I ordered using the app. waited in the lobby for 30 minutes. they never made my food, and then they refused to give me a refund! said they aren't able to refund mobile orders, and gave me a 1-800 number to call, which is an automated loop. I ended up sitting there having to wait even longer for the food since they would not give me my money back. the food is garbage on top of that, every single time. the restaurant is dirty. I've deleted the app, I will never revisit this location. I contacted corporate and got blown off. this explains why they suck so bad. they aren't held accountable. The battle for $15 an hour stops here LOL! I wasn't expecting much because most of the customers in the lobby were upset. Also, the workers lacked enthusiasm. ALSO. Kids these days don't give a *^#} about work ethic. With that being said. Food cold, missing tacos, ZERO sauce (When I ordered 30 and paid extra) no sour cream in my supreme tacos. I haven't been to a Taco Bell on a long time. I went to Calloway store today. Today reminded me why. First of all, they are way over priced for what you get. I used to go to a different one here over in lynn Haven toon weekends after going out on a friday or Saturday night and never paid much attention. I went to Taco Bell here in Calloway and ordered a # 5 which is Burrito Supreme , Taco Supreme, and drink , and I added a 7 layer Burrito for about 3 bucks more. Total came just under 10 dollars. Started off with the 7 Layer burrito which consists of ice cold ingredients from the tortilla all the way to the beans. Very cold. Taco Supreme was put together well. With lots and of Sour Cream , and I guess hamburger is very costly for this store, because they might as well call it a Vegetarian Taco Supreme. The Burrito Supreme was the same, refrigerator cold and sloppy. I won't be coming here again. I should have been able to taste some meat in the burrito. I barely could notice it in the Taco Too. read more

This review is for the customer service Deandre provided for the Burns family clan (17 adults and children). We came into Taco Bell for a quick lunch. Deandre gave us superior service. When there weren't any customers in the restaurant, Deandre stopped by and talked to our family. He was such a nice a personable person. Deandre was awesome! He made our family feel welcomed and made us want to come to this Taco Bell and visit with him again. He also was funny! When we left we said good bye to him. As we were loading up all the kids and adults he came outside to bid us a farewell. I thought that was cool that he stepped outside to say bye to us! read more

This is probably the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. The place had dirty tables and counter. The employees acted like they would rather be any place else but there. When I finally got my food it was cold and the order was wrong. I will never go to this Taco Bell again, by far the worst fast food experience I have ever had and that's saying something. When I called later to let them know my order was wrong and the food was cold, I spoke to someone named Amannda and she was extremely rude and condescending about it and came across like she thought I was lying so I just hung up and I will spend my money elsewhere. Went for breakfast today with my grandkids at 07:48 am. I was the only car there. Haven't had breakfast there in along time and my grandkids have never had breakfast there. They were asking questions and the lady taking our order at the drive thru didn't seem overly happy to have to answer them. We decide and place our order which came out a tad less than $25.00. We pull up to the window and I apologize for all the questions and told her we hadn't eaten there was why we needed a little extra help. She just looked at me holding the CC machine out the window for me to pay, never acknowledged what I had said to her. She then says you can pull up and I'll bring your food and handed me the drinks. She closed the window but never offered to give me my receipt. We wait and wait for the food and finally she comes out and hands me a bag still not even a smile on her face. I ask for a receipt and she rolls her eyes at me and says I'll get it. Again we wait and wait. My grandkids are looking in the bag for straws but there is none. The lady comes back out and hands me the receipt and I tell her there are no straws. After that look she gave me I just said never mind it's not worth the wait we will do without. She walks off and never looks back. We get home and instead of a bacon crunch wrap I have a steak and it's brunt. It was just a bad experience all the way around. As a kid I always said that if I ever got rich that I would put a Taco Bell inside of my house! Even as an adult I still think that if I ever got rich that I would put a Taco Bell inside of my house!!! I don't care that its a fast food mexican restaurant.... Its Delicious! Service at the drive thru was fast and friendly (5 Stars), however the tacos I ordered had very little meat. It's not just this Taco Bell, the portions are getting smaller at all of them. My combo meal was basically a snack and in no way represented a "meal". If you are truly hungry eat at an actual Mexican restaurant it will take a little longer, but you'll get more food for your money. read more

I went through the drive through about 7:30pm to pick up dinner for my family. Ordered about 30 dollars worth of food. Drove 40 miles home only to find out that they had shorted me half my order... mind you after I questioned the lady at the drive through to make sure the box they gave me had everything. She told me twice that it was. Called the store and was asked to turn around and come back. I told them that wasn't possible I live 40 miles away.
