I purchased wheels and tires from WW. Initially, I purchased the open box special and took them home. I didn't have the vehicle in my possession at the time. Once I got the car the rims were intended for, I attempted to have them mounted at America's Tire (close to my home in Pasadena). The rims didn't fit (center bore wasn't cut out large enough). I was upset and drove back down to WW. William Morales was my sales rep. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable. Throughout the process he reassured me he would make things right. WW sent the rims back to the manufacturer and I had WW do the mounting and alignment. Everything turned out great. William was fantastic. I've included photos. Blown away by my experience! I've been driving past this place for months and when my tire pressure light kept coming on even though we were constantly filling them up and got 2 patch jobs, I knew it was time to have them replaced. I was greeted right away and was helped by Gene, initially, and then Daniel. Everyone was incredibly friendly and they were quick to check out my tires and give me a quote. The tires I needed weren't in stock but they arrived hours after I called in to go ahead with the order. It took about an hour to have them replaced and there was a great, little waiting area with vending machines, coffee and water. I will definitely be returning and am already telling family about this place. Clean, professional, speedy and friendly staff with great prices what more can I ask for! read more

I drive by this place all the time, as it is down the street from my house. My tire light came on yesterday, I knew I wanted to have my tires looked at ASAP. The place I usually go to, their shop is closed on the weekend and I didn't want to wait until Monday. I've purchased both wheels and tires here and come back regularly for rotations (which are included with the purchase!). Every time I come here I receive top notch service. The guys are fantastic, the service is fast, and I feel safe on the road when I leave. Today the ladies bathroom was out of order, so I asked to use the men's room. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was a changing table in there! Now, admittedly, I don't frequent men's rooms, lol, but I've heard that there are rarely changing tables in them. I went to Wheel Warehouse after making the mistake of buying wheels online from another company. I called & spoke with Brett regarding the rims I wanted, which had to be brought in. I put my deposit down, and he called me to let me know my wheels were there & ready to be picked up a few hours later. Brett was super helpful when we got there. I had told him I had a bad experience with a previous company, & he opened all the boxes so I could look at each wheel & make sure I was happy. He even opened the lug nuts up & counted them out to make sure everything was correct. Brett really made this experience simple & easy. As always, Wheel Warehouse is an exceptional wheel and tire store. When I got my sedan, I was contemplating whether to get a new set of wheels and tires or simply leave my OEM. However, after emails and phone calls, I was convinced to go ahead and replace all four of them. Rick managed to get me Avant Garde 18-inch wheels and Pirelli PZero (All Season) tires. I had my appt set at 0800 Saturday morning to minimize my travel time. I drove from Murrieta to Katella for this install. My family had been customers here for a while, and I assumed it was the standard. After my second negative experience in a row, I was done. Their prices are pretty high, the customer service is pretty meh, and they don't really seem to care about much. They are super rough on your wheels. I am anal about my car. The chrome is impeccably polished, and the paint is nearly flawless. After a surprisingly long wait, my wheels came back pretty badly scuffed around the hub where they tightened it to the alignment machine, and the lips were beaten up. The minimal amount of road rash was exaggerated by their harsh mounter, which even took some chrome plate off. Needless to say, I was pissed, They took me back to show me how gentle everything was, but watching the techs toss tools around customers' cars was enough for me to go elsewhere. read more

Checked on wheels for my 4 year old extra van, which I happened to be driving. Salesman was a douch. And NO help. Would not check on the wheels I wanted to see if they were in stock unless I bought them! I don't think so. Not how I do business. I'm a millionaire, not some kid! No thanks to buying anything at this place ever again. Went elsewhere and even got a better price! At least this so called salesman told me the price. Not that it really mattered, would have been happy to pay more not to go here anymore. Which I won't. No way I'm giving these jerks a chance for the second, 3rd,4th, or 5th set I was going to buy for my wife's Lincoln (my other main car), my truck, my Tesla, or my new Mustang. Figured what the hell, maybe a better deal on five sets? Never got that far. Don't know what happened, they used to be so good when I was buying all my wheels when they were in Anaheim. Place has really gone downhill. Used to have 1000's of wheels to look at, now maybe 100-if that. And way better salesmen. If it's better for you to make people buy elsewhere due to the ahole salesman you have, your doing a great job! Much smaller place now. Really gone downhill. Probably due to this salesman-if you could call him that. Hey owner, your HR department (if you have one) REALLY needs a better vetting process before you hire idiots like this. Originally, the plan was just to purchase tires, but they informed us that two of the rims were very bent, so we ended up buying new rims as well which we got a great deal on. We ended up getting G1 rims for less than anywhere else including parts and installation fees. This completely fixed the vibration issue that the car had as well as helped to up the gas mileage.
