I'm not much of a chain fast food guy, but every once in awhile, a spicy chicken sandwich calls my name. When it does, Chick-fil-A is where you'll find me. The service is consistently better than any other fast food restaurant I've been too. The food, albeit high-calorie, fried, fast food, is pretty damned tasty. This store is pretty much on par with others I've visited around the southeast. I used the app to order my sandwich and waffle fries today. They were ready when I walked in five minutes later, in a bag, waiting for me in the mobile pick-up area. I had to ask an associate for mayo & salt, because they were behind the counter. Donut are expensive I've been there at 8am and almost all donuts are gone and what is left needs to be desired years ago and I'm talking about 10 years ago. I interacted with three different employees and one of them was a manager of some kind. They all kind of ignored me while talking to each other and it took forever to get my full order taken. They then threw away my receipt and couldn't print me a new one. I also ordered four meals and only got three sauces total. Went for the breakfast chicken burrito with jalapeño salsa and a frozen coffee. the wait wasn't too bad but the only thing i have to say is... does this look like the chicken burrito? it even has my receipt of what i ordered on the bag. somehow i ended up with two mini chicken biscuits. disappointing. read more

It is ridiculous how SLOW this restaurant is. I never been to a chick fil a so slow! You will sit in the drive thru for an average of 20 minutes anytime between 730am and 830pm. The food is good but I often order my fries with no salt because a few times they have been too salty.... Just be prepared to sit for awhile. read more

Been to Chik fil a's all across the east coast. One of my favorite fast food places to eat. Service is always phenomenal and food is always top notch. That being said this particular one is easily the worst one I've ever been to. Service is slow and nobody carries that signature chik fil a positive attitude. I understand the hurricane affected the area but that does not excuse poor training. People don't just go to chik fil a for the food, they go for the incredible service and smiling faces. Otherwise it might as well be the chicken equivalent of McDonald's. By chik fil a standards this is a 1-star location. The lowered standards of the fast food industry dictate a 3-star review. read more

Made it just before the store closed for the evening. Got it to go. Regular CKN Sand, slaw, potato's, and drink. A great combination for CFA. Opened the bag in the hotel room and surprise, it was all there as it should have been. Got to love it when it all comes together. Counter staff friendly, prompt, and got it all together. Food was great as always, but the service was marginal. It pains me to say so because Chick-fil-a is always so good. Over 90% of the tables were dirty. You'd think it was 1 pm just after a huge lunch rush. But it's almost 830 pm. The bathroom was very dirty and there weren't any paper towels. No other way to dry your hands after washing them. Neither condiment stations had any ketchup. So I went to the counter to ask for some and got a few blank stares until someone finally asked if they could help me. Perhaps they have manning problems due to this area still recovering from the hurricane, but there were about 5 employees standing near the drive thru window. You'd think one of them could have taken the time to ask if they could help me since there weren't any customers waiting to order at the counter. read more

I'm an owner of a business with a large crew that enjoys eating at Chik-fil-A. But, I will never come to this location again because they sold me an old and over cooked spicy chicken sandwich. I asked the girl to make me a fresh sandwich, but she told me that the mayonnaise is over there at the condiment station. This by far is sub standard to the level of service I've experienced at Chik-fil-A in the past. I just ended up throwing the sandwich away right in her face. Most Chick-fil-A have great service and this one isn't terrible. I think though the overall customer service does not match the other Chick-fil-A's. They were not very polite and respectful. This Chick-fil-A could use a little better customer service. read more

My family has been frequent customers of this location for many years and we have always received amazing service. Today was no exception. While picking up my Mobile One order my battery decided to give out in my car. The staff were very friendly and the manager went to get her own car to help me get back going. Even though another individual beat her to my car she stayed there and was friendly the entire time and made sure I was able to get my car started. I appreciate this caring attitude and being willing to go the extra mile. My family will continue to frequent this location. read more

I love chick Fa lay and go there quite often. I have to say this location is dirty and the manager lady there is hateful rude non professional woman! I'm a supervisor of customer service and I would NEVER treat my employees they way she does! It was the girls first day and she asked for help and the manager told her I don't have time for that right now I'm with a customer. I was floored. Then she forgot an item on my trey so it was appearing she can't handle her duties. You don't treat new hires like that and you treat customers with respect.
