I am done with this place. Cheap ass food,tired of getting the butt end of tomatoes, old lettuce, raw bacon , a mere smere of avocado, they slice everything so thin it is pitiful. My sandwich is made wrong half the time, even when I reorder after they credit the first one, it is disappointing. Not paying 10-13 dollars for a sandwich like they send me.I have spoken to the manager several times , probably different ones. They just don't care , sad because they used to be so good, I spent a lot of money at Panera. Waste of money and time.Gave them too many chances. I've eaten at Panera many times and this was the first disappointing meal I've had. We ate at the one in Panama City Beach (Pier Park). I ordered a new item, the Bacon Turkey Bravo and it was not good. it seemed to me that the cheese and turkey both were tasteless and were probably a low cost option for them. Just biting into the sandwich, the dressing made everything slide out and have to be stuffed back in (messy). I got disgusted with the whole thing and gave up. I seriously feel that Panara has made cost cutting measures that have definitely affected the quality of their product. That's a shame because they're going to lose customers. Panera is a solid choice for a decent breakfast or lunch, pretty much any place you find them. I've been to some locations that I like a little better than this one, and I've been to one or two which make this one look good. Their bagels, sandwiches and soup are consistently good. For this morning's visit, I opted to order at the kiosk just inside the front door. It worked just fine for the basics, but doesn't easily give you the option to customize your bagel (I.e., toasted or not toasted), which meant I had to send mine back to get it toasted. I also learned at the front counter that they have a new breakfast sandwich (not available at the kiosk), so I ordered the new sausage, scrambled egg & cheese on ciabatta sandwich, which came with a fried egg (yuck), so I sent it back for the scrambled egg, as advertised. After the rework, both items were good. They have a great dark roast coffee, too. The restaurant was clean with tables spaced properly to allow for safe inside dining. Why is this location still open? For starters always out of menu items its worse in the evenings. Under staffed and usually with an we do not care attitude. Went in at 7:50 PM, the signage says they don't close til 9. All ordering kiosks would not accept orders. I stood at the counter for 3 minutes, made eye contact with at least 3 people cleaning and no one came over to ask me if I needed help so I left. If I could review this place a 0 I would. Food was terrible my grilled cheese came out after my soup did. My mother threw up as soon as we got home she had terrible stomach issues. I just ordered the Tuna sandwich and the Bacon Turkey Bravo and they both look delicious. The Greek Yogurt with mixed Berries Parfait was delicious too. I've had their Mac and Cheese and their Grilled Cheese sandwich which also was delicious too. Had their Creamy Tomato Soup , Cream of Chicken &Wild Rice Soup and Bistro French Onion Soup which were excellent. This would be one star if it wasn't for how nice everyone was. This was my first time here, so my experience could be an aberration. That said... I ordered a coffee and a couple bakery items. The cashier didn't ask if I was in the Panera loyalty program (not a big deal, but strike one). Next, she handed me a pager. I found a table. It was dirty (strike two). I sipped my coffee and played on my computer. And waited. And waited. My food never came (strike three). My pager never went off. I was about to ask about it when I noticed a roach on the windowsill by my table (strike four). I moved to a different table and decided I'd lost my appetite. After an hour, I asked for a refund. The manager was super nice and apologetic and offered me all of my order items in addition to the refund. Tried the new signature take chicken sandwich they have on the menu. It was ok, not fantastic but not terrible either. The Parmesan crisps were kind of weird to put on a sandwich. They replaced the chips with some off brand kettle chips and it was very expensive. One chicken sandwich and a small bag of chips was $11! Panera used to be much better, and my go to. This is one of our favorite places to go. We typically get one of the soups (Broccoli and Cheddar is a fav!) or a salad (love the Fuji Apple Salad!). The price is a little high, but the service is usually good and the setting is comfortable. We love seeing all of the students who use the restaurant as a study center! Panera Breads food is pretty amazing! The French Onion Bread Bowl is worth punching someone in the mouth over its so good! In the morning the Breakfast Power sandwich can really set the tone for the rest of the day, my only complaint is the size of the orange juice they give you, Its just enough to make you wish you had more! Today I took my daughter in for a quick bite to eat. After ordering we went to the drink stations where I observed so much mildew and mold build up on the ice dispenser and soda dispenser. I brought it to the attention of the front cashier who didn't have anything to say. She proceeded back to standing around waiting to take someone's order when they came in. The dining area was not as clean. The trash cans were full outside in the eating area. The fruit cup that we ordered looked a bit old and tasted like onions and the bread that came with the salad was cold. Overall experience was not a good one at all.
