I went to Culvers Today 10-13-25. I was so excited to hear they had Gluten free bread. I got a bacon delux. I had to pay $2 extra for gf bread. However the bread crumbled so bad I could not even pick it to eat with hamburger meat. I went back up to register to ask for manager. Not to get compensated but to ask if anyone else had issues with the bread. She did nicely ask if I wanted her to fix me another one. I politely said No and that i just wanted her to be aware that yhe gf hamburger bun was not even eatable because it crumbled in pieces. She said no one else had complained! I just find that hard to believe!! It will be my last time getting a gf bun that I paid an extra $2 for at Culvers that i could not even eat! 9:04 order placed, even though the custard was behind a bit tonight. Other food came within 15 minutes, hot and delicious. Still had our order number and was again told the custard was running slow. 9:45, still no custard delivered. Took number to front counter, only to be ignored another 10 minutes. And come to find out, our custard had been sitting on the counter, undelivered for who knows how long? Long enough to turn a concrete mixer into a milkshake! These kids need to learn to look at their customers - those who hover around the front counter generally are there for a readon. read more

Culver's in Callaway, FL on US 98 recently opened. Today was my first and last trip to a Culver's restaurant. Took 32 minutes to get through drive thru and get food. Tried Culver's for the first time and it was great! There was a long line in the drive through but the line was moving fast. We ordered grilled chicken sandwich basket, which comes with fries and soda. We also tried their cod fish sandwich, cheese curds and spicy crispy chicken sandwich. After placing the order through the drive through, we will were given a number and asked to wait on the side while the food was being prepared and brought to us. The food arrived pretty quickly and everything tasted fresh. I loved their customer service and everyone was very nice. We'd just left the zoo and decided to go here for an early dinner. It was our first time and the cashier was so helpful and so patient with us and we perused the sizable menu and the staff member answered our many questions. He was genuinely kind and never lost patience with us. Another staff member offered us samples of the ice cream and it was delectable. We ordered our basket meals (entree, classic side and drink) which between us included the swish mushroom burger, the double classics, single classics, tenders, fries, onion rings, cheese curds, sodas and a milkshake. I had the double classic butter burger with extra onions, fries, shared cheeses curds and a root beer. The burger was delicious, fries were awesome and I'm not the biggest fan of crinkle cut but theirs were hot and seasoned with the just the right amount of salt, root beer, good but the cheese curds were just okay. We had higher expectations for them and maybe if they'd been piping hot they would have been better but they just tasted like mozzarella sticks to me. The other item that was just okay, were the onion rings, needed more flavor in my opinion. No seasoning in the batter. Other than that, everything was exceptional and we even purchased 4 pints of ice cream to go. It was $4.39 for 1 pint or $10.99 for 4 pints. I picked the peanut butter salted caramel that we sampled in line. So good. See pics for other flavors we grabbed but as of now they're still in the freezer because we are still full. I put my order in online. First time. I got two piece fish dinner, two sides were French fries and mashed potatoes and gravy. I also ordered onion rings. I wanted to try all of it. Onion rings were the best around. I didn't like the mashed potatoes and gravy because they were small chunks of uncooked un ashed potato in the potatoes. But everything else was great.
