When I first talked to them for a quote, they made it very easy as they walk you through the whole moving process. The person giving the quote makes you go room by room and list all the furniture that you are planning on moving to your new place. They then explain what's included in the price and email you a copy for your records. A $50 deposit is required to lock in your date and is credited towards your total at the end. Adil and his team works super fast and waste no time at all. They are very knowledgeable and work great together as a team. They finished our move 2 hours earlier than what was quoted! Amazing! All our furniture and belongings were packed wonderfully in their truck and all made it to our new place in their respective rooms without any issues. Movers didn't show up AT ALL. Booked 3 guys for 3 hours (4pm-7pm). I was getting confirmation texts…read morethat they would be early, then I got a call that said they would be 1-2hrs late. Those 1-2hrs turned into 3hrs. At 7pm, I got a call that said they were here- they weren't. We had to call back the main headquarters/owner. Our two options were: 1) wait until Donna could get movers that night or 2) have our Uhaul stay packed overnight in a truck. (Overnight wasn't an option because we didn't have a padlock). Although we were grateful for the TWO movers that she could get to us that night, there should be more back up movers so this type of issue doesn't happen over and over again. The "discount" I was given was because I only had TWO movers vs. the THREE I had originally booked. We helped the two movers so that we could act like a third mover for these two guys to make it faster. Thank you to the two movers for getting to us that night, and I wouldn't use this service again.

The gentlemen on the phone (yes, I called multiple times to update my list of furniture and discuss the move) were always kind, helpful, and patient. My old house was on a private lane with a challenging driveway entry situation. They were able to do an initial drive-by to figure out how to best address the potential problem. Fortunately, they constructed a solution that would work best and be the most cost-effective for me. The movers were very prompt, arriving on time, a little after 7 in the morning. They did an initial walk-through with me so that they knew exactly what I was taking and what was supposed to be left in the garage for Habitat for Humanity. I was then allowed to head to my new house to start unpacking boxes while they moved the furniture onto their truck. When they were close to finishing, they called me to return to my old house so that we could do a final walk-through to make sure they didn't leave anything behind. Then we all headed to my new house, where I directed them on where to put everything. The team of 4 worked seamlessly and had nothing but respect for one another, for me, my furniture, and my home. Once everything was moved into my house, they did one final walk-through to move anything I wanted moved. Additionally, I had 2 very challenging items to move: an exercise machine and a massage chair. They figured out how to disassemble and reassemble both of them, which was quite a feat. On top of everything else, they did not once scrape up a wall or my furniture; they were all super careful. I'm sorry I didn't get everybody's name to compliment; this was such a busy time for me.
