Quick service! Took 3 kids with me and we had ordered 5 desserts - took maybe a little over ten minutes when the place consistently had guests coming in, and out. It was also an hour before close. Clean place, lots of options, the big kids got boba teas which were delicious and I had got rolled ice cream, one for me and one for my boyfriend. Large menu and many options! read more

this place is not sanitary at all, we walked in, of course it was a little busy, we saw a worker taste test someone's drink with a metal spoon, she then rinsed it off and continued to use that same spoon to stir other people's drinks. there was also a glass cup she drank out of, from what we saw it looked like a measuring glass. she did a quick rinse with that one as well and we watched her use that for other drinks too. walked out and went somewhere else. i wouldn't even give this place one star. read more

A three star review is hard for me but here we are. As another reviewer stated, it was HARD to understand the lady when were were placing our order. Their makeshift "Covid protection" which consisted of some clear shower curtain liners taped together, to the ceiling and countertops with hole cut in specific areas was laughable but I guess it worked... maybe. I'll be honest, that's all I know how to be, the staff was nice and they are why I gave three stars. The milkshakes were just milkshakes... nothing super special. They were good though! Three stars is all I got here! As I always tell y'all, don't allow my experience to keep you from checking them out! Maybe they'll upgrade to some plexiglass! Peace out! read more

You would drive right past this place if you didn't know it was there. It was decent ice cream - something different for the kids to experience. The flavors are pretty ordinary but tasty. There isn't any seating inside(maybe covid ?) which kind sucks we had to sit in the car to eat. read more

FroDu wasn't bad. It was actually very good. It was covid ready, while also being very busy inside. They serve Hershey's ice cream which is available about anywhere. For two scoops in a waffle cone it will set you back over $6.00. They also do rolled ice cream which starts at $8.99 but it is large enough for two light eaters. Milkshakes are about $8.00. The prices are high but it is ice cream at the beach afterall. read more

First off, it was a little hard to understand and hear the lady taking your order. The people working there are all behind a makeshift plastic barrier. The rolled ice cream was just okay. The Strawberry was very bland, like it needed more milk or cream and something to give it more of a Strawberry flavor. The other one we tried was Reese's Happiness, which definitely had more flavor. I would have given this place 3.5 stars if possible. All in all this was a decent little ice cream place serving both scooped and rolled ice cream. read more

I'm rating this place 4 stars for the friendliness of the staff. They were all so wonderful and friendly that I couldn't give them a bad review. I didn't care for the iced coffee, which to the managers defense he asked if I liked it as soon as he made it and I said that I did because it was a well made coffee but typically I like a stronger flavored coffee so me not caring for it wasn't to any fault of theirs. The ice cream was good but I feel a bit overpriced, but you're paying for the rolled ice cream experience and I'm ok with that. All in all, I probably won't go back but that's not because it wasn't good but we were only going for the experience in the first place and they succeeded at that. If you haven't had rolled ice cream, check this place out. It was fun for the kids to watch them make it and the staff like I said along with the manager are all super friendly. read more

I'm not even sure how to describe this place. The outside store front is well kept and bright colors, the inside looks like they haven't put one dime into the place in years. There is food and drinks stored out in the open, looks a mess and is completely unorganized. There is plastic shower curtain type things hanging from the ceiling And taped to the counter. There are hand written signs on copy paper all over "order here" and taped under the menu along with copy paper covering pictures of ice cream flavors that they no longer carry. There were 3 people and a small child behind the counter along with said child's toys. Nothing about this seem d hygienic and I really only started noting these things and while we waited 15 minutes for them to scoop four single scoop cups of ice cream, also they proceeded to fill our order backwards (I ordered for my 2 and 3 year old first, expecting most people would understand to fix theirs first...) the ice cream is the same you get out of a tub in the freezer section. I get uncomfortable enough that I didn't even what to sit in there to eat our ice cream so we went outside.Not impressed but gave it two stars because my boys ate their ice cream and were happy. read more

This place is awesome!! My family and I ordered a few different specials from the rolled ice cream selection and they were all delicious! Yes, it takes a little bit for them to create your ice cream but well worth the wait! You are able to watch them create it too and that's fun to watch! I had the s'mores rolled ice cream and it was amazing! read more

Also ordered a smoothie (mango) and was thrown off when I saw mango syrup and two different types of powders put in the blender along with ice.. the smoothie was okay. We vacationed in Panama City Beach this week and had the opportunity to eat at plenty of nice places. For desert we decided to try Frozen Dune. The lady at the counter was incredibly rude and impatient with our order. She handed my girlfriend a spoon which fell on the floor and completely ignored us when I asked for another, thanks to the other employee she ended up getting one. We got 3 scoops of ice cream for $12 and it tasted like the cheapest boxed ice cream you could get at the local grocery store for $3. I'd give this place 1 star but the other employee got my girlfriend another spoon so he deserved the extra star. read more

Went there on on a Sunday night. They were not very busy but a group came in while our order was being filled. The employee tried to give us ice cream in a dish instead of a cone as we ordered but corrected it after we told her. Another item was accidently ordered wrong on our part but she was rude and wanted no part of accomodating us to get what we wanted. We assumed there would be another charge but she never even entertained the idea of getting us what we wanted at that point. The ice cream was good but her rudeness was unacceptable. Should not be treated rudely after spending that much money on ice cream. Will not go back. Too many with better service. read more

If your in the mood for ice cream yes this is a decent place to go. But they advertise having Boba tea (which is the only place in PBC that does) and as I go in they all stare at me like they have never heard of it and when I ask for tapioca pearls they tell me they don't know what that is. No one in the store knew what I was saying because they didn't speak English well. As the manager brings out the tapioca pearls he tells me that they don't know how to cook them. At this point I had already paid for the drink and wasn't able to communicate well so I had to settle for the popping pearls. Fact is they shouldn't advertise Boba if they have no idea what the basic tapioca pearl tea is. I drove 45 minutes to get it and ended up being treated like I had no idea what I was talking about and a drink I didn't want. read more

This new ice cream shop is very unique and has many hundred combinations of ice cream treats. It is very labor intensive but well worth it. They use nitrogen to make ice cream treats and it's a real show watching them. We were mesmerized at the experience and the patrons all seemed to really enjoy it as they were packed when our family was there. read more

I used to think this place was a Marble Slab rip-off but once I started eating here with friends and new flavors came out week after week, it is now my most favorite ice cream shoppe! I love this place so much and how it will get new flavors every week so the ice cream doesn't get boring and how new ice cream rolls come to the store and all. It's just great, and when I heard they were making lightbulb drinks, my jaw dropped because I didn't think that would ever be possible and now that it's out this early and how good it is, I'm really impressed. Now about the ice cream, it is so much more that I thought it would be, it may be cold to lick and all but for the price you pay, you can't get much better in a small town. But for what it tastes like, it is great, it's smooth, cold, clean. And just for an ice cream shop run by a young, entrepreneurial spirit, Nick, I'm really impressed.
