This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

The main reason I called them was because my screens were a mess (only 3) because of construction. They were not cleaned properly whatsoever and he promised to come back. i contacted them three times and they stopped responding. They said I didn't technically pay for the screen cleaning but I 100% told him this over the phone. They were disappointing and did not complete the job. I now have to call someone else.
