Everything was almost good. I had a double Whataburger with fries and a Coke, side of nuggets (just to try them). Burger was on the dry side and it was put together with a stack of tomatoes on one side and pickles on the other. Easy fix for sure. Fries are good but don't travel well. Were great in the bag on the way home but soggy when I got there. Nuggets are nice but the gravy dip was soupy/watery. Could def use some, if any, thickening up. Ordering was odd at the kiosk as well. Very pushy with the combo meals. Website is just as bad. Definitely a LOT more friction than a brand should tolerate. The food we did get was fine--nothing bad, but nothing that really stood out either. I do appreciate the variety on the menu, and I'd be open to giving it another try if I'm in the area, especially once they've had more time to get settled. I ordered two triple meat Whataburgers with an upsize on fries and a lemonade. One of the burgers had grilled onions and bacon (they charge per slice of bacon, by the way). The meal was okay -- it didn't really wow me, but it also wasn't bad. The food was decent for what it was. What I really like, though, is that this fast-food chain is open 24 hours, which is super convenient for late-night meals. I wouldn't mind coming back to try something else on the menu next time. We ordered our meal through the mobile app so the food would be ready to eat in the dining room when we got there. We arrived to find the doors locked. They had an emergency plumbing problem that required that the dining room be closed although the drive thru was still running. They told us to get our order at the drive thru window and four our troubles, they gave us a coupon for a free meal. They also upsized our drinks for free. My friend really wanted a burger and was so excited to get one. This is not the same experience as the Texas chain. It was literally raw but she didn't catch it until getting home; it was the drive-thru. The other burger? Well, it was cooked but nothing special. Fell flat on that but at least it was cooked and not raw? I have heard nothing good about the way this place is run. They really need new management. This location is the best I've been to in NC. The food was actually made perfect without having to send it back. The service was a little slow BUT they were packed and still a new place so it's expected. The staff we encountered were fabulous. The location is good but in the heart of all the traffic and in one of the worst parking lots to leave in mooresville but other than that it was great! read more

The burger was about 1/4" "thick" and over powered by the bun, lettuce, tomato, onions, and condiments. And the fries were "okay".
