Great place! I have a Smart Fortwo and I had a flat. Those tires are hard to find. One of my students recommended Wheels Warehouse and he was right! Rick helped me over the phone and after I had the car towed there (Orange,) they sent their driver to their warehouse and got the tires delivered in less tha half an hour. They balanced them and had me out of there fast. Very clean lobby, spotless bathrooms and very nice sales-people. If you are into rims, this place is AWESOME! read more

I was in the market to change up my OEM wheels for my 2018 Subaru Impreza Sport. I was shopping around and came across Wheel Warehouse on Instagram. Figured I'd give them a try based off such positive reviews and years in the business. What also caught my attention was that they buy OEM wheels and tires. I got in contact with Rick Teter after sending an email inquiry. Rick helped me out through the entire process. I told him the wheels I was interested in...he found them and ordered the last available set of 4. I told him the tires I wanted to go with the wheels...he locked them in for me. I told him I needed black lug nuts...he threw them in the quote. Might I add, all this exchange was happening through email & text. AND, I found out Rick was in Texas at the time. The only time I stepped foot in the shop, was to get my vehicle worked on. I live in LA, and the shop is in Orange. That 35+ minute drive down to the OC was well worth the final set-up. The staff was super friendly. They have a HUGE selection of wheels in the showroom. I was in and out within an hour & a half. Wheels balanced, mounted, alignment checked and OEM wheels/tires traded in. I drove off the lot with 4 TSW Neptune 18x8 Wheels paired with Yokohama Advan Sport A/S+ tires. Thanks Rick & the Wheel Warehouse staff!!! I'll be back for future purchases. read more

Probably one of THE most honest and upfront shops I have ever been to. Paul is genuinely a great person. Ibwould highly recommend this place for ANY of your wheel and tire needs/wants. I am getting 4 new tires and possibly an alignment done today. Very knowledgeable staff and the pricing is VERY competitive. Even if it costs a little bit more than the other guys, I would still bring my business here. There is something to say when you have that level of customer service. You just don't see that anymore with any business. This place has it. Hands down. If I could give it more stars I would. Inwill be coming back with my wishlist of things that i want to get done. read more

I can't say enough about Brett Peters. His communication, quick responses, and above board list of what things would cost was refreshing which is why in the end I chose this business. I Was pleased with excellent service, install and delivery of my Vehicle. The wheels and tires were for my son's car and he gave me an extensive list of what he may like. Needless to say my son was extremely happy with the wheels picked out. Brett also steered me to the right lowering springs which Made the car look even better. Thanks again read more

My husband and I bought rims for our Mazda 3 here. Great customer service, great prices, and fast and efficient work! Sadly I can't remember the name of the man who helped us but his customer service was great. He was very patient and helpful with my husband and I and helped us pick out a rim that we could afford that would look good on our car. The rims looks GREAT! We're very impressed and will definitely come back for future wheels and rims. read more

The guys here are great! They may not be the cheapest but if you are conscientious and love your car, this is the place to go. No nicks or scratches on my wheels after they put tires on them or balance them. No wonky balancing. These guys have been around for a long time and for good reason. Great guys! Blown away by my experience! I've been driving past this place for months and when my tire pressure light kept coming on even though we were constantly filling them up and got 2 patch jobs, I knew it was time to have them replaced. I was greeted right away and was helped by Gene, initially, and then Daniel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and they were quick to check out my tires and give me a quote. The tires I needed weren't in stock but they arrived hours after I called in to go ahead with the order. It took about an hour to have them replaced and there was a great, little waiting area with vending machines, coffee and water. I will definitely be returning and am already telling family about this place. Clean, professional, speedy and friendly staff with great prices what more can I ask for! read more

I purchased wheels and tires from WW. Initially, I purchased the open box special and took them home. I didn't have the vehicle in my possession at the time. Once I got the car the rims were intended for, I attempted to have them mounted at America's Tire (close to my home in Pasadena). The rims didn't fit (center bore wasn't cut out large enough). I was upset and drove back down to WW. William Morales was my sales rep. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the process he reassured me he would make things right. WW sent the rims back to the manufacturer and I had WW do the mounting and alignment. Everything turned out great. William was fantastic. I've included photos. If you're in the market for rims and tires, this is the spot! Thank you WW for everything!!! read more

I drive by this place all the time, as it is down the street from my house. My tire light came on yesterday, I knew I wanted to have my tires looked at ASAP. The place I usually go to, their shop is closed on the weekend and I didn't want to wait until Monday. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in, the man who checked me in(I am sorry I didn't catch your name), he was very prompt and thorough in getting the information that he needed from me. Paul was wonderful taking care of my car, he cleaned up my tires and said they were in great condition. Thank you to Wheel Warehouse, you were great and I will definitely be back. read more

The crew and management at Wheel Warehouse are phenomenal. They are professional courteous expeditious and just damn nice people. I had purchased a new set of wheels and tires for my Corvette, I noticed a problem after I drove it at speeds on the freeway. I took it back to Wheel Warehouse explained what the problem was they sent a technician out with me to drive on the freeway to diagnose it. he recognized immediately what the problem was, took it back to the shop and took care of the problem. I highly recommend this establishment for your wheels tires and suspension needs. They are a wonderful group of people to do business with. read more

William is the man! He knew exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted. At times I didn't even know I wanted it until he suggested it. He was that good. I've been a happy customer of Wheel Warehouse for 10+ years, so this review is long overdue. I've purchased both wheels and tires here and come back regularly for rotations (which are included with the purchase!). Every time I come here I receive top notch service. The guys are fantastic, the service is fast, and I feel safe on the road when I leave. Today the ladies bathroom was out of order, so I asked to use the men's room. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was a changing table in there! Now, admittedly, I don't frequent men's rooms, lol, but I've heard that there are rarely changing tables in them. I find comfort knowing dads have a clean & safe place to care for their babies while doing business here! Thank you Wheel Warehouse! I'm sure you already know this, but... you're the BEST! read more

This is a great tire shop. I went to three other shops trying to find the right combination of tires and wheels, most of them could not tell me if the tires would fit on my F150 with a leveling kit until after they put them on. Rick knew exactly what would fit, how it would fit, and just what performance I could expect. The prices are fair, the service is outstanding, and the overall experience at this shop was really great. They even offer trade-ins and sales of take-offs. read more

Nice team, helped answer my questions and shipping was crazy fast!

My family had been customers here for a while, and I assumed it was the standard. After my second negative experience in a row, I was done. Their prices are pretty high, the customer service is pretty meh, and they don't really seem to care about much. They are super rough on your wheels. I am anal about my car. The chrome is impeccably polished, and the paint is nearly flawless. After a surprisingly long wait, my wheels came back pretty badly scuffed around the hub where they tightened it to the alignment machine, and the lips were beaten up. The minimal amount of road rash was exaggerated by their harsh mounter, which even took some chrome plate off. Needless to say, I was pissed, They took me back to show me how gentle everything was, but watching the techs toss tools around customers' cars was enough for me to go elsewhere. read more

Wheel Warehouse always does an amazing job for all 3 of my cars. They are great!

Devin and Daniel were both a great help when my fiance and I went to get new tires and rims for his car. Originally, the plan was just to purchase tires, but they informed us that two of the rims were very bent, so we ended up buying new rims as well which we got a great deal on. We ended up getting G1 rims for less than anywhere else including parts and installation fees. This completely fixed the vibration issue that the car had as well as helped to up the gas mileage. Great store! Great Experience! read more

Thank you Mark & Cesar for hooking up my ride! TOP NOTCH! A friend if mine recommended that I make the drive to Wheel Warehouse to get a deal on tires for my GF's BMW. She's watching her money these days (like most of us) so we called his guy Daniel, and got a quote. Daniel was cool and polite. He found us a great price on some great tires. She had called 2 other places, and Daniel was over $100 bucks cheaper! The showroom was clean, and while we were there we also got an alignment for $85 which was very reasonable. What a great experience I had!! I really wish I could give more stars!! I had almost went with another Wheel place but they gave me such little options and the whole process just didn't sit right with me!
