I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. I asked him if his business was closed to the unvaccinated and that I would leave if so at which time he replied no . He then went on a 45 minute tirate about the covid vaccination and anyone who didn't take it was an ignorant Trump supporter .
