We ordered from the wrong location after getting into town late. We went to the wrong store to pick up the order my husband placed. When we realized it was about 25 min away and had to drive back-inhumane called and explained the situation, they went above and beyond and remade our entire order so it would be fresh and be ok for the drive back to the condo. Food was still warm and everything was good. I would highly recommend and I appreciate the way they took care of us. You don't find that sort of customer service hardly anywhere and if You are my other reviews- you will realize how important it is to me and how it play into my reviews. Highly recommend! Great salad. Unfortunately, they only have 2 salads. House and Cobb. I used to eat here 4-5 days a week. Had a choice of 7-8 dressings. Now all they have is blue cheese , ranch. Lite vinaigrette. Sad since now a salad is 12 dollars read more

lifelong zaxbys lover here. i used to live on the beach but recently moved into town. im sorry to say that the beach zaxbys is cooking you guys out of the park on the fingers. i have attached photos of the difference between identically ordered meals at the two places. the substandard breading on your chicken fingers is evident both to see and to taste. now, zaxbys is zaxbys so its still "alright" but i would sincerely prefer to be able to get zaxbys near home (and be a loyal patron of your zaxbys location) and stop having to drive all the way to the beach. i believe we can bridge this gap and make lynn haven the superior zaxbys. who's with me??? read more

Food is decent but last 2 orders the chicken was way too salty, and my order was missing items. I love Zaxbys but in the last few years, every single order has been wrong , either missing something or not as good. I have had delivery problems also. Items smaller, not made the same etc. Today I especially wanted a cobb salad . They made it with bacon instead of the usual ham ,ok,but they left off the boiled eggs !!! I try not to call and complain but it is getting ridiculous. Manager could only say "sorry" WTH???? I am officially done with ordering anything in this hick town . Since when did "extra seasoning" on my fries mean "give me none"?? and when did the chicken strips turn into chicken nuggets?? Mostly pleasant. I get often and service is always amazing. Food is great for the most part, although sometimes the chicken will be missing breading, or very dry, but aside from that amazing. Also, there's sometimes a stray cat in the drivethrough waiting for food which is cute! I'm sure that it's not intentional but it's entertaining to watch the cat play while you wait for your food. read more

My husband and I were visiting home on leave and Zaxbys was the first meal we got. The Lynn Haven location on 268 is by far the best yet. Debra was so kind, welcoming, and enthusiastic! Hands down she is the best front of the house worker we have ever met! read more

I typically like Zaxby's, however this past visit was unpleasant due to: poor service, Tasted like old grease, and nothing was fresh. After returning the poor quality food, I was pleasantly surprised to find they quickly rushed out a new plate which had the same exact issues. Will not be returning to this location. read more

The first few times I ever ate at Zaxby's I wasnt sure what exactly to think. Fast food chicken? But then as I started eating here more frequently It began to click!!! Now I get it, and I enjoy it. The Wings and Things Combo is about the only thing I ever get (wings, tenders, fries and toast) make sure you get the Zaxby's Sauce it just isnt the same without it. read more

When you think of a place primarily known for serving fried chicken you think about a happy place, surrounded in an aura of crispy goodness. Sadly the times I've visited this location my experiences have been nothing short of "Meh." The chicken is good yet the service is not. Honestly the only redeeming factor I can think about the meal was the Zaxby sauce. Be aware when ordering a combo that they do not include drinks and that you will be up charged for any sauces with your meal. The few times I've been here the service was sub par but the food was OK I doubt ill return. The location is clean and well kept, nice bathrooms and such. Typically not a very busy location either. Drive thru will get you in and out pretty quick. read more

I am disappointed in Zaxby's. They must be under new management recently or training new workers. This past visit was horrible. Long wait in the drive thru(15 mins), POOR Customer service, food was cold and nasty. On top of that, my order was wrong. How hard is it to count out 10 wings? (I received 5) although, I paid for 10. I have only been to Zaxby's once so far, but the chicken was good, service was fast. Liked the Zaxby's dippin' sauce.

The first time I ate here I thought "why did I pay for this garbage". But everybody loves it so I've been back about 5 times and my view hasn't changed, the food juat isn't that good. It's insanely greasy and you can tell they don't change the fryer oil very often. I wouldn't recommend this to anybody. Even my kids didn't like it. read more

I love the Insane version of the dipping sauce. It IS insanely hot and spicy. I love the atmosphere at Zaxby's and I like the flavors of the food; however, I have been extremely disappointed the last two times that I went there when I ordered chicken fingers and got something that was more like the size of chicken nuggets that were also very dry. I told the staff that I had been disappointed and to please make sure that I got plump chicken tenderloin fingers. Again, i got tiny dry "nuggets." I won't return to Zaxby's again. It is highly overpriced for what you get in chicken. read more

For fast-food chicken they do it right! Great quality, white-meat chicken with delicious "zax" sauce. The beer battered white cheddar bites are yummy too. A little pricey for a chicken platter but well worth it! Convenient and quick as well. read more

Zaxby's food is good especially the salads, but much better care could be taken with their restrooms. I went into the one in Lynn Haven on a Sunday morning thinking, it's early therefore it should still be clean. Not so, it was filthy and out of toilet paper.
