I didn't know this location exist in Mooresville but found it today when I was going to head to the one in NE Charlotte. Looking at the reviews though, seems like they have been here at least 3 years ... the inside looks practically brand new. They texted me the link to schedule an in-person, so I scheduled for 4:00 p.m. earlier today. Keep in mind, I'm 25 minutes away from this location, and don't have a super expendable gas budget because I've been looking for a job. My girlfriend and I drive to the store, and I go inside to tell the cashier I'm here for an interview (she was super friendly and helpful), she hands me a cup and I sit down to wait at 3:59 p.m.. I wait until 4:06 until I text my girlfriend, "I'm still sitting here waiting, I'll get up and ask if I should reschedule at 4:10." So 4:10 rolls around and nobody has came up to me. Looking around the dining room I see four people sitting in black shirts. Now, I actually worked at another Five Guys location a few years ago, so I know that those shirts mean that they're managers. I'm just looking around to see if anyone's coming, and none of them would made eye contact with me. I go back up to the counter to ask the cashier if another time would work better, and she says, "okay, let me go double-check." I wait another five minutes until I realize that none of the managers here were going to speak to me, and I walk out the door at 4:15 p.m.. If you're going to post on Indeed, you should probably interact with the people you schedule interviews with, or maybe take 4:00 p.m. off the list of availability. It was very disrespectful to both my time and budget, and I regret giving them my energy. I wouldn't recommend working here.

This leads to moderate levels of motivation by the staff and management, which is likely the same pay as other locations yet they have to deal with massive traffic at peak times. I have only seen this place quiet mid-afternoon on a weekday. They just cannot keep up with the constant demand. It's not possible based on how many people they can employ. Also, I don't think the sourcing issues should be put directly on management. It's probably difficult to determine exact demand as it ebbs and flows. And there might be limits to what they can order. From a dining perspective, I almost always have a good experience here. Last time, I was enjoying a peaceful meal outside and some dude came out and played a show on his phone without earbuds. If you're one of those people, you're a low-class and disrespectful moron with zero situational awareness and nobody likes you. Just so you know. But that's not Chipotle's fault. Yes, the garbage is usually overflowing. But the food is always good. I will continue to visit.

So dark that I sat down and pulled out my phone in order to use the light to read the menu. I say.... "How about that table right there, pointing to the HIGH-Top in the bar... She says..." this is where I need to seat you for service.... ". ???? Since when can you not get service at a bar hightop??? I sit down.... I try to read the menu in the dark .. a waitress walks by me about 4 times ... no acknowledgment not even a how are you. Just walked past .... I get up and leave everything at the table and walk out .... so much for a decent meal and leaving a server a very decent tip. Never again .... I would not even post this if it had not been that this is the second time I've been to Duckworth's and service has just been horrendous. I'm not sure if it's because there is a group of regulars that go there and love the establishment, and gives them high scores but as someone who visits every now and then, and each time over the last six months has received horrible service I just don't understand. It was a nice touch, but also reminded me of when I worked at CiCi's. The service was really nice and quick. Such a polite group - nothing to complain about there. My pizza was good! I really loved the ability to add a ton of toppings. I didn't like the garlic sticks, but I didn't want to reduce the stars just because it didn't suite my taste. Thanks guys for the experience!
