Horrible experience. I suffer from hair loss and I wanted a wig for a special event that same…read morenight. I went to this establishment, walked in, and was the only customer. The lady came from the back and didn't seem very nice to begin with. I told her what I was looking for and I saw a wig I wanted to try on. She said I needed to purchase a hair net for $2.15 cents. I didn't have any cash on me and she just looked at me. I thought to myself, I'll just go home. I went to my car and found cash to purchase the hair net. It's hard to find parking near the store so I was several feet away and didn't really feel like walking back. But I really wanted a wig for that night and the one I saw looked decent. So, I walked back to the store and bought the hair net. She proceeded to put the wig on me. I tried on a second wig and decided to take the first one. We went to the cash register and I handed her my card. It was $212.00. She swiped the card and gave me a receipt to sign. After I signed it, she looked at the receipt and then looked at my card and asked me who the person was. I was using my husbands card as he was treating me to the wig. I told her that the card was my husbands. She asked for my ID which I gave to her. We don't have matching last names so that must've given her a red flag. I re-iterated that it was my husbands card and that he gave it to me to purchase the wig. I told her I'd be more than happy to have her talk to him on the phone or she can make a copy of my ID. She declined and said she will need to void the payment. She voided the payment right away and said sorry. Well, a sorry was not enough. I told her that was unacceptable. She should've looked at the card for any concerns BEFORE processing the payment. I now had no wig AND to top things off, the $212 was on hold on the card so I could not use the card anymore until the money was released back for usage. That meant 48 hours needed to go by before I could use the $212. So, again, I was left with no wig and no money. She failed to understand this. She then proceeded to call the police on me. I felt I was not in the wrong so I stayed in the store waiting. The police came, very nice and polite, and asked for my ID. He questioned the whole situation and I explained. The police officer called my husband verified what I was saying was the truth. He then asked the store owner to give me the wig but she stated she voided the payment already. Because of this, she could not process the payment a second time as there wasn't enough funds. The office said she had two choice 1. either give me the wig as a "I owe you" and that if in 2 days I don't pay her, a warrant for my arrest would be in place OR just say tough luck and I'm sorry. Well she chose tough luck. The owner had a bad attitude from the beginning. She was not pleasant or helpful at all. She didn't care that she left me without a wig AND without money. I explained to her my financial situation and she couldn't care less. I will never be going back and I suggest no one buys any of her wigs because she doesn't value her customers at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO THROUGH THE SAME THING I DID!

When I got to the suite, she was super nice and we talked the entire time. She's very professional and knowledgeable of the sew in process. I got a wash and a basic side part install. My bundles were still a little wet, so she set them under the dryer without a problem! I loved my hair afterwards and got so many compliments about my hair! I will definitely make another appointment and refer her to others!
