I was excited to try the much-hyped new chicken nuggets at Taco Bell. Per usual, the drive-through that is closest to me, is frequently busy. I waited about 15 minutes after ordering to pull up to the window to pay. The cashier was on her phone for several minutes before she noticed I was there. I received my order and had the condiments/napkins I had requested. I took my food home to eat and was very disappointed. I ordered several items that were decently priced, but the chicken nuggets were around $5. There were 5 tiny, crusty, burnt pieces of food in the box. I could barely even try to eat these, as you can see in the picture, the first one was so dry it crumbled in my hands. I couldn't even eat through the other ones I tried. I'll save myself the trouble and pay the same for decent tacos/nuggets at a different place next time. Try harder, Taco Bell! read more

First DoorDash order cancelled by restaurant. 2nd ordered a few months later and when I showed up they said "yeah too much food we're out of everything idk how to give your money back, call corporate". 3rd time ordered via DoorDash and restaurant canceled. Our service was amazing. It was around 3pm and dine in service. There was two people. Our son is autistic and wanted to try something new which was the Doritos loco Taco shell which he did. He put his soft taco in it and loved it. I've had bad experiences here before but today was the best experience I've ever had here. Good job guys. read more

I drive past the window to triple check the hours so I went back around the building and then I see them and they are just talking. They both just looked at me so then I went back through the drive thru thinking maybe they realized they should actually do there job. But nope I waited there for a total of 10 minutes. Absolutely the worst location. I just stopped by there to grab a snack, and they said "we won't be able to take your order for 15 minutes, we are backed up on door dash" I said: "thats fine, do you want me to stay at this box or pull up to the window?" The employee then stated "I'd prefer it if you just leave". Completely rude staff and absolutely insane to refuse service especially from someone who is perfectly fine with waiting. Never have I ever experienced something like this. I pulled up to the drive-thru, waited a second for someone to greet me, and when a dude started talking I couldn't hear him. So after asking him to repeat three times I said I was just gonna go inside. I got out my car and saw a larger African American older teen waiting by the door. He saw me and then went back inside. Then as I entered, two African American guys (one was the one waiting by the door) were by the drive thru laughing it up and asked what i came in for. I didn't really know what to say to that so I said to get food . They then pointed me to the ipad thing to order. I have a large family of 12 and my mom asked me to order 3 of the 12 count taco boxes. As soon as I put in the order a girl yells "WHAT". and started yelling "36 TACOS?!!" and i looked over and told them that they're so disrespectful. I did end up getting my tacos so there's that... I will say that the larger African American apologized to me for their behavior but that was still very appalling to me. I saw the mid-teen white girl looking at me and smiling so I again told her that she was very disrespectful. I then left. I debated about asking to speak to a manager but whoever the manager is is the one who hired these kids. So hopefully some people decide to drive the extra 10 minutes to another location because this was a horrible experience. read more

All the sign say 1 AM all the commercial say eat great even late but I went through the drive-through around 1030 and the lady told me that they close at 8 PM every night. If i could give 0 stars i would, i went here 03/17/2024 around 10:00 am i ordered a breakfast burrito and when i took a bite of it there was hair in it. This is disgusting and unacceptable and i will not be eating from here again. I was completely disgusted, i did not eat any of the other food i had purchased and contacted support it's been 24 hours and i still have yet to receive a response. Waited in line behind 3-4 cars for 35 minutes. THIRTY FIVE MINUTES. It was a Friday night. I assumed there was 1 or 2 ppl working and doing everything and that's why it was so slow. I get to the window and there's 3 people just standing around chit chatting and having the time of their lives while 1 person makes food. They were leaving customers sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes while they stand there doing nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. I mean it's a taco bell. It's what you would expect at a taco bell. They do take a long time to make the food though and the last 2 times I went they were out of beef and I had to wait while they made more. The place is always dirty and the staff rude but that's just the taco bell experience. I can't think of one time I went to a taco bell and it was actually clean and the staff wasn't rude. Staff here is trash. Was told they will not take orders at register only kiosk and when you place your order at the kiosk for cash you will never receive your food. Waited patiently for 30 mins before asking where my food was. Watched multiple people come and go while i still waited. When i finally inquired about my food i was told since i selected cash it was never seen in the kitchen. I said well a sign would be nice explaining the issue but was told corporate wont let them put a sign up to keep customers from wasting time there. Went inside because the drive thru was long. Ordered my food to go, but decided to sit down anyway. They forgot an item in my order and when I returned to the counter to request it with receipt, the lady acted like I was lying. She then followed me back to my table and looked inside my bag to make sure the item wasn't there. Stuck her whole nose in my bag, so crazy. I was offended. She then told my fiancé and I that we should have said "for here" if we were not taking the food to go. I was beside myself and clearly let her know how I felt (no swearing). The New steak flatbread is pretty much just flatbread.This place never wants to add meat to the items ordered. Every time, I just cross my fingers hoping that I get something good. They didn't give me my receipt and when I ask for my missing items they basically say I'm wrong and that if I want them to come back around and order them.The man at the register was beyond rude and gave me the rudest look just for checking my bag and asking for my missing items. They're pretty terrible. I have eaten here a good amount of times for breakfast, which isn't the worst if they get the order correct. They're usually subpar for any other meal, which is alright if you just want to get something fast and don't really care if it tastes good. However, I am done eating here. The last few times I've been through the drive-thru, I have had to wait for 5 minutes to even place my order, re-give my entire order after moments of silence when the employee couldn't hear me (?), have been told their credit card machine isn't up, that they don't serve breakfast or whatever else I ordered. I have been given very dry tortillas, nearly empty tortillas, or food with disproportionate or missing ingredients/filling. Lately is has also been cold, even when ordering with "special" instructions, meaning they have to make it fresh. I don't know how that is possible. Today I ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme meal with a soft taco and rice instead of beef. I asked for an unsweetened ice tea. The original employee taking the order was a man, but a woman's voice came over and said "Can you repeat that?" I said, "The whole order?" She said "Yes," and I did so patiently. I know they are prone to mistakes so I didn't mind that she wanted to double-check. Then at the window, I was not greeted, only asked for the $6-7 and after a few minutes, for the card back with no eye contact or response of any kind. The employee didn't ask me if I wanted any sauce, so I didn't receive any. In the bag was an opened crunchwrap with a hole in it; the tortilla was dry and the ingredients not proportionate. The taco was a hard taco and the tea was sweet. This happens whether or not they are busy. There are enough food spots in Anderson that we can now ignore Taco Bell, don't you think? read more

This has become my new go-to Taco Bell since moving to the Anderson area. It is one of the newer buildings on Beechmont, so it has fresh and current looking curb appeal. There's enough parking here and plenty of space for drive-thru lines. Inside you'll some very loud and colorful artwork, a mix of low-top and high-top tables, and a very clean feeling. I was going through the drive-thru recently with my pet beagle Tobie sitting in the passenger seat. When the lady at the window saw Tobie, she turned back to the kitchen and asked for some chicken. I thought she was getting it ready for the next order. When she handed me my food, she put the little side cup of shredded chicken in there too, telling me it was a treat for the dog. That was very nice. Generous customer service like that is unforgettable. read more

They were out of "large cups" (really?). Then they gave me the COMPLETELY wrong order AND charged me for the large drink for our combo! So I get all the way home right? I am a healthnut, but Taco Bell is my vice. I wanted something specific & vegetarian. It wasn't mentioned on the viewable menu. The lady behind the counter was very helpful & friendly. Another lady actually came out of the kitchen to ask if I would like refried beans & black beans....I did :-) As I ate my yummy crunchy thing, I saw the same level of service & smiles Which made my vice that much more enjoyable. read more
