She's watching her money these days (like most of us) so we called his guy Daniel, and got a quote. Daniel was cool and polite. He found us a great price on some great tires. She had called 2 other places, and Daniel was over $100 bucks cheaper! The showroom was clean, and while we were there we also got an alignment for $85 which was very reasonable. These guys know their stuff! I went into their shop to flip my tires. Which is recommended on a BMW. I seen a pamphlet on Pedal Box. It's a plug and play for the lag in acceleration. OMG! Pedal Box lives up to its standards. Made in Germany and installed at Wheel Warehouse. The tech who installed it is very fluent in the product. We took my vehicle for a test drive. I recently picked up a set of F150 takeoffs from them this weekend, and I have to say I was very impressed with the people there and the shop itself. I wasn't one of those customers that wanted an expensive aftermarket set of wheels and a lift package, I just wanted some nicer factory wheels. I still received excellent customer service and treated very well. Rick and the crew out in the back were very helpful. The wheels and tires were just as described and the price was excellent. They even offered me a pretty fair price for the plane jane stock wheels/tires I had in exchange. Also a great price on labor to change over the stock tire pressure sensors. I would have used them for service, but I live in San Diego and needed to use a local shop for that. Nevertheless, the shop in the back was impressive, very clean and organized, they were working on several trucks at the time when I was there. I went to Wheel Warehouse wanting to accomplish 2 things 1. Trade (+ cash) my OEM 18 inch Jeep GC wheels for 20 inch OEM 70th Anniv black wheels + tires. This of course i wanted to accomplish at a good price 2. Fix a vibration issue i had been having at freeway speeds in excess of 75mph So went to their showroom, nice place and sales person i spoke to was helpful in letting me see the wheels and also giving me the trade in quote. The first price he gave me was too much, i asked to negotiate and he had me speak with the owner (i assume) to arm wrestle with him. Also nice guy, easy to speak with. The end result he came very close to the price i had in mind to pay, so i ended up getting the deal. Jeep looks awesome. But better yet the vibration issue i had was resolved with a Wheel Warehouse alignment and my MPG shot up 10% These guys got something great going on for buying OEM wheels that are slightly used, good condition and a fair price. read more

After 2 trips to this store Brett helped me with a wheel and tire package for my cls550. Brett was awesome and all other staff I had contact with were equally friendly and professional. This place is hands down the place you want to go for wheels!! My calipers and rotor hubs were nasty looking. These guys painted them without me asking and they did not charge me!! Are you kidding me, NO CHARGE!! That's awesome service. They also aligned my car and fixed the camber that the dealer screwed up when they aligned it 4 months earlier. I had Brett (who's the MAN by the way) Set me up with Coilovers (BC Racing) and a Set of staggered Vossons (9.5 front 10.5 back). The set up is amazing and I love it. I've gone back a couple times for tire replacements (normal wear and tear) and every time they've been stellar. Recently my coilover was having some issues and to them it was a quick fix. I brought my car in they analyzed the situation and solved the problem. They didn't even charge me extra for that. They replaced my tires, and planned on doing an alignment but my car was zero'd out perfect so they were honest and didn't charge me for it. That kind of honesty and support is why I drive from long beach to these guys. read more

I am very sorry to say I have left the above missive here for a long time and the car just started shaking again at the same speeds. WheelWarehouse are experts with cars; the front end of a sports car is a science that I really do not understand at this point. I appreciate very much that the new owner is a race car driver who can articulate the wheel spec issues well. I am so sorry for the grief I have caused you guys and I am so glad I did not sue you over this. It appears the car has "personality"; this problem is not your fault. I bought the car used and the problem is likely due to an accident that does not appear in the car fax. I came close to raising hell at the shop, that's very embarrassing for me and I am sorry. The watch probably disappeared somewhere else. Stealing someone's watch is probably really bad karma, if there is any in this world. But accusing the wrong person of stealing it is pretty bad too, I am so sorry. I bought a used money pit bad luck car apparently. Strangely, the dealer wants to buy it. They'll put the stock size wheels on it. Changing from the 320 size wheel to the 500 should not have made a difference. I am confused. The dealer has made the car work like this. But perhaps the car will adjust as it apparently does after each time it goes to the shop. It rides good for a while no matter what is done to it, new tires, wheels or just a balance and adjustment. read more

I wanted to replace the stock wheels on my Range Rover sport for something larger and better looking. Danny took me through at least six or seven different options, bringing the rims up to the car so I could see what they would look like. Even though I waffles back and forth on styles he showed zero impatience and continued making suggestions of what to try. Eventually settled on some gloss black 22s that really transformed the look of the car. They arrived in just a day and installation was easy (2 hours). They also painted my calipers black to match the wheels. The entire process was very easy and enjoyable. Price was very reasonable (about half of what the dealership was charging for a comparable wheelset) and they also took the stock wheels as a trade in. I had a really great experience shopping for and buying my new wheels and tires at Wheels Warehouse. From the minute I walked in, Brett the sales guy was very helpful and provided great advice. They happen to have had the perfect wheels for my new car, and they look fantastic! Brett is very energetic and talks a bit fast, but he's great to work with. They put the wheels on, while I waited. Although they quoted me 90 minutes to get it done, it took way less than that! 45 tops. I was the last customer of the day though. They have a really nice election of wheels in the store. I went in and was greeted by many people in a beautiful lobby.
