As far as the white castle goes... This is as good as it gets. I love that they have a freestyle machine, and every time I make some ridiculous drink request they always go out of their way to be accommodating. The gentleman at the window tonight was nothing short of chipper. If I hadn't known better, I would think I was at Chick-fil-A. I can't speak to the ambience, but the drive-through is awfully clean. I am not a fan of the sloppy smoky Joe. There's barely any onion chrunchies on them There's a lot of sauce and the bun is crisp. Thinking about the meat that's in them, I wonder if it's the old burgers that didn't sell. I don't know but there's a bunch of gristle in them. You can choose regular Joe's with no cheese or chrunchies. You get a choice of American, cheddar, or jalapeño cheese. The wait was incredibly long. The people were nice. Giving this drive thru experience a 2. This White Castle is right off the 275 exit in Beechmont. I opted for drive thru because my mom really want to stop. I don't mind the food here, really. However, this line took foreverrr. I like to think that restaurants should strive for under 2 minutes per car. We were in line for a while with only 4 cars ahead of us. Once I made it to the screen, I wasn't greeted or asked to wait... pure silence. Once the lady came over the speaker, she was quite rude. Very snippy like she hated her job. This was not the kind of experience I was hoping for. She barely waited for me to finish my order before chiming in. She even interrupted me once. Once she corrected my order, I waited more before I finally made it to the window. At the window she was just as harsh. I received my order, all correct and very tasty. However, it was a mess! I typically avoid White Castle. I haven't eaten at one in years because if I'm going for a fast food burger there are better (in my opinion) options with better ingredients. However, we were in Cincinnati for a concert and our hotel was on this side of town. We got back to the strip around midnight and quickly found everything else on the street closed, even restaurants that are typically 24 hours everywhere else. So, we ended up at the Castle by default--as apparently did a few dozen other concert goers. I have to commend the staff who handled a surge of sweaty half-drunk concert goers at midnight at a friendly and efficient pace. The food we got was hot, fresh and far better than I remember WC being. read more

This place was always awesome, the fries were fresh and everything was on point, but lately it's gotten pretty sucky. The fries are always bad, the food has been cold on multiple occasions, and now they aren't even 24/7 anymore which is one of the things I've always loved about White Castle. Reviewing White Castle? Giving it 2 stars? Wha? and Duh! But every once and a while, I'll get "The Crave," and as there is no locally owned equivalent, I end up at White Castle occasionally. Probably less frequently from now on. Service is fine, but they've made some changes that haven't improved the experience. First, they have replaced the drink machine with one of those infinity machines that you can make any combination of flavors. It sucks. My drink tasted terrible. The mix of syrup to carbonated water always blows on these machines. Next, their condiment station has turned into a few ketchup packets(4) sitting next to the straws. Also, they have a machine that electronically dispenses napkins singularly. I can't imagine they were losing that much $$$ in napkins that it would necessitate buying a robotic dispenser. Next, as they always have had, but it's annoying, the drive thru is set to the equivalent of "Speaker Phone." It rings loud enough to hear throughout the entire restaurant, as well as the people ordering. Finally, Sliders have never been considered thick or juicy patties, quite the opposite. Even having holes punched in them to save beef. But I really think that what used to be thin patties with 5 holes have now become thinner beef "wafers", about 1/2 the width of what I remember. I'll really have to be "Craving" big time to think of going back for wafer thin Sliders and terrible drink mix, no condiments, and single napkin. read more

My coffee never has extra cream like I ask for. My sandwiches aren't correct half of the time. This store is terribly slow. It is faster to drive down to Dukin Donuts about a mile away than wait on this White Castle to give you something besides what you asked for. I no longer visit this location because of this. Updated review: Five months later. Just as terrible. Ordered the new "apocalyptic" waffle slider. She didn't even know what it was, despite the billboard advertisement. My double cheese burger looked like it had sat on the grill for many hours. I have no idea what I was thinking going back there. See the picture, awful and stale. When I asked for a water I also got an unpleasant groan. The older I get the more I get annoying giving my money to businesses that DO NOT CARE. Avoid this and most White Castle locations. read more

I just moved here from Florida about a year-and-a-half ago I have white castles and it was horrible I told myself I would never go back today I went to this White Castle because I had an urge and wanted to give it another shot it was amazing my fries were so fresh and hot and my sandwich was too on top of that the young lady with with braces at the drive-thru window had a beautiful smile and a positive attitude I will definitely be coming back for a craving of White Castle thank you guys for taking Pride in your restaurant it means a lot to people who spend their hard-working money on things like food so again I do appreciate it keep up the good work read more

Very very slow service. Drive thru takes at least 20 minutes. Food was cold and soggy and gave me the most terrible heart burn. I would not recommend these micro sandwiches to anyone. I think they dunk it in water before they bag it up. Trash litters the parking lot and they were out of onion petals. Service was very friendly is the only reason they get 3 stars. read more

Food is usually decently good for what you would expect at white castle. Depends if you get fresh food or not. If it is fresh it's good. If not...its gross! Staff needs to be trained better on mobile app. This is a good location though for the most part. read more

Won't recommend this location. Super slow to make inside orders seem to be more focused on drive thru. Never had hot ones the many times visited. Only warm. Probably would be better if employees separated work from visiting with each other. read more
