Dan is the man! I'm visiting my cousin in Austin and dropped her off at work and stopped to fill up her car at the gas station. Little did I know that her car would lock with the keys in the car. OKAY. If you're reading this because you're trying to figure out if this company/service is legitimate, or if the reviews are real.....trust me: this company is a knight in shining white armor. Today, my wife and I were flying back to Austin from Detroit, when I ended up taking a large travel voucher to get on a later flight. White knight installed nine (9) exterior residential deadbolts and handles on my doors today, including a smart lock and a F20 mortise set. These were all replacements for existing locks, not brand new "door blank" lock installs. And I had them all keyed the same. I can only say that Dustin did an AMAZING job! He called ahead and arrived on time. He was very courteous and professional. His work was outstanding - no shortcuts and nothing half-assed. All the doors close better than they ever did before!
