Went in looking for a custom bouquet to gift for a special occasion, showed a photo of a blush pink arrangement and immediately told "no we don't have that" and directed to the fridge of semi dying roses and minimal other varieties to pick other colors from. I picked a half dozen semi pink rose bunch that looked ok and she grabbed 2 hydrangeas and 1 lily to look like an uneven half assed bouquet (nothing better than what one can make from Trader Joe's or Safeway) I was ready to settle for that but she found one rose was moldy and went back to replace it with 1 orange rose? 5 blush roses with 1 orange rose... no Ended up settling on a completely different dozen roses and asked for the bouquet to be wrapped, the plastic was ripped at the top and looked bad, I asked her to cut it clean with scissor and her scissors were so dull I even tried to cut it myself because she was making it worse. Ended up just asking for the bouquet to be rewrapped in brown paper instead. Ribbon tying looked like an elementary school student tied their shoe. When I picked up the bouquet half the flowers started to fall out so it had to be retied. The roses weren't arranged evenly to display them nicely (like a florist bouquet should be), some were hidden under the brown paper so I readjusted the flowers after I left. Very disappointed in 1) quality and choice of flowers 2) lack of florists ability to form a nice bouquet 3) professionalism in customer service. Why pay more for a bouquet if I end up having to rearrange and retie it myself?
