The other day while running errands, I made the mistake of pulling into a small and oddly shaped spot in a parking lot in which the curb wraps around into the back of the tire. I unfortunately forgot about this strange curb when pulling out, and caused some curb rash on my rims. Due to all the rave reviews, I made an appointment and came to Wheel Guys to get it fixed. Pulling into the lot, I had some trouble finding Wheel Guys because instead of a Wheel Guys sign at the front door, they instead have a sign on their front door promoting Bahal Motors. Fortunately I noticed a van parked nearby with their decal so I decided to walk inside and inquire. Upon pulling in and stepping out of my vehicle, the first thing I noticed was a foul sewer smell coming out of the bay they directed me to park in front of. Turns out they were experiencing a sewer backup that day. Took about 30mins but they restored my rim back to its original condition for $125. While I was impressed by their work, I was NOT impressed by the fact that my car REEKED of sewer smell when I got it back. As the guy walking around in the sewage backup and spraying down the bay was also the guy who stepped into my car to move my vehicle around. I would think it would be common sense if you are stepping in sewage water, that you would either change out your shoes and clothes before stepping into clients' vehicles or have someone else move the cars. Took quite a bit to wash and air out my car afterwards to completely remove the disgusting smell. read more

I expected the paint job to be a half-day affair but it took about a good hour and a half to paint the whole set. Max also recommended how to best care for the paint (no power washing the calipers).
