What a huge change from last year, this time…read more We stopped to pick up some chicken on the way to the park and boat ramps. It was about 2 PM on a Sunday. When we pulled up to the drive-through window, the manager came to the window to tell us he did not have the mild chicken pieces we wanted. We could, however, wait if we chose. He also offered extra pieces if no wait. I had wanted a 3 piece, white meat, chicken dinner. Since there was no breast available, he gave me five wings. My husband was fine with the dark meat and also got one extra wing with his. Both dinners tasted very fresh, the sides were delicious, everything was put together nicely in the Popeye box I elaborate on this, because in the past, the service was slightly rude, the food was thrown everywhere, and you pretty much got what they gave you, no matter what. We appreciate the military discount. Very very improved and awesome staff. Delicious food.

Terrible Customer Service - I Would Never Return! I stopped…read moreby this Popeyes late at night because I was hungry and wanted to grab something to eat. Unfortunately, the experience was awful from beginning to end. The woman taking orders at the drive-through was incredibly rude and unfriendly. I had a question about something on the menu that I didn't understand, and instead of taking a moment to explain it, she was dismissive and acted like it was an inconvenience to answer a simple question. There's absolutely no reason to treat customers that way. To make matters worse, the food was cold. So not only was the customer service terrible, but the food wasn't even fresh. I decided to ask to speak with the manager because I wanted to make her aware of how her employees were treating customers. Unfortunately, the manager was just as rude and dismissive as the employee. She didn't seem concerned or interested in addressing the situation at all. Customer service starts at the top, and after dealing with both the employee and the manager, it's pretty clear why the experience was what it was. I understand it was late at night, but that is no excuse for treating paying customers poorly. If you can avoid this Popeyes location, I would. Between the rude employees, uncaring management, and cold food, I will never spend another dollar here.

Told her it's ok I was in no hurry. 11:30 received text that she was still at drive thru, still 6 cars in front of her. 11:40 received text 5 cars in front of her. 11:45 received text 4 cars. 11:50 3 cars in front of her: 11:55 1 car in front of her. 12:07 on the way. Food arrived 20 minutes after midnight which was 2,hours after placing order. Food was ice cold. Drink had absolutely no ice because it had melted and tasted terrible due to being watered down by ice melting. Opened box unwrapped a hard taco and it was stuck to wrapper. Opened another item same thing. Threw the whole order in the trash and went to bed. I'm absolutely sure Taco Bell was not at fault because I've eaten there for years. Door Dash never again. It's near impossible to change the delivery time on the app and was directed to call the restaurant directly. I called and a man said they have nothing to do with scheduling. He then talked to another employee who told him they would move the delivery time to 8 pm. I got a text stating the DoorDash driver was picking up my order and it would be delivered at 6:39 pm. The DoorDash driver called me and said he couldn't wait an hour & a half which I completely understand then another employee asked to speak with me ASKING (in very broken English) when I was going to pick up my order.
