I pulled through the drive through, they were very welcoming. I was told to pull through to the first window, I had only ordered a drink, I believe the total was about 3.09 I'm not entirely sure because I was not handed a receipt. But I handed him 4 dollars, and he took it and told me to pull to the next window, I didn't get my change nor a receipt.... He did not ask me if I wanted my change back either. Stopped here while traveling the I-275 bypass around Cincinnati. Looking for a restaurant that provided easy access from the freeway and easy access back onto the interstate. This restaurant checks that box although you can't make a left out of the restaurant and need to exit thru the Home Depot parking lot to reach a signalized intersection. As the the BK itself - service was good and our Whoppers were very good. Our fries, however, were only passable - not hot and crispy. They were on the edge of being hot but definitely not hot. We went through the drive-thru and had an exceptional experience from the lady taking our order, the gentleman that gave us our order, and the meal cooked to order. I have been to this location many times mostly to get whoppers fries and mocha ice coffee. The ice coffee here is my favorite and I highly recommend giving it a try. The food here is always good. The only thing I can say is that most of the time the fries are delicious but if you for some reason get some that were under or overcooked they are always happy to make you a new one. That by the way has not happened to me that much in the last 30 years or more of me going in there or to other locations. All of their restaurants are always kept clean and stocked for the most part. I also know when I go into a Burger King that my hamburgers are going to be delicious. I myself love the broiled meat compared to grilled. I just think it tastes a touch better at least to me. Long drive thru waits. Or when you do arrive at the drive thru and have been waiting they take the other cars order. Food is always sub par. Order is never right. Trust in the other reviews and star rating. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. read more

First the wait at the drive thru for only 3 cars in front of me was ridiculous. Then I only ordered cheese sticks. How hard is it to make and package cheese sticks. How do you confuse cheese sticks with chicken fries. Not once, but twice in a row. 10/10 do not recommend. Had to get a refund which was an issue because I was not given a receipt. Don't order from them through doordash etc. Your order will never have all your items. We've tried a half dozen times. Last time I literally ordered again, called and spoke with manager, requested my items forgotten in 1st order be put in with 2nd. He assured me they would...... order comes, and you guessed it, no missing items from 1st order included. I call the store again, and a very disinterested young man whom sounded identical to the 1st employee I spoke with, informed me that the employee I spoke with didn't tell anyone about my call and left. Which is awesome. So I've got a ton of credits at burger king and wasted time and money. Service is horrendous, l recommend to stay away from that place. Audio system is deafening they were screaming at each other while talking to me. They left me hanging for too long and helped another car that came after I did. When I asked for a manager they brushed off by saying that I needed to come inside, despite me being in the drive. Has the wrong hours listed here and on the BK app. Both say the drive through is open until midnight. Drove 15 minutes to discover they were closed. It was 10:45 pm and they lost the hours as being open until midnight. read more

I stopped by the Burger King on Ohio Pike for lunch today. The girl was ringing in my order but she had put ketchup on my chicken instead of tomato. I proceeded to tell her no ketchup with tomato mayo and onion. Still no change on the screen and she had me pull around. I received my order and checked it before I left the window. Of course there was ketchup on it. They took it back after I said fir the 3rd time no ketchup its supposed to be tomato. I pulled around front like they asked me to. When she brought me my food it still wasn't correct. Of course now no tomato. Only mayo and onions. I am so disappointed because I feel as if I wasn't being heard at all. The chicken was hot so I still had my lunch but it's annoying to no end when you expectedly tell them what you want and still you don't get it that way. Sorry BK you have gone so down hill since I was employed there many years ago that I can't spend money there with the poor customer service you give. read more

When I say "Meh, I've experienced better" I'm not talking about better restaurants, I'm talking about better Burger Kings!! They are very, very slow in the drive thru window. If you order a drive thru Icee here on a hot day, you're at risk of getting a Wetee by the time you're at the pickup window. One time a person had to swipe my credit card multiple times and when I asked about it I was told that some days the machine is working and other days it is not. In today's world of identity theft, even though the employee was likely being honest, I'm treating this Burger King as cash only from now on. Yes, I just went all "Can't Trust Anyone!" in a Burger King review. The seating and decor has no character, which I only mention because I've been in Burger Kings that do have character. Finally, this location fails to break the curse of Burger Kings around the world having the weirdest, nonsensical soda dispensing machines of all-time. read more

Burger King used to be a really good place to eat, or go through drive thru to get a quick bite, this particular location however is absolutely horrible. Me and my family go through the drive thru ... I order a double whopper with cheese meal.. no mayo, no onion, no pickle or ketchup.. the guy (night time manager) says " so you want that plain", I say "no I want the lettuce and tomato, which would make that not plain", he says " I'm very aware of what plain means". Really!!! Really!! You're going to argue over a drive thru speaker with the customer after you were told I didn't want it plain. Then we get up to the drive thru window and the window worker says " that wasn't me who said all that, that was the manager" ... very nice !! It's kind of funny how even the drive thru guy knew it wasn't right to argue. The food wasn't fresh, or correct... this is the last time I will ever visit this or probably any Burger King again. I went to Wendy's 3 miles away and got all drag made HOT food without a hassle or attitude at all. This place is the worst Burger King on the east side of cincinnati ... all in all this was a horrible experience and I hope everyone stays clear of this crap location. read more

This place is not worth visiting..if you go to the drive thru...make sure that you check your order...4 out of 5 times it will be wrong and it will take quite a while to get your order anyway...you would think that as long as it takes to get the order they could get it right but that's not the case!! I just got done eating 3 of their new grilled hot dogs... I ordered 3 chili cheese dogs a large fries and a large Diet Coke...unfortunately I went through the drive thru and didn't check my order,they actually got the Diet Coke right but the fries were barely warm and they got 2 of the 3 hot dogs right...the one dog had mustard and onion on it that I didn't want and 2 of the buns were very crunchy stale...the hot dogs are new menu items...why are the buns so stale...anyway I have had to get my order corrected when I eat inside of the restaurant several times and have the long wait then too... I like to eat at Burger King but I won't return here due to the recurring problems. That's why I am putting this review out here...enough of the stupidity!!! read more

Just spent half an hour waiting for a cheeseburger. Since the Beechmont Avenue one has been torn down and is being rebuilt this is the only Burger King along this stretch. They should have more staff on lunchhour because the line and the congestion is horrible. Looks like I'm eating Whitecastle's from here on out. read more
