I loved the KFC in Pasadena CA but didn't realize that KFC could tasted so bad. We ordered a big bucket of fried chickens so that we can enjoyed them and we ended up had to throw them away. Will definitely not going back. read more

I went today to KFC at this location on Sunday, December 28 through the drive-thru . I haven't been to a KFC in a long time because there's not one close to me. I live over on the beach but I just decided it was time for some Kentucky fried chicken. Not sure why the reviews are so poor but the food was excellent. The service was excellent and I did not go inside so I can't talk about the ambience however, the building did look kinda old and raggedy from the outside, but that's besides the point I just wanted to give them kudos Because a lot of people post stuff when they have a problem, but they don't give credit where credits due . I got the eight piece bucket and I got three full big size of sides and it was just delicious so thank you very much KFC you are very good!!!! read more

I placed a delivery order today at the Lynn Haven FL restaurant. I scheduled the delivery for tonight at 6:45. I was notified that our guests wouldn't be arriving until 8 pm. It's near impossible to change the delivery time on the app and was directed to call the restaurant directly. I called and a man said they have nothing to do with scheduling. He then talked to another employee who told him they would move the delivery time to 8 pm. I got a text stating the DoorDash driver was picking up my order and it would be delivered at 6:39 pm. The DoorDash driver called me and said he couldn't wait an hour & a half which I completely understand then another employee asked to speak with me ASKING (in very broken English) when I was going to pick up my order. WTF? It is and was always a DELIVERY order. Finally I told the DoorDash driver just to go ahead and bring it. I have had other issues with this location in the past including in the drive thru. I only wish we had a KFC in Panama City Beach. BTW, THE FAMILY MEAL WAS SUPPOSED TO INCLUDE 4 biscuits. What received was 4 small sandwich bums with sesame seeds all over the top (see photo) read more

KFC - Doesn't look like any KFC BISCUITS I've ever seen. - Fast Food Near Me - Lynn Haven, Florida

The dining room was closed so we went through the drive thru. I suppose the world post covid is no service. They charged 2 times as much for what we got and we got half the food. It was hot, but half of the meal was missing. I didn't realize it until I got home and they have such poor service that it did no good to go back anyway. It's sad that most restaurants are turning this way. Store seemed cleanish inside. I didn't see the restroom facilities so no opinion there. Unfortunately I won't be back. read more

This location is closest to my house but probably the worst KFC I've been too. We normally never eat here but today we thought we'd give it another chance. The mashed potato bowl had almost zero gravy on it and only 5 small pieces of chicken. Would it kill them to at least cover the bowl with gravy and chicken? They were out of Capri Sun and ranch so we paid for items they couldn't deliver. The building is dirty and dilapidated. They still haven't replaced the large glass window that was damaged in hurricane Michael which was 5 years ago! That's a major indicator of a business that just doesn't care. I think we are done giving them chances to earn our business. read more

Wish I could give this negative stars. Ordered a family meal plus chicken nuggets. Worst KFC ever. I will never go back to this place. read more

Don't do it!!!!! Food was not fresh, overall bad experience.... Never going to the KFC again, and probably won't ever eat KFC again.

Went last week. As we pulled up, the worker was going outside to smoke. We had to yell for help b4 the "manager" came out the ofc to wait on us. There was a sing for a special (10 pcs, 4 lg sides, 4 biscuits, cookies, and Large tea) for $33. When we asked him for that special, the told us "oh that's not supposed to be up there, that's over". Upon asking him if he was going to honor it since it was on the counter and no one saw fit to take it off, he laughed and said NO. So, I asked how long has it been over, and he said "it's been over for a while." The he tried to figure out how to work it to give us that with the same $ amount. Which I was appreciative for. The sign was now laying on the counter, and when the lady come back in from smoking, we ask her how long it's been over, and she didn't know. So, then he snatches the sign off the counter and go in the office saying "I'm not doing this tonight". My daughter asked him what he said, and he started speaking to the everyone in the back, in their broken English, possibly a Jamaican accent, they all start laughing and saying "nall mon". When I asked if there was enough to mix the original and crispy, they acted like I had offended them, and I finally asked the "manager" if he was going to just stare me down or help us with this order. Okay we finally decide on an order and all the while the 4 of them are laughing and talking trash, while preparing our order. We get home and half of the food I paid for wasn't in the bag. I chicken was HARD like it had been sitting in the warmer for a while. The legs were super small and hard. I would have left when the lady was going out to smoke all the while looking at us walking in, but my husband wanted their chicken and that's what I was going to do, NOT AGAIN THOUGH. The workers were so rude, and they feed of the actions of the "manager". If people don't want to work, let someone else have the job. WORSE SERVICE EVER. IF THERE'S A PRICE ADVERTISED THEY SHOULD HONOR IT AND NOT ARGUE WITH THE CUSTOMER. read more

Just went to the drive through and the girl working was outside hanging out we what looked like her hookup of the night ... then we get to the speaker ... sat for 3 mins .. then she screamed for us to come to the window .. and proceeded to tell us "we have literally no food" ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!! read more

For the third time in a row I ordered an 8 piece original meal and received 0 biscuits. That's not my real complaint... the chicken was dry and shriveled up for the third time In a row. Guessing it was made 3-4 hours before I arrived at 7:30pm. This KFC in Lynn Haven Florida is an embarrassment to the franchise. Fortunately there is an alternative in Callaway Florida about the same distance away. Avoid this KFC in Lynn Haven... read more

Place is disgusting, place had just opened and dirty tables and floors from the night before. Manager always has his shirt out and looks filthy. The way he greets customers leaves something to be desired. Customers in front of me were Hispanic and I kind of took offense to the way he talked to them. It looked like it was just him and a new hire and a fryer. I didn't see use of any gloves. KFC has gone along way, the wrong way. I'm going to give KFC a break for awhile read more

Their speaker was out. So I waited 5 minutes to get to the window to order. When I got there he told me they didn't have any chicken up for 10 minutes. Need better management. read more

When there since night the worker was outside smoking and it seems like there's only 2 worker there the chicken doesn't have any seasoning and they didn't even give me my drink would not recommend need to be close down read more

I'm disappointed that so many of our legendary restaurants have become so degraded. This KFC is not up to standards. The lobby was moderately clean but well worn. Service was quick, as we were the only customers at the time. Around 6pm, our order of a three piece box and a sandwich was not freshly cooked bit precooked. The chix sandwich was rather chewy not hot and juicy. The 3 PC box was a little better. The fries they bragged about were left over. Definitely not fresh or crispy as requested. While we do like KFC, we won't be back here unless there are signs of improvement. Truly disappointed. read more

Way back, back into time KFC was a picnic going on with most Family's. Good chicken, sides, and service. Fast track today? Crap greasy food, crap service, this seems to be a new Company policy cause it's at every location. With Popeyes and Chick-fil-A a sure fire front runner in service, KFC should revamp or go away, we always need more 7-11 mmmmm cola slurpE.... begone read more

Saw the sign said new management so decided to give them a try. Stood in drive thru 4 minutes at the speaker talking and no response was patient thinking they were busy. Well drove up to window and had to raise my voice to catch the attention of lady inside asked if they are closed meanwhile its 3pm i know they are open she didnt apologize just shuffled to put her headset on when im right in front of her. Service at this location is horrible. Has been in forever. Seems like if owner is serious about turning things around needs to just clean house including managers. Service is not a standard and clearly no accountability. read more

This review HAS TO be done! What a hot mess! This is apparent that new management is needed here! The floor is FILTHY! Some of the Chairs are not at tables it needs to be, no sweet tea, few soda drinks available , no lids for the average drinks people get,the bathroom smelt SOOO BAD,that i litterly almost puked in my mouth! The lady in front of us had to ask for missing food and when it was our turn, WE HAD TOO ASWELL! I sat on the bench and its sooo sticky that i feel ike i need a shower now! Please let the food be good! Oh lord! My order isnt even made right! No corn in my bowl. This is one of my favorite foods... Whyyyyy! read more

This location is ass. Ordered food through DoorDash (my driver was amazing) but the food was horrible. Wanted to try the new chicken wraps they have and when we got it it was just a tender with way too much mayo wrapped in what looked like an old tortilla. Wouldn't recommend eating at this location read more

I ordered through door dash an hour and 15 min. before they closed, a chicken sandwich and a chicken tenders meal. The lady working the counter told my door dash driver that she would have to thaw out my food but that she wasn't going to do that. So I had to cancel my order. read more

Worst Fast food restaurant I've ever been to. Fries full of hairs, mac n cheese bowl was watery and midway through eating it, i bit into a chicken nugget and it tasted like death, the worst taste I've ever tasted in my life. Omg... if you go into a chicken fast food place, you would think they had chicken! Not this place. Every time I come here. Being the only one around within driving distance. Ordered chicken tenders and they had none. Asked if they were going to make any and they had no intention of making any. Or I had to wait for the guy to finish making the already mountain of regular cut chicken? Employees were nonchalant and didn't care. Except ms. Brooke who finally came tommy rescue and offered to make me some. Thanks brooke. Poor service, takes FOR ever at the drivethru.... if it wasn't for the chicken tenders, I wouldn't bother. Fire everyone but brooke... make her manager and turn that place around. It's been like this for at least 3 years now. Poor management! read more

Not in a good way, but WOW! First, the staff couldn't answer simple questions. (i.e. the price per piece of chicken). Second, we were asked if we wanted crispy or original chicken. When we requested crispy, we were informed they didn't have any ready but could have it if we wanted to wait 20 minutes. We went with original. While we waited, I looked over at their health inspection and saw that it was from 2017 (2 years ago)!!!! An that prompted me to search for the current inspection. There are multiple violations of being dirty, with descriptions of "slimy/moldy" in the report. read more

KFC - Picture taken 9/2/19. This report is over 2 years old! - Fast Food Near Me - Lynn Haven, Florida

The drumstick was overcooked and you could not taste the seasoning. The breast was better. The chicken was juicy but the crust was overcooked and the you could barely taste the seasoning. I was disappointed by the chicken. They were out of the coleslaw so I had the mashed potato and gravy. The biscuit was dry. I don't think I will have a craving for KFC for a long time read more

This place is awful! Pulled up and waited at the drive thru for 3min, with nobody answering. Decided to go inside to place my order. The people at the front had no idea how to take an order. The manager seemed to provide his employees with any training whatsoever. After finally placing my order, they started trying to figure how to make it. I ordered the "double down" sandwich, which is a promotional food item. Nobody had a clue how to make it. I was given my cup for the drink, but the machine was out of ice. After asking the manager to get me some ice, I filled my cup with every soda in the machine, trying to find one that was carbonated and not flat. I received my food, which was partially complete. Walked back in from my car and got the rest of my order. The fries were very basic and stale, the chick n sandwich was actually hot and fresh, but lacked flavor. The store was really outdated and didn't appear to have much care from the staff. Tables were filthy and the floor was extremely sticky. This place needs a makeover as well as a new team of workers and management. read more

This place continues to give lousey service. We had a bad experience and thought to give them another chance. They got us again. We placed our order via the app 4 hours before pickup time. We arrived on time and were told there was 60 pieces of chicken ahead of our order. 20 minutes of waiting, the counter person came outside where I was standing and proceeded to put her hand on my shoulder just to verify we wanted extra crispy or would accept original. I told her that we ordered what we wanted. After 40 minutes of waiting, the manager placed the food on the counter. We asked if it was all there as last visit we were shorted 25% of our order. He didn't appreciate it being questioned but said it was all there because he packed it. KFC has lost another loyal customer as there are not enough positives from the visit that can redeem 2 consecutive lousey services. I realize covid is happening but seriously? It is cooking chicken, smiling, and saying thank you. read more

If I could give a negative number I would. The chicken tasted days old....and I mean days old. The biscuit was dryer than the Sarah Desert. The mash potatoes had a foul taste. The store smelled when I walked in and I should have left then. Tossed the food....not worth the calories and if they gave it to me for free I would say no thanks. I don't understand why they are still open. The Corona Virus has zero to do with improperly prepared food. read more

This place is awful. Waited at the drive thru for 10 minutes without a response. Finally drove up to the window and the girl popped open the window and I asked "are you open?", she said "yeah, I didn't have the heat set on". Best KFC I have ever been to. We always hit KFC when we visit PCB, but it wasclosed so we ventured in to town and what a great surprise.

Good to see them reopen after Hurricane Michael. A little hectic inside the restaurant but food was good.

Horrible customer service they didn't give us sauce and made us wait for 30 minutes to be served. And on top of that there was mold on the ceiling ,the floor wasn't clean, and the seats where completely messed up. read more

You guys should close down. If you want chicken don't go here because when I went they said they didn't have anything but popcorn chicken.
