They are the best I have had period. The grain is exceptional and the knife slides through as it would soft butter. The taste compares to no other filet. It will be worth the trip to drive from the westerly end of PCB to Cahalls for this cut of steak! Pair with the twice baked potato! My, my, heaven on earth!!!
