get. Then asking the same people repeatedly if they wanted another beer, even after they'd already said yes. There was a whole long, drawn-out debacle with her bringing two people in out party the wrong beer and when she replaced it, brought them the exact same wrong beer. And spent WAY too long explaining that this wasn't her fault. Still, all this is not enough for me to really be too upset-- I mean, we got our food and drinks in a reasonable amount of time, and the appetizers came out well before the entrees, which was very nice. Here's what got me on this visit, and will probably keep me from ever going back here: HAIR. SO MUCH HAIR, EVERYWHERE. Without exaggeration, 95% of the servers I saw in the restaurant (and there were a LOT on this night, because it was "Boneless Thursday-- 65 cent boneless wings-- and they were extra busy) had long hair, and most were not restraining it in any way, whatsoever. Nary a barrette nor a headband in sight. Our waitress had particularly scuzzy-looking hair-- and I don't mean that as an indictment of her personal hygiene so much as an explanation of why it was so DISTRESSING when she kept TOUCHING in and FLIPPING it over our food and beverages. At one point, a person in my party actually reached out and moved their items out from under this barrage, but she didn't seem to notice due to the aforementioned absent-mindedness. Now, I have worked in food service. I wouldn't feel right posting some of the reviews that I do if I hadn't. My husband currently works as a server. So I'm familiar with the rules of food service. And I was pretty sure that local health codes don't allow this kind of thing. So I texted my husband, who's just had to re-certify his food handler's permit, and asked. He tells me, yes, long hair has to be pulled back and either braided or up off of the collar. Now, just to see if he was wrong, I googled BWW's employee handbook ("Playbook") to see what it said. If you are interested, it said this: "... Your hair needs to be pulled back and restrained if there is any chance it could fall forward over your shoulders." Now, this could be an outdated version of their rules that I'm looking at, but I'm thinking that NOT having hair in your food is a pretty universal desire of dining patrons everywhere, so I imagine this rule, along with county health codes, haven't changed any time recently. And yet almost every single server in the restaurant had hair that was way past their shoulders, and right in front, dangling over customers' food. Someone in my group said "Maybe they don't serve the food-- maybe it is runners from the kitchen." Reasonable. But, sadly, this was not the case. This girl, who had touched her (sorry, but...) DIRTY-looking hair multiple times in front of us, did in fact serve us our food. Which, if you're not familiar with BWW, comes in little paper "boats" that they pretty much HAVE to put their fingers inside of in order to serve it to you. So, hair-fingers in the boats. Hair flying everywhere. Just hair, hair, hair. There WAS a manager on duty, so this didn't seem to be a case of the mice playing while the cat was away. So obviously, he's aware of this but doesn't enforce it. Regardless, I didn't want to stop my group on the way out to remind him of the health codes and BWW rules he's clearly breaking. So sure, I am pregnant and I haven't had my flu shot yet, which makes me particularly sensitive to food safety and germs right now. But c'mon, if you're not a fan of other peoples' hair near / around / in your food, you might just want to steer clear of this location altogether. And if they're this lax about things that are open and obvious to customers, I can't imagine what they're doing in the kitchen, behind closed doors. read more

Maybe the wosrt device that I have ever had at a BB Wings empty tables and took us an hour to get food would not recommend this place at all just terrible read more

As i walk in i was 'greeted' by a girl named hailey. She had the worst case of RBF I've ever seen. She did not make us feel welcomed in the slightest. She stood there the whole time with her unsatisfied face and her arms crossed. The phone would ring and she would walk away. Then a manager took our to go order. After waiting for about 30 mins we reviewed the food to find 3 things missing from our order. I normally love this place. I tried a different location which was a horrible mistake. Would not recommend. read more

This location is usually pretty good with food and service. I usually order the mango habanero traditional wings- awesome flavor! Service can sometimes be be hit or miss. But it seems lately, they have had a lot of turn-over. So maybe that's the reason. And make sure if you order fries that you ask for fresh ones. We've gotten them (several times) where they tasted old and were a little tough. But when we did ask for an exchange they graciously replaced them with fresh ones. All in all it is our go-to wing spot! read more

Unfortunately ... not impressed! Poor customer service. The restaurant itself is a good size, with great location...However, on the date we decided to go, there were only eight other patrons seated. When asked if we could sit in booth, hostess rolled eyes and huffed (there were 10 booths available and empty). We then were seated, 10 minutes later we never met our server - we politely left. The hostess thanked us for our business....would not got back! read more

This place is awful, went there on a Sunday with a group of 15 at 4pm and we were told there wasn't a waitress available for our group until around 5 o clock, we could either leave and come back or sit there unattended until someone could help us, I called another location and was told there was no such thing as that, and it wasn't busy at all, and the hostess had the nerve to be rude about it, it completely sucks in every way. read more

This is where my friends and I go every single time we get together. It's a really nice place to eat wings. My favorite are the Hot BBQ and I totally recommend it, especially if you love hot food! I usually get The Sampler and everything is so yummy but the nachos aren't really that good. I started just getting the Boneless Wings and Fries which are done to a crisp. The place is pretty loud though probably cause it's a small place with like 5 TVs. read more

I come to this Buffalo Wild Wings all the time. I prefer sitting in the bar area because it is lively and fun. My husband and I have had a couple of poor experiences but months ago we had a waitress name Katelyn, she is probably the sweetest waitress we have had and we make sure to come on the nights she is scheduled. She is very attentive and makes sure all our needs are met. She always has a big smile on her face and is a very good conversationalist. I enjoy going on Tuesdays for the half price wings and she sure does seem to carry the bar area. Look out for her, because she is definitely why we come back. read more

i've come to this place one time and never again. first when we walked in we felt like a burden to the staff even though it was not busy. once sat down we waited almost 15-20 minutes to be greeted by a server an never was! i tried to make eye contact with some walking by and get their attention but one of your servers named Eva kept covering her face with her serving tray?!?! pretty much all your serving and hosting staff were by the counter talking and laughing with a manager. we eventually walked out after realizing nobody wanted to do their job that day. the funniest part is there was a group of men a couple tables across from us who actually had gotten better service than us! they at-least had their beers served to them, but not soon after we left to go eat at outback we saw them their too and they told us they had the same problem with not getting service. i am a server myself and understand not being readily available to greet a table in a rush but the place was practically empty and someone could've at-least asked another server or support staff to help out. read more

Service was overall not that great and the food was not as good as what I expect from Buffalo Wild Wings. The boneless wings I ordered with the dry rub came with it poured on top, and not the underside of any of the boneless chicken making me think they didn't rotate or even try to cover them. The cheese curds were overall decent, but not the quality I expect. Lastly the service was pretty crappy, the waitress had an attitude with us, and we ordered fries we never received. Now I will say with food this review would be 3 stars but with service and cleanliness it is below. We ordered fries as I mentioned, when the woman came out to give us our food we mentioned we never got our fries, she went in the back, and when she came out she said to our waitress there's no fries, and the waitress goes, oh well too late now forget it and walked away. Granted this was not near our table but you could hear what they were saying. The other annoying part is that the bathrooms were not really clean, the smell from the men's bathroom was a combination of mildew, pee and bo. Granted it is a men's bathroom, but never in my life did I smell something so bad I thought twice about having to use the bathroom. read more

The food is great, but the service this morning could have been better. I was hoping for a little better attitude from the waitress.

Rude staff! First of all they got our order wrong and the waitress was snooty and unhelpful. Second, my daughter has special needs and sensitive hearing. The other customers were very rude and inconsiderate. They screamed very loudly because of a game that was on. This is not a family friendly restaurant and definitely not the place for special needs children with sensitive hearing! We will not go back again! read more

My friends and I ate here yesterday. Our server, while nice, was not attentive at all except to every other table but ours. They were busy, but there was more than enough staff to easily handle the flow. Had there only been one problem with the food I would have let it go... However... It took forever to get our appetizers, asked for condiments and didn't get them. When the food came, my salad was wrong (crispy chicken when I ordered grilled), Dan's wings were wrong and his wife's were mia. Asked for ranch 3 times. Her wings finally showed up, his wings were fixed, and by the time they brought me my corrected salad everyone else was finished eating. Had to ask for drink refills. This began the trial of getting to go boxes and lids oh and still waiting on the ranch for my salad. Talked to the manager and his solution was a $10.00 gift card. Which he wasn't even able to process without help from the cashier. All together we spent nearly $90 and had a horrible experience. Will use the gift card at a different location. read more

Great service from the bartender. Food was good, typical buffalo food so nothing negative there. The main reason for my 3 star review is because you're allowed too smoke in the bar area. Over the years, many fond memories have been shared at this Buffalo Wild Wings location. For this reason, watching this once clean and happening eating establishment dwindle into a glorified dive bar has been like watching a family member's slow death. Last night was the final straw. Upon enter we were met with the foulest of dank cigarette odors. Our stomachs continued to turn as we witnessed a group of servers and non servers in a booth adjacent to our table drink beer and loudly hold inappropriate conversations which reached a crescendo as one young man in a cowboy hat climb over one booth into another and marched into the kitchen, following one of the employees lead. Upon overhearing a server say that the young man did not work there but "was friend with most of the staff", one can imagine how anxious I was to receive my food that came from a kitchen that let anyone and their cowboy hat waltz in and out. Next stop on our tour de force was the fact our server could not have been more disinterested with her job if she tried. To slap a ridiculous cherry on the whole outing, I wake up this morning with food poisoning and had to see the same nasty nicotine infused food I gagged down last night one more time. Needless to say, we will go out of way to try ANY other location or head to Wing Stop for our chicken wing cravings. If I could give less than one star, I would. Peace out and God Bless read more

My husband and I have been to this location about 3 or 4 times, continuing to give them chances, however, tonight was just beyond ridiculous. My husband and I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 11:40pm. He drove to pick it up, arriving around 11:35. He paid for our order and waited until midnight to receive our order. There was one other person waiting for an online order. The only way we got our order, was after my husband saw our food sitting in the window for at least five minutes before my husband and the other customer approached the staff asking if that was their orders. The waitress threw our food in the bag, so we had a big saucey mess when we got home. He also had to ask for extra sauce, which was requested in our order to begin with. No apologizes or updates from any staff. I ordered buffalo chips as a side and got like half of an order's worth. What a waste of money. No more chances BWW...to Wing Stop we go. read more

I ALWAYS get BWW to go. A simple order: 8ct. boneless w/ caribbean jerk and ranch and a small order of potato wedges. I did the same today- I got my order taken and was told 5 minutes. So, 5 minutes later I walk in and pay for my order. When I get home (I live less than 1 mile away) I open my wings which are dry dry dry as a bone and hard, with the thinnest coating of sauce EVER. I couldn't even taste it. And the my wedges were almost ALL hard and dry. NEVER AGAIN. I lost my appetite and trashed it- got Wing Stop instead. Had to go to Norman, but MUCH better. read more
