Disappointing experience. We drove twice from Indianapolis to complete the deal on a 2007 Honda…read moreElement, which we walked away from. Part of the issue we encountered involved having the car inspected as a contingency of the purchase. We scheduled an inspection with a local shop, and the shop dropped the appointment, which wasn't Crossroad's fault. But knowing that we were earnest about the vehicle, with cash literally hand in, they wouldn't work with us to hold the vehicle an extra two days to arrange a local inspection with a Honda Dealership. We let them know we could see there were alignment issues (minor), but also felt what may have been a transmission issue as well. We also let them know the passenger side seatbelt wasn't working properly, to which they stated Honda would repair it for life...but obviously didn't do much of a safety inspection prior to offering the car for sale, and don't appear in any hurry to take it to Honda to have it repaired...which could have been done WE took it to Honda and paid for the inspection They did, however, have the rims redone in some type of silver sparkly finish, because, you know...rims. It might have been a great deal, we were more than willing to leave a deposit, and the inspection would have assuaged our fears. Heck, they could have even written backup deals on the vehicle in the interim to help minimize the loss of a sale if the Honda inspection worked against them for all we cared. They had the opportunity to earn our business, with us offering viable options, and didn't. Got more of a 'your a sale, not a customer' feeling. Not the worst place in the world, but certainly didn't get a warm and fuzzy feeling working with them either. Likely wouldn't recommend them to a prospective buyer. Regardless of how good the deal looks from them, If you do decide to buy here, pay the money to have an authorized dealer go through the vehicle of choice stem to stern.

BUYER BEWARE -- My Experience With This Dealership…read more I take full responsibility for trusting this dealership, but the warning signs were there. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. I traveled from central Indiana to purchase a 2019 Honda Ridgeline based on the dealership providing a clean Carfax report. After the purchase, I discovered that the truck had significant prior damage that was not apparent to me at the time of sale. The rear driver-side bumper had moderate damage, and the front driver-side quarter panel and bumper had severe damage that appeared to have been pieced back together. All it took was driving the truck through Mike's Carwash for the quarter panel and bumper to pop out! I took the vehicle to a collision repair shop, where I was told they frequently see situations involving vehicles with prior damage that was not properly disclosed by dealerships. The repairs cost me an additional $4,500 out of pocket. To make matters worse, the truck had a recall involving the rear hitch terminal. The dealership could not complete the recall because of the damage to the rear bumper. Even the collision foam for the bumper was missing, which surprised the people dealing with the repair. This experience has cost me money, time, and a tremendous amount of frustration. I relied on the information provided by the dealership and ended up with a vehicle that needed thousands of dollars in unexpected repairs. My advice to anyone considering buying from this dealership: do your homework, get an independent pre-purchase inspection, and do not rely solely on a clean Carfax report. Based on my experience, I would not purchase another vehicle from these people, and I strongly urge other buyers to proceed with caution.

If I could give a 0 stars, I would. I have personally never dealt with a more frustrating group of…read morepeople in my life. I bought a truck from them over 3 years ago, and to this day have still never been reimbursed for the sales taxes they improperly collected on my behalf. I registered the truck in my state when I got it home, at which point I paid registration and sales taxes on it in the correct amount, and was told by the DMV official that I was due reimbursement from the seller, as they were not supposed to collect taxes for me. Upscale Auto (Ashley in particular) sent a check to my mom's address for the wrong amount (the lower sales tax rate I paid in my state, not what she collected from me). We voided the check and requested another for the correct amount, which was then filled out incorrectly and was also un-cashable. At this point, it had already been 6 months of trying to get back what I was owed, and Ashley and refused to send another as she already paid to mail two. If this was my fault as the consumer, I would understand, but this seems to be pure intentional negligence and/or weaponized incompetence. She and her husband both have not responded to a single message or phone call I've sent in the last two years with any sort of semblance of a resolution. The only explanation I can have at this point is planned thievery/tax fraud. They are welcome to challenge this comment with proof of a resolution, but I doubt they care about their reputation more than the money they owe. I cannot stress enough, do not use this stealership for any of your business needs. Please save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

Had to pay these items out of pocket and await their disbursement which we have been asking for over a year. Other reviews state they are crooks. Extremely hard to argue when they are attempting to steal actual money.

They let us test drive the car, and we settled on a price we both found fair. I understand that the car has its faults and I'm prepared to deal with it if that comes to be, since I want to own this car forever. However, I heard only great things about this place on other sites regarding cars, so it'll probably last for a good long while (brakes just need changing as with many used cars). Also, the inside of the place is nice. They had this Chevy book that I really enjoyed looking through while waiting.

He refused, so I called back to talk to the manager who then actually told me that that salesperson can be rude sometimes, that's just the way he is. It's his personality, and I said really, that's acceptable to you, he said everybody has different personalities. Would you like me to get you to another salesperson? He did nothing but make excuses about how rude his salesperson was to me. And ironically, I just found someone that I know that bought a car from them, and everything that was promised was not done to it. In fact, they made all these promises of how great a shape the car would be in, that it was gone over completely, and when my friend got it, there was hardly any oil in it, so I probably dodged a bullet with this one. I would not recommend dealing with these people unless you want to be treated rudely and get ripped off all at the same time
