In 1965, Betty Honma was enrolled at the University of HI to become a teacher. After 2 years, she decided that this wasn't for her. Having a chance meeting for a food broker, she applied for a $250 loan, and Wholesale Unlimited was born. Betty had a rough start. Because it's spacious, it seems that they carry more items than the smaller stores. Lots of space to display their many snacks. Great place to pick up omiyagi! We went to this location in the Mapunapuna area since this was main store. It's really big compared to the one we usually go in Kahala. All sorts of snacks- too many to list. They also offer gift bags. You can get some of the arare and other snacks cheaper at Longs when they're on sale, but you can't beat the variety in this place!
