Stopped here before heading to a Cardinals vs Dbacks game a couple weeks back. Used the drive through. Super friendly dudes taking your order and at the window. Got my food hot, fast and fresh and even scored a receipt with the free burger survey on it. Score! I went with what I go with 90% of the time here.....Large Green Chile Double Combo. So bomb! Nothing fancy, just 2 freshly cooked patties, couple slices of cheese and some green chiles. It's a winner and definitely one of my top 5 favorite fast food style burgers. Love it! Whataburger fries are good like 95% of the time, nice and fresh and crispy and salted well. Even when I have had a batch that has been a tad "off", their spicy ketchup fixes everything. That stuff is so damn good. I always ask for like 5, use 3 of them and stash 2 of them in my glove box so I can have spicy ketchup with my fries I get from other places. The spicy ketchup may be the single best fast food condiment of all time. That stuff is great! This location is right off the 10 so I'm sure I will be back if I ever have a Whataburger craving while downtown. Good stuff! read more

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger with no lettuce add jalapeños... received a cold reg burger with no tomato and no onion. Ordered a large French fries, I said "fresh please" (I'm happy to pull over and wait)... received medium fries that were cold and soggy. No napkins. I normally wouldn't bother with a bad review on Yelp for fast food but it's now a pattern of cold burgers with smashed buns and bearing no resemblance to what I ordered. Whata whata whata where do i begin.... after being dropped off by our lyft driver raymond who kindly offered to drive us through the drive thru until my dumb brother said "OH there's people inside" and we left the car. we then proceeded to the front entrance to find that the doors were locked. so we got a little creative and attempted to drive in our invisible car. (brownie points if you know about that sponge bob episode cha feel) but we got caught, the speaker woman said "we cannot serve you if you're not in a car" so we prayed, One Our Father, one Hail Mary, one angelus, and a couple rosaries. on our knees on the concrete to show that AGAPE LOVE and out of nowhere we heard sound from the speaker. This is a living testament that God is real. We walked towards the speaker and she offered to take our order. She kindly took it and we walked to the next window. NOW FOR THE BEST PART: THE TASTE :O We ordered three patty melt meals, one patty melt (sandwich itself.) As for drinks, we ordered two sweet teas, one sprite, but one of the sweet teas was not sweet. This place is whataeva.. get it?! But really, came in while on business in AZ. Ordered the double meat burger and it came with no cheese. The meat was fine but it was nothing extraordinary. Ive heard a lot of chatter and buzz about this chain being comparable to in n out or Shake Shack burgers but that is a deep insult to those two chains, as Whataburger is not anywhere near that caliber. It's more so drunk food that you compromise for when you are deciding what's open at 3 AM. The price is average, the chicken sandwich is way below sub par and the fries were not salted at all. My advice would be to save your money, fly out to California or NY and get yourself some Shake Shack. read more

This Whataburger location seems to be going downhill. The burgers always seem to be cold, dirty restaurant, and some of the employees just don't seem to care about good customer service. Have witnessed some of the workers verbally fighting with each other in front of customers, and witnessed an employee outside with a friend shaking hands goodbye then going back inside the restaurant without washing their hands. It is no wonder this location has a B grade health score rating because of previous health violations. This Whataburger location needs improvement in its food quality and service. read more

While working out here in Arizona, my coworkers suggested I try this place because it's better than In and Out. Although there were more choices on their menu the lack of flavor is average comparable to any fast food chain. At this location the service is average and so is the ambiance. Bacon Whataburger Meal I'm impressed. I am absolutely impressed by the quality of food from a fast food joint open 24 hours and ordered around 1:30 in the morning. For fast food, it was really good. The fries were crisp. The distribution of condiments were even across the burger (which says a little something because the burger itself is pretty big). We ordered for three people and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This is the second time coming here and both times were good so this might be the spot we go to after a night out with friends and need a late night snack. Well done. read more

Meat seemed too thin, almost like the bun over powered the meat and bacon. We thought it tasted like a Dairy Queen burger. The fried were good, the onion rings were very tasty. We all agreed for a fast food chain the onions rings were the best! The spicy sweet and sour sauce was on hit! Along with the spicy ketchup. I have never experienced such a profoundly slow line in a drive thru in my entire life--and I used to live in Boston. If they are short staffed, they should pay better. But, at this restaurant, I found the burger to be a disappointment. Now, the fries were nice and hot :) , and the veggies crisp (lettuce and onion) and fresh (veggies and tomato). But the burger was both barely warm (no where near hot), AND slightly undercooked (there was some pink showing, and with patties this thin, I don't think that should have been the case). But, I was too hungry to send it back. Had the meat been hotter, it would have been a lot better. However, I don't think I'll go back to this location again. read more

This is the cleanest restaurant I've ever been in. Stopped in for a quick lunch. Ordered and went to the restroom real quick. Food was being brought to my table as I returned. Hot and delicious. Great location next to the hospital. The staff was quick and friendly and very careful not to cross contaminate anything. The cashier sprayed his hands every time he changed tasks.
