If the restaurant already has a same-day waitlist feature on its website, why not just use that instead of calling it a reservation? That experience put a real damper on the evening. The food was good, but I can't get past what felt like a deceptive reservation system. The reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1 is our server, Mika. She was outstanding--polite, hardworking, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a good experience once we were finally seated.
