Got some off of Grubhub to try! It's been on my to try list for a bit too. We got two things to try, the Mongolian beef, and also some rolls. The rolls were delicious - I believe it's the Boston Bay roll but they were seasoned well and portioned generously. The Mongolian beef was a little too greasy for my taste, and so was the fried rice served with it. It was also more heavy on the spring onions and just not too much beef at all in general. I'd still go back though, but more probably for the Japanese food instead of the Chinese food here. Not too sure of the service or ambiance since we ordered takeout, but try the Japanese food for sure! read more

So, I got a clay pot- very good although the shrimp was overdone and the beef somewhat so, chicken spot on. The sashimi- was supposed to be smoked salmon- very little taste and the texture was off - definitely farm raised - I wasn't a fan, smoke was very mild. My wife's meal came out warm at best, cbicken was barely warm, the broccoli and the peppers were very hard and not cooked well at all, the rice and the noodles- very good. Our sever was very loud and disorganized- made for a rowdy evening and we doubt we will go back. We have had better experiences on Classen and in Edmond. read more

I have been here numerous times and it is always EXCELLENT. Sometimes I like 1970s style Chinese food and other times I prefer a more modern Asian fusion. This place has both and both styles are terrific. I live right next to the Asian District but I'll drive across town for Ding, which I think is the best Chinese food. With Canton finally gone for good, I was depressed that there was nothing else that good, but Ding is the closest and in some ways is superior. It's very clean and has an elegant atmosphere. They are fast and friendly. I don't think enough people know about this place. Do yourself a favor. It's truly excellent and in my opinion is the top spot in town for Chinese food. read more

Ding offers a wide selection of Asian fusion dishes and sushi. The restaurant took me by surprise upon entering because it actually looks quite nice. It truly looks great to me. The restaurant was pretty much empty at noon on this particular Saturday. The Ding Appetizers is delicious even though it has imitation crabmeat. But the cream cheese and the sauce just make it taste so good. The sauce is a little salty though. The appetizer is lightly fried which gives it a crunchy crust on the outside, great stuff. The fresh mango in garlic sauce with chicken is a stir fried dish using mango as a vegetable. I was first introduced to the dish at another Asian fusion restaurant in Lawrence, KS when visiting my brother. I love the concept and the dish but it is very dependent on the mango. While this dish is good here, the mango is too soft and ripened and there are too few mango chunks. The mango needs to be hard and crunchy like in Lawrence. However, cooking hard mango will make it really sour. The only way to bypass these issues is to use pickled mango. If anyone knows a restaurant that uses pickled mango to stir fry this dish, please let me know. As for now, Ding gets a 4 stars! read more

Ding is my husband and I's favorite restaurant. Ever since we first tried it, we come at least every couple of weeks - sometimes it's a weekly endeavor! The food is delicious - they have great crab Rangoon, egg rolls, and egg drop soup (my favorites!). We also enjoy several of the entrees and the sushi rolls! The service is great - everyone is always nice and helpful. The atmosphere is great, too. We're so glad to have a great Chinese restaurant in Bethany, so close to home. read more

Another great sushi place not too far from my house! They have a special menu on Tuesday's for certain but still a lot, signature sushi rolls so definitely check it out! It was very quiet and empty when I went but it was a little late in the day. None the less that didn't bother me. Only problem was that I ate my sushi too fast. I WILL BE BACK. read more

I love this place!!! The food, service, and quiet atmosphere are excellent. Love the Godzilla Roll, the Spidermen Roll, The Double Salmon Roll. Order extra Ginger and Wasabi. Order two bottles of warmed Saki. Also, ask for a tray of multiple dipping sauces. Never thought I would like Salmon or Tuna Sashimi. It's all in the ingredients and preparation. Order the Sashimi so that it's cut into 1" or 1 1/2" long pieces for easier handling with chop sticks. Ensure they slice fresh lemon into "Razor thin" slices no more than 1/16" thick with the rind & pith still included on the slices. Sometimes they will cut off the rind and pith - Tell them not to remove it. The lemon must be almost see-through. Have them cut the slices into quarters and take one or two slices of lemon and place on the cut salmon or tuna. It is a taste explosion in your mouth!!! read more

My wife and I love and truly enjoy this restaurant. I am half Chinese from Malaysia and there isn't many authentic Chinese restaurants in Oklahoma however Dings does come pretty close. There are others here and there in Chinatown District but closer to us would be Dings. The salt and pepper fish, tofu, chicken, and even the garlic Edameme are a must try and to die for. Sushi is very good, very fresh and very ymmie. The other dishes are very good too. My son gets the chicken and veggie dish and always says it's good. Not my favorite miso soup but I'm pretty picky. When I spend time with my nieces and nephews I always give them options to try different cultural restaurants. This particular day they wanted SUSHI, my favorite. As someone they look up to it's my job to teach them. Kids are like sponges they absorb what we teach. Ding was the perfect place for us. The restaurant is very clean, staff was beyond friendly! The food came out quickly. The plating was nice, as you see in the pictures both plates had nothing left when we left. That's money well spent, the prices of sushi is very reasonable. I mean, two rolls with a side salad and miso soup for around $11 is pretty awesome. I noticed that placing my lunch order over the phone is cheaper than placing an order online since you also get the salad and miso soup. I think they took that option off on their online system. At the front counter space, they also have a freezer full of cutting-edge Japanese pop drinks like Ramune. The waiter was also able to prepare iced green tea for me, which I realized is not really a thing at most Japanese restaurants here.
