The food is so reliably good at Ding! The choice of lunch specials and dinner specials is broad -- anything you'd want. We chose the Shrimp with Vegetable and the Sushi lunch special. Both so good!! read more

This is a hidden gem in the heart of bethany. Great Sushi and their other noodle bows etc are pretty tasty. I've been many times and had a ton of options and it's all pretty good! They are small business and need all the support they can get. It's on the main road on 39th street. Inside is clean and nicely decorated. Staff is great and the service is too. read more

Got some off of Grubhub to try! It's been on my to try list for a bit too. We got two things to try, the Mongolian beef, and also some rolls. The rolls were delicious - I believe it's the Boston Bay roll but they were seasoned well and portioned generously. The Mongolian beef was a little too greasy for my taste, and so was the fried rice served with it. It was also more heavy on the spring onions and just not too much beef at all in general. I'd still go back though, but more probably for the Japanese food instead of the Chinese food here. Not too sure of the service or ambiance since we ordered takeout, but try the Japanese food for sure! read more

Ding ding ding you have my full attention at the moment ‼ This place was absolutely delicious . I will be back to try the sushi. This place was amazing from good to service. So, I got a clay pot- very good although the shrimp was overdone and the beef somewhat so, chicken spot on. The sashimi- was supposed to be smoked salmon- very little taste and the texture was off - definitely farm raised - I wasn't a fan, smoke was very mild. My wife's meal came out warm at best, cbicken was barely warm, the broccoli and the peppers were very hard and not cooked well at all, the rice and the noodles- very good. Our sever was very loud and disorganized- made for a rowdy evening and we doubt we will go back. We have had better experiences on Classen and in Edmond. read more

Ding offers a wide selection of Asian fusion dishes and sushi. The restaurant took me by surprise upon entering because it actually looks quite nice. It truly looks great to me. The restaurant was pretty much empty at noon on this particular Saturday. The Ding Appetizers is delicious even though it has imitation crabmeat. But the cream cheese and the sauce just make it taste so good. The sauce is a little salty though. The appetizer is lightly fried which gives it a crunchy crust on the outside, great stuff. The fresh mango in garlic sauce with chicken is a stir fried dish using mango as a vegetable. I was first introduced to the dish at another Asian fusion restaurant in Lawrence, KS when visiting my brother. I love the concept and the dish but it is very dependent on the mango. While this dish is good here, the mango is too soft and ripened and there are too few mango chunks. The mango needs to be hard and crunchy like in Lawrence. However, cooking hard mango will make it really sour. The only way to bypass these issues is to use pickled mango. If anyone knows a restaurant that uses pickled mango to stir fry this dish, please let me know. As for now, Ding gets a 4 stars! read more

I have been here numerous times and it is always EXCELLENT. Sometimes I like 1970s style Chinese food and other times I prefer a more modern Asian fusion. This place has both and both styles are terrific. I live right next to the Asian District but I'll drive across town for Ding, which I think is the best Chinese food. With Canton finally gone for good, I was depressed that there was nothing else that good, but Ding is the closest and in some ways is superior. It's very clean and has an elegant atmosphere. They are fast and friendly. I don't think enough people know about this place. Do yourself a favor. It's truly excellent and in my opinion is the top spot in town for Chinese food. read more

Another great sushi place not too far from my house! They have a special menu on Tuesday's for certain but still a lot, signature sushi rolls so definitely check it out! It was very quiet and empty when I went but it was a little late in the day. None the less that didn't bother me. Only problem was that I ate my sushi too fast. I WILL BE BACK. read more

I love this place!!! The food, service, and quiet atmosphere are excellent. Love the Godzilla Roll, the Spidermen Roll, The Double Salmon Roll. Order extra Ginger and Wasabi. Order two bottles of warmed Saki. Also, ask for a tray of multiple dipping sauces. Never thought I would like Salmon or Tuna Sashimi. It's all in the ingredients and preparation. Order the Sashimi so that it's cut into 1" or 1 1/2" long pieces for easier handling with chop sticks. Ensure they slice fresh lemon into "Razor thin" slices no more than 1/16" thick with the rind & pith still included on the slices. Sometimes they will cut off the rind and pith - Tell them not to remove it. The lemon must be almost see-through. Have them cut the slices into quarters and take one or two slices of lemon and place on the cut salmon or tuna. It is a taste explosion in your mouth!!! read more

Ding is my husband and I's favorite restaurant. Ever since we first tried it, we come at least every couple of weeks - sometimes it's a weekly endeavor! The food is delicious - they have great crab Rangoon, egg rolls, and egg drop soup (my favorites!). We also enjoy several of the entrees and the sushi rolls! The service is great - everyone is always nice and helpful. The atmosphere is great, too. We're so glad to have a great Chinese restaurant in Bethany, so close to home. read more

My wife and I love and truly enjoy this restaurant. I am half Chinese from Malaysia and there isn't many authentic Chinese restaurants in Oklahoma however Dings does come pretty close. There are others here and there in Chinatown District but closer to us would be Dings. The salt and pepper fish, tofu, chicken, and even the garlic Edameme are a must try and to die for. Give it a go, you won't regret it. Service -- 5 out of 5 and the ambiance is not too shabby. read more

When I spend time with my nieces and nephews I always give them options to try different cultural restaurants. This particular day they wanted SUSHI, my favorite. As someone they look up to it's my job to teach them. Kids are like sponges they absorb what we teach. Ding was the perfect place for us. The restaurant is very clean, staff was beyond friendly! The food came out quickly. The plating was nice, as you see in the pictures both plates had nothing left when we left. That's money well spent, the prices of sushi is very reasonable. I loved the orange chicken, it was cooked perfectly. Sauce was nice and thick. I'll most definitely Eat her again! read more

Sushi is very good, very fresh and very ymmie. The other dishes are very good too. My son gets the chicken and veggie dish and always says it's good. Not my favorite miso soup but I'm pretty picky. Food is overpriced. Quality is mid. I've had better sushi for cheaper. Service was friendly. Atmosphere is clean.

Food, service, and ambiance are perfect. If the prices were about 5-8% less I would likely eat here all the time. And bring friends. The problem is just pricing is a bit high for the average meal. But don't let that stop you from visiting on a nice payday when you want to treat yourself. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with this restaurant! From the decor to the price to the taste of the food it was all great! The servers were very friendly. I ordered the mr salmos which I enjoyed. My family and I ordered takeout from here for the first time and it was amazing! I called ahead to check on gluten free options and the lady was so helpful! I definitely plan to return. read more

The Poké Bowl is delicious. Service is exemplary. Prices are good. Every time we come everything is consistent.

I'm not fond of their lunch entrees, but this is my go-to place if I want sushi for lunch. I think their sushi lunch specials are a great deal. I mean, two rolls with a side salad and miso soup for around $11 is pretty awesome. I noticed that placing my lunch order over the phone is cheaper than placing an order online since you also get the salad and miso soup. I think they took that option off on their online system. Lastly, the girl who takes the order upfront is always kind and personable. read more

Very good place for lunch that has great sushi as well as Chinese food menu items. The interior decor is also pretty cool. At the front counter space, they also have a freezer full of cutting-edge Japanese pop drinks like Ramune. I got sashimi, the lettuce cups and their tuna tataki as well as yellowtail jalapeño carpaccio plates. The waiter was also able to prepare iced green tea for me, which I realized is not really a thing at most Japanese restaurants here. They also have a list of more affordable lunch time specials that I did not try. Be sure to check this place out! read more

1st timer for me. I ordered 'Diet' chicken w/mixed vegetables & garlic sauce. I also ordered jasmine tea. The food tasted good but was not hot like my friends General Tsoa chicken. We've been fairly regular customers for a few years and normally enjoy. However, last night was different. The waiter was obviously new and didn't know the menu at all. Then the food arrived. Egg rolls were fine but the main courses were completely flavorless. We kept adding hot mustard and soy sauce to try and liven it up but had no luck. We will return but won't be as often. We really enjoyed this little place. I find it very difficult to find quality Asian food in my area. This offers a wide variety of Asian dishes- sushi, tradition Chinese, and more. My husband and I shared the Triple Delight Seafood Sizzling Skillet, my daughter had a classic chicken fried rice and my son had sushi. Everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back. read more

Hell yeah! The food and service here was super great! I absolutely loved how everyone was super nice, especially our waitress!

Love the food and service from Ding. They are always kind and genuinely interested in providing a quality product, and service. Ding's sushi rolls are fresh, well presented, and accurately described. I'm not into the more exotic items, so it's nice to have a selection more suited to my less sophisticated palate. The vegetables are always cooked just right, the breadings are hot and Crunchy, the sauces flavorful. What can I say. The chefs are on point. Great place! Three different rolls (i.e., cucumber/eel, cucumber/asparagus, and salmon/asparagus) for about twelve bucks. Good miso. I look forward to bringing friends who are fond of sashimi as I am. Now, this may be the strangest thing I've ever said in a Yelp review, and I mean that, but the copper-glazed tile in the men's room is really honkin' cool. (The ambience/feel of this restaurant in general is hip and up to date -- very well done.) Decent service. read more
