I went to an affair that was catered by this company and the food was delicious. The comments by the other guests were all very positive.

We will definitely recommend The Wedge to all of our friends!

The host of the event was knowledgeable and checked in on everyone throughout the evening. The pairings were delicious and it was so fun to learn about the cheeses and apples! I haven't been for dinner yet but The Wedge remains on my list!

It's bright, open, and inviting with plenty of seating. Secondly, staff are very friendly and helpful! And thirdly, their food is amazing! I'm not vegan but their food is genuinely delicious. We ordered the loaded nachos, chicken parm sandwich, and the sweet sassy molassey sandwich, chocolate mint milkshake and a green tea. The half order of loaded nachos was generous in size and toppings! It was filling without being heavy. All of the ingredients were fresh. Probably one of my top loaded nachos ever. The chicken parm sandwich was also amazing! If I didn't know this was a vegan restaurant, I would not have known that the chicken was not meat. It had the texture of perfectly cooked chicken. The stretch bread was soft, the marinara was warm and perfectly seasoned. 10/10 sandwich. The sweet sassy molassey was also quite good! Very bright, filled with vegetables and deliciously seasoned tofu. Finally, the milkshake! I would have never guessed it was vegan. It was creamy, minty, and chocolatey - like drinking thin mints! I'm determined to squeeze in more visits here before they close!

This is the place you take people who think vegan food can't be good. It's one of my top 5 vegan restaurants in the US. They have a beautiful space with lots of seats, great lighting, and a very friendly staff. It's a great place to sit with friends or even to sit with your work computer. 100% recommend - once you go, you'll just keep going back. (Chicken salad sandwich is my favorite so far!)

The Evergreen has become one of our go-to spots in Syracuse, and it's easy to see why. Being right…read moreoutside our building certainly helps, but the real reason we keep coming back is the experience. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner or a laid-back drink after a long day. The menu is full of delicious food and drink options, and we've yet to be disappointed. If you go, you have to try the burrata. It's our absolute favorite and a must-order every time. Whether you're a local or just passing through, The Evergreen is a fantastic choice for amazing service, great food, great drinks, and an easygoing vibe.

For drinks they have a good selection of beers on tap, usually 10-20, from local and national breweries. The server offered me a sample before I fully committed on a beer I had a question about and I appreciated being able to try it before committing to a full glass. The Evergreen's menu itself is accessed through a QR code where their full list of options and specials are listed. My group opted to share the beer fries and they were taaaasty, pillowy soft, crunchy, and amazingly well seasoned. The vegetarian options are a regular part of the restaurant and the fried tofu I had was genuinely satisfying and well done. My cajun pasta was maybe a touch over but I was okay with it since it had my condiment obsession of chili crisp in it. The menu is well marked for dietary needs. A great thing of note is that they have women's, men's, AND an all-gender bathroom. I appreciate the inclusion in the food and restaurant itself. Car parking is street parking, it's accessible via the Centro bus system, and there is an artistic broken-chain shaoed bike rack just across the street from the restaurant. My group was happy with the prices and service for an early Wednesday dinner in a wintry March.

Friendly informative service with little wait time. Made my Buffalo Chicken wrap to order and loaded it right up! Huge wrap for $10.95! All the ingredients were very fresh and delicious. I was only going to eat half but it was so good and not going to keep well in the heat I ate it as a bowl with just the wrap ingredients. The craft beverage was strawberry and some other fruit and berry mix. Refreshing and hydrating, fast food chains charge more for soda! This meal is a total win for $15 and change! Even the silverware is made from plant starch! Love the concept and the health factor. Clean restaurant with modern industrial vibe. Attached to Hafner's Market and has seating outside the cafe by waterfront and plants. I would say Core for the win! I try chicken wraps at many establishments and am always looking for the best quality, and this by far is the best all around!
