This is supposed to be a kids grilled cheese....there is such little cheese that it is basically toast.

We choose Whataburger for the good tea and the spicy ketchup. They only gave us 2 spicy ketchups for 4 meals and the tea was so murky it could have been mud water. For the price I am paying, I should be getting better than this. I wish I could say this is a rare occurrence but I live in Roswell and this happens all the time. It's embarrassing

Disgusting never come here again. Food was horrible and cold fries from 8 hours ago. Onion rings drenched in oil. The only thing good was the milk shake . Dog food gross. Service crappie and not saying hi to guest . Ambiance not good lobby full of flies . Don't recommend.

This was my first time having Whataburger in my life but I heard it's a popular fast food joint. We came here for breakfast and had it on the road to our next destination. The line was a little bit longer since I wouldn't think anyone want to eat a burger for breakfast. It took us about 15 minutes to get our order ready and we had to wait on the side while they were making it. The thing is some of our fries were super hot and the other fries were cold as a cucumber. This was so inconsistent and it was all in the same order. That was a little bit sad. The burger itself didn't taste as good as other fast food places. I would even say Mc Donald's for sure has this place beat. The bread itself wasn't warm and didn't taste good to me and overall it was not a pleasing first time for me. One thing that I did like was their spicy ketchup.

DEAD FLIES EVERYWHERE!

My husband and I went to the Roswell, NM Whataburger restaurant. Before getting our order, we ran to the restroom. DEAD FLIES, DEAD FLIES EVERYWHERE; on the windowsills, on the floor in the hall, all over the restrooms floor, all around the entrance. GROSS! Every time to took a bite of my hamburger, my thoughts kept going to the DEAD FLIES and wondering where else in the building there were DEAD FLIES! We can't go back.

What is there to say? It's a Whataburger. It was good. Complaint would be there was no changing table in the bathroom.

Decent burgers if you're willing to wait a quarter hour for your order to be finished.

Not even close to a good burger! I guess it's a regional burger thing...Keep driving till you find Freddy's or In-N-out.

Great burgers. Worth the price. Their French fries seem to be lacking, although I'm not sure what it is. Cinnamon rolls are awesome though.

Hit the spot!! Great to find a taste of home, Texas, and something that wasn't Mexican food after a week of nothing but green chili!

The interior is surprisingly large with a spacious dining room to the right, more seating near the bar, and even an outdoor space that had live music when we went. Spicy Beef Nachos Appetizer: Chips topped with queso, green onions, jalapeños, black olives, tomatoes, guacamole, and sour cream. My friend got this and I had a couple bites. Chips were not soggy and it was large enough to cover as his dinner. Green Chile Burger: Topped with monterey jack cheese and roasted chopped Chaves County-grown hot green chile. Served on a jalapeño bun with a side of our hot green chile sauce. Their signature burger and it tasted good. I don't need too much food but the amount of fries I got was too little even for me. Got two Johnny Walker Blacks with a splash of coke and they came well mixed and quickly. We did end up getting rained in and hilariously went back for a second dinner to wait out the rain. Black corn taquitos were OK, I would not get the fried shrimp basked again, the shrimp was too small and there was too much breading.

The hostess (whose name I forget) went out of her way to take special care of our huge group of 10 people who dropped in on her on a busy night. Our server Heather was a total rock star! She had never heard of Pink Floyd (heresy!) but treated us like royalty. All in all I would have to believe that Peppers treats every single customer like this - and highly recommend a stop.

RATING BREAKDOWN Food: 4 | Service: 5 | Ambiance: 4 | Price: 4 THE GRUB Five words: New Mexico Style LOTA Burger. Leave off the mustard for me and this burger is amazing! The patties were thin, but surprisingly juicy. The dang thing was so fat it was bursting out of its wrapper. I knew I wouldn't be hungry enough for a side, but next time... MY FAVORITE PART... New Mexican green chile on my cheeseburger. It always takes meals to the next level... BOMB! NOT SO FAVORITE PART... I didn't try the fries they boast about. LOCATION/AMBIANCE My daughters and I stopped here for a takeout order and to use their restrooms during a roadtrip back on 10/6/2023. Thank you for having a clean restaurant with clean women's single restroom. PARKING There was ample parking. A drive-thru too. SERVICE The staff were all super welcoming and nice at around 5PM... got our order perfect. My girls devoured their cheeseburgers. They only wanted that and milk. No sides. Bummer, because I'm a fry-stealing queen. Lol. I'm sorry I passed this place up all these years. I'm officially a fan. TIP They are also famous for their breakfast burritos.
