Everything felt fresh, welcoming, and well cared for, which immediately set the tone for a great experience. Cleanliness really matters to me, especially when visiting with my kids...and Sugar Planet exceeded expectations! What truly made our visit unforgettable, though, was David. He was phenomenal. My 10 year old son had a LOT of excitement and curiosity, and David handled all of it with incredible patience and genuine kindness, especially when my son was checking out and counting his money. He took his time, never rushed us, and made my son feel comfortable, heard, and important. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does and cares about the people who walk through the door. David's friendly attitude and calm, positive energy turned what could have been a quick stop into a really special experience for us. My kids left smiling, excited, and already asking when we can come back, which says everything. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming place with outstanding customer service, Sugar Planet is it. And if you're lucky enough to be helped by David, you're guaranteed an even better experience. We will absolutely be returning and recommending this place to everyone we know.
