Came with my family of 4 on a Saturday night. Although the restaurant was not at full capacity it sure seemed like they were. Dirty tables sat untouched the entire duration of our visit, we had no cutlery until after our food came, no refills offered. We had a vent above our table pumping out cold air and was told it was on a timer but it never stopped, we ate with our jackets on. My sons pirate pak had little to no fries and multiple requests were made for his ice cream. Food was good but not enough triple o sauce on the burgers at all so they were quite dry. read more

Walked in met by staff and seated immediately, menu items explained and specials listed. Drink and food service were good and quick. Once the food came it was hot fresh and delicious, however we were never asked again how things were out of we needed anything. When the meal was over dishes were taken quickly and bill brought right away. Just wish there was more attention during meal. Good social distancing, cleanliness and civic tracking methods. We decided to try the thanksgiving turkey dinner for two for pick up last evening. It was ready at the promised time and nicely packaged. The heating instructions were easy and the turkey, and vegetables very tasty as was the gravy. The portions were good and overall an enjoyable experience. The only disappointment was that we had ordered pumpkin pie with whipped cream for dessert and found there was only one piece which did not seem right in a dinner for two. Companion and I stopped in to have breakfast here. We were seated immediately and given menus as well as cups of coffee to warm up with. Companion ordered the Bacon, Broccoli and Cheese Scramble and asked for a substitution of fruit for the potatoes. I ordered the Eggs Benedict and instead of the endless hash browns, asked for them to substitute fruit. It was nice to see that there was no problem substituting fruit for the hash browns. Oh white spot what happened to you? This used to be the "spot" where my family would meet for conversation and good food. Maybe I'm older(a ripe 42)and more picky or possibly the customer service and food quality has taken a bigger nosedive than Kevin costners big budget movie "Waterworld". The restaurant was clean and not that busy. Seemed to be lots of servers on and we were seated right away. I took my wife and kids for a rare dinner out and was hoping for a good visit because my last experience here was not fantastic. Just couldn't help give them one last chance. It took a bit to get our drinks and when they came it was one....then another a few minutes later and then finally the last 2 about 5 minutes after ordering(please not the order was 2 waters, 2 chocolate milks and and iced tea. After the drinks we sat there for another 2 min. closed out menus and waiting to order. After a few waves and 15 or so minutes our server finally found the time to get back and take the order. About 15 min later the food started to arrive. Kids had the pirate packs(burger and a macaroni) and my wife had a shrimp salad sandwich with side salad and I had the clubhouse with fries(healthy I know) The kids meals looked ok. Main food was good but fries were soggy and cold. My wife's meal was really good and she had no complaints. My sandwich was decent although I think the sauce was a bit excessive. I think that is pretty standard here at white Spot and maybe people like it that way. The fries were also cold and mostly little greasy ends and not whole fries. Sandwich good, fries . Time for ice cream and the server did not ask what flavours, nor did she ask if they wanted to upgrade the desert. Apparently the automatic upgrade was in order and upcharged as well without asking. Only a few bucks but at 7:30pm on a school night my kids didn't need 3 cups of sugar in the way of ice cream, fudge, whipped cream and gummy worms. The main issue was the server, we waited and waited for a refill on water, then she would fill one glass and come back 5 minutes later for another. Super weird and after sitting there for a good 15-20minutes after finishing she finally came and slowly started to clean our table. She never did finish clearing while we were still there. At that point we just wanted to get the hell out of there. Both myself and my wife just kept giving each other looks like"is this really happening?" I asked for the bill and paid it. I was once a server and so was my wife. I always tip 15-20% but in this case I had to break the rule and go with 10%. I just couldn't give Aimee any more money. Not one "how is everything" , not one"can I get you anything" and zero people skills add up to my wife and I being super disappointed once again. I hope the owner reads these reviews because that is 2 bad ones in a row and I will not be back for a very long time. I wish you luck and hope you don't go the way of Sears. Adios read more

Holy carbs!!! We were driving around this part of Canada around breakfast time, and decided to try White Spot. All of the waitresses were very cheerful and great, and all the food was very... heavy. Should have known. Oh, well. A-okay diner/cafe type of food, but I probably wouldn't recommend it unless somebody was asking for heavy diner food. They advertise free wi-fi on their menu, but I could only sort of get it in one corner of the restaurant (near the bathrooms and bar), and even then couldn't get it to work long enough to actually load something on my iPhone or iPad. read more

With almost immediate seating upon arrival, this humming hotspot was a perfect pitstop after camping up at Jone's Lake. We shared Zoo Sticks then devoured our own burger choices. I chose the Legendary Burger with Fries (simple=good) and my boyfriend, Steve chose the Veggie Burger with Onion Rings instead of fries. Somehow my fries tasted bacony (although perhaps it was only in taste because Steve said he couldn't smell it from the fry itself) In any case my burger ROCKED as did Steve's, but the onion rings fell a bit flat being doughy even though the coating was crispy. Ironically the coffee I ordered arrived quickly only to be asked how it was almost before tasting - she must have poured me the dregs and then felt guilty for some reason because before a second word could be made a new cup arrived. :) A nice recharge in any case. :) read more

We arrived at 1:55 pm, after lunch rush with 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 1 baby on the hottest day in a while. We were seated within 5 minutes and then waited for 10 minutes to have our drink order taken, but after one of us had already went around the restaurant searching for a server to bring us waters. The hostess ended up bringing us our water and explained that she had told 3 servers we were seated here and none of them were willing to take the table yet. At the end of the meal, we were given a bill with something that we didn't order on it. We then waited about another 10 minutes for the server to come by with the machine so we could pay. We told them we didn't order that and due to the poor service we weren't paying for the cheapest thing on our bill ($6). The server got the manager who came over and after explaining the entire situation and all about the poor service he rudely replied "did you ask for a manager at all during this". I'm not sure how we were supposed to ask for a manager when we couldn't even find a server to bring us waters. He said he would take it off the bill and after another 5 minutes he came back and said they couldn't sort out the receipt and take off what we didn't order so we didn't have to pay. It would've been nice for the manager to just come by and apologize for the awful service instead of being aggressive right off the bat. I will never return to this location and wouldn't recommend anyone else go here. read more

Ha! Honestly I would give this place zero stars if possible. So on organized honestly it's like nobody knows what's going on. We were sat at a table in a section that had no one else which is a little bit weird because there's quite a few people in the restaurant but also we were happy because obviously the more distance between us and other people the better. We waited, we waited, we waited we started timing once we had figured we'd been there about 10 minutes. We waited 17 more minutes from then before we went up to the front and asked if they had forgotten about us. We were told by the server who sat us that they had not forgotten about us and they could have someone come over right away. Naturally after having sat there for so long we timed it again 11 minutes and nobody had come over yet. We packed up and went to leave when the server who seats people at the front asked us why we were leaving. I said it had been 11 minutes since you told us that won't be right over and additionally before that we waited 17 minutes without seeing anyone. She said she assured someone be right over if we sat back down. For some crazy reason we did sit back down and after five minutes more of waiting we walked out. Super unacceptable, Super Rude. As we walked out she apologized and said hope you come back soon. What a joke. This place is out of control and ridiculous. Will not be back at any point for any reason. read more

Today was our fourth visit in the past week. We were very disappointed with the service we received. Our waitress Rya was horrible. We waiting close to 30 minutes for our food. People who came in after us, got their food before us. When our food finally came, my husband asked for some Frank sauce. Instead of getting the sauce, our waitress, continued to serve other customers. It wasn't until he got up and asked her again that she final brought it. When we asked for more water, Rya continued to serve other customers, instead of getting us more water. When we reminded her, she got someone else to bring us more water. Even when we went to check out, we had to wait while Rya continued to serve other customers. It was obvious Rya didn't want to serve us. Needless to say, if we come back, we will ask not to be seated to Rya's section. read more

This restaurant is a regular haunt for my family. We always love the service we get here and often meet people we know. I particularly love the burgers here. The Mediterranean Chicken and Pacific fish burgers are two of my regular meals. If you're up for a beef burger, I pick between the Triple O and Monty Mushroom burgers. I always substitute sweet potato fries for regular fries. In addition to these, their other menu items are just as tasty and will serve to satisfy every member of your party. One of our pitt stops for dining is the Spot in Chilliwack. Usually for our trips out to visit Mother and usually with Mother. So yesterday we were here with out parental unit and her respective mate for our second meal of the day within two hours. Truthfully I was stuffed, but somehow managed to eat a salad, with Calamari. My brother seemed to really like the watiress there. My guess is he'll be there next weekend. :) My review is for the Whitespot Ceasar salad. and the Calamari. However, I asked for it as a combo. They make the salad with Chicken and other stuff for toppings. They used to make it with Calamari as a topping. So usually, I ask for that as a combo and they've never turned me down. A great White Spot located in Chilliwack BC! My group of 8 went for lunch today and while the reservation was only for 7 the staff quickly added another table and chair to our row. The waitress and Manager checked a few times to see if the seating was okay and made sure everyone had menus. The waitress was really friendly and took our orders quickly and didn't mess up any of the details. I ordered the Truffle Mushroom burger with a side of fries and I have to say the burger was great! The mushrooms had bold flavour and the burger was prepared to my liking. The waitress made sure to check back on us frequently. The washrooms were clean however the baby changing stations in the washrooms are above the toilet in the stall which I found difficult to change the baby. Other than that I had a great time and experience. I would definitely return! read more

Tables are permanently marked with finish coming off. Carpet is old and worn. The smell is harsh. Damp, Dusty, even string urine small from seat. Had to change seats. I am so disgusted by the way my mom was treated today because she has a walker,the choice to come to your restaurant to celebrate her birthday we now know was a bad choice. Senior's do not have a choice about having to use walkers, but to make her feel like she was causing a problem because of it is unacceptable, it was not in the way causing anyone a safety issue.
