I recently visited this Wendy's location and had a very uncomfortable experience. An employee named Kathy was approaching customers -- including me -- trying to promote and sell her personal handmade crafts and also asking for tips. This behavior felt extremely unprofessional and out of place for a fast-food restaurant. I expect employees to focus on customer service, not personal sales pitches, and it made the visit awkward and disappointing. I hope management addresses this issue so other customers don't have the same experience, because it definitely didn't reflect the standards I'm used to at Wendy's. read more

Even before COVID-19, and the scarcity of beef, this had not been one of the strongest Wendy's locations. Not in food or in service. Food is not up to Wendy's quality. Fries are less than enjoyable. They are limp, oily and on the cold side. The Dave's Hot and Juicy does not live up to it's name. The burger is not hot nor is it juicy. The meat has a tendency to be downright dry. Produce is the best part of this location's meal. It is fresh, crisp and plentiful. Service is on the slow side. It also is not very friendly. It was more of a here what do you want? Here it is kind of attitude. Not much is needed with fast food, but a smile does not hurt. read more

Order is always accurate when going through the drive thru. Line can be long but it moves faster than most Wendy's. Employees at drive thru are nice. Food is usually fresh, sometimes the bacon on JBC can be a little hard though. Food is always good and fresh during day hours. Sometimes late evening the food quality goes down but that sometimes expected at 9-10pm. I consider this one of the best Wendy's in the area due to speedy drive thru, accurate orders and they remember to include sauce for your nuggets. Highly recommend. read more

Something's never change. The fries were mushy grainy and hard to swallow down. They were warm but soggy, not crunchy at all. Chicken nuggets were dry and the breading was tough to get down. The hamburger was the real failure though. The bun was cold and not toasted. Go to any other fast food hamburger place and they run the bun through a toaster. I grill my hamburgers at home and I toast the bun on the grill. Even a hamburger at waffle House gets the bun toasted on the cooktop. I would not recommend Wendy's restaurants to anybody for any reason. You'll be more satisfied going hungry and waiting until the next day to find anything to eat. read more

I stopped by here on Christmas Eve around 3:30PM with my mom to grab a quick burger. Service: Friendly and quick. We didn't know what we wanted right away and the guy was very patient with us and reminded us about the 4 for $4. Food: My burger was exactly how I like it - hot and fresh off the grill. Seating: It wasn't a very busy day so all of the tables were clean. Plenty of seating for groups. I haven't been to a Wendy's in a while now and forgot how much I like their burgers. The food was ok and the wait wasn't that long. My problem was that the manager couldn't count the correct change back to me. I had to have them break $100 bill because their machines were down and she kept giving me the wrong change back. We went back and forth at least 5 times counting the change back and she kept asking how I came up with the amount I was saying. All while the other workers just stood there watching. Idk if she thought I was trying to pull a fast one but she was shorting me $10 and it was aggravating watching her miscount and then stand their and say the wrong amount to me. Ugh. So much disaster here. I had come down later in the evening for a Target drive up after an already long day. I was starving and just wanted something super quick. This Wendys is right infront of Target. I hopped in the drive thru line which didnt appear to have that many vehicles in it. That was my first mistake. With only 4 vehicles ahead of me, it took 20 mins to even get to the order board. At that point I figured I was already committed and not much else I like was still open. When I got to place my order I was advised they couldn't take anything but cash. Ugh. Luckily one of the very few times anymore I had any cash on me. Can you imagine all that time and then finding out they cant take your card too? Another 10 mins to order being ready. I had gotten a taco salad. I thought I checked the bag, but sadly not well enough because when I got home I realized there was no taco chips. So after all that and paying what seemed to be quite high for a fast food salad, no chips ("taco") and I had to use my own. Grr. This is why I rarely eat fast food. Might as well spend my $10 at a fast casual place or local joint. read more

Unbelievable guy sitting outside on phone saying they are short staffed 15min in drive and they have not even taking an order yet

I am an über eats driver, and I came through this location after hours by accident because sometimes uber does that. I was disappointed because of how expensive gas has been, because that meant I drove all the way out for nothing. This was the third restaurant uber had sent me to that was closed. I am a college student, so money has been very tight lately. The manager was still inside cleaning up when I tried to go through the drive through, and he was the sweetest man. He treated me with the type of kindness many food service workers save for customers. He gave me some cookies and even milk. It made my day. It made me so happy that I cried a little bit on the way home. Even at the very end of that managers day while he was cleaning up alone, an hour after close, he was nothing but kind. read more

Third car back from order spot and it took 25 minutes to order and get food. Taking cash only. Staff member opened window and handed me receipt then closed it. It wasn't my order. Was this some sort of verification of my order? I had to tell them it was wrong to ensure I got the correct order. Did not ask if I wanted condiments and didn't put any in the bag. I could see plenty of staff inside and the place was a disaster, starting with the first window cash register, there was clutter and garbage all over the counter. On to the second window, I could see in the kitchen and a garbage can was stacked with garbage a foot above the rim with garbage falling on the floor. Wendy's used to be good and fast always. The manager is completely abusive to her staff. Practically threw our bags through our car window saying "I've gotta do everything around here" When we got home we were missing both burgers for our meals. It was my fault for not checking the bag, but after someone saying that and throwing two bags at you, you aren't inclined to stick around. When we came back the poor blonde women working was trying so hard and when we came back to get our burgers, was visibly self deprecating due to her managers abuse. The manager yells into her headset "YOU CANT BE BOTHERING ME THERES A CUSTOMER AT THE COUNTER." We said "the women at the window was very helpful, these thing happens." And the manager said "I was the one who helped you at the window."- NO- you threw food at us, said "I've gotta do everything around here" aggressively, and then forgot the actual rhyme behind our reason of the meal. The blonde women who actually helped us and gave us drinks and such was sweet, patient, and welcoming. Unbelievable- I know it's fast food, but workers and customers should never be treated like that- PERIOD. I am a manager and have had crazy horrible days, but would never treat my employees and guests like that. To preface things: I used to love going here with my mother when I was younger, the food and drinks were always the best but now a-days the entire establishment is gross. As I walked in yesterday, my shoes we're sticking to the floor it was so dirty, I went to order the new strawberry frosty and some fries and decided to get a burger as well. Bad decision. The fries were cold and barely salted, it felt as if I was chewing on rubber. The burger was not any better, the bacon looked raw and was stretchy, the lettuce was browning and the meat looked similar to something you would find under a bus. The frosty was good for about two seconds until a long hair came through my straw. I ran to the bathroom and almost barfed. Then, as I smelt the horrific smell in the bathroom I almost barfed again. It seemed as though someone blew up one of the toilets. GROSS. There were workers making videos on their cellphones instead of serving customers. Absolutely appalling. One star. read more

Save your time and go somewhere else. I've had 2 bad experiences at this place. Both times I placed my order then watched for 20 minuets while people who ordered after me got their food. I ask for a refund and then the manager decides to have someone make my order. I declined and asked for my money back. Very poor attitude from employees when you ask for a refund after waiting. As I'm waiting on the order I never got I watch an employee make a chicken salad that also took about 20 minuets (according to the guy who ordered it) to make. The customer asked for a refund again waiting to long. The manager tells the employee to just put the chicken back after she already handled it and it was made. Seems very unsanitary to me . I went to this Wendy's today and drove away with no food after 30 minutes. I was able to order but there was a car that was at the window for at least 20 minutes That I could see. There didnt seem to be any interaction from the window and I know this Wendy's lost business of at least 100 dollars considering multiple cars left the line after ordering, myself included. If there was an issue with the order, the car should have been pulled to a parking hole. If I could give a zero I would. This Wendy's used to be decent, now I'm taking my business elsewhere. read more
