Drive through Ordered two 4 piece chicken McNuggets happy meals with apple slices and 2 chocolate milks, fish fillet meal with a sprite and the 2 cheese burgers meal with a Dr Pepper. They didn't put the 2 chocolate milks and the apple slices in the meal. Also in stead of sprite, they gave me water. I don't normally get upset about this, but this has happened way too often at this location. Manager didn't even apologize for their mistake, she just put the items on the counter. read more

Sick and tired of this locations employees not caring. A 211 billion dollar company and you can't train people on how to have any sort of values to accommodate the customer. I've had my fair share of employee directed complaints for this store but have never cared to express because I understand how fast food culture is. However,I arrived in the drive thru line at 10:19 for breakfast knowing they stop at 10:30. Unfortunately for me the line was long and this location doesn't care about turn around rates or customer wait times. I get up to the menu to order at 10:31 and asked politely if I could still order breakfast, and received a flat monotone "No". Asked what time they stopped serving breakfast because, to accept fault, maybe they stopped at 10:00. The woman said 10:30 also with zero training on customer engagement. So because your store couldn't accommodate for a line and I don't get the chance until 1 minute late I'm simply turned away. No apology, no "I'll see what I can do because you got in line before we stopped serving", nothing. I'm assuming that if I was in line and the cars in front of me halted production and they closed before I got to order they would just turn the lights off and not give me the time of day. I genuinely question the management here and where there values are in training their employees. read more

Sigh.....again this MC-mess can't get anything right. I was forced to go here by my hungry wife there was no NOT going lol. BUT took forever again am diabetic so if I have soda it has to be DIET or my blood sugars go thru the roof and I will get sick. Think they care? Hell no. When I went to get food she didn't hand us drinks I had to ask then she gave them to us I said are you sure these are diet she said yes sir! I had right item wife got the wrong items both drinks are reg coke had to toss them. It's hard to get people to not flip you off taking a left turn let alone getting kids today to work or show respect for others. I blame mangers that let this crap slide and don't do the right thing. The food was good but the PlayPlace was pretty dirty and unkept. The soda fountain is also pretty dirty there was soda all over the place. The wait was kind of long but the drive through was atrocious seeing as how the line nearly wrapped around the building. read more

The most poorly managed fast food place in town. Takes 45 minutes just to get through the drive-thru. The food is meh. I mean, it's Mcd's. We're not expecting gourmet. Just make the Happy Meal and keep it moving! read more

This location is incredibly managed. This place is so very clean and they always keep it that way. The play area is exceptional and amazing and the staff are the best part. I've never seen such a hustle in McDonalds staff and they are polite, thoughtful and accommodating. read more

I have to wait 10 minutes for a Big Mac every time. I worked at a mc Donald's as a kid, it does not take 10 minutes to make a Big Mac that is always horribly thrown together. This one is trash, go to Whataburger. read more

The new McDonald's in Lynn Haven is great! Beautiful, new upgrades! I went through the drive-thru during one of the busiest times, early morning rush hour, and service was fast and very friendly. Way to step it up Costa family McDonald's!! read more
