we ordered a 4 finger plate and a signature sandwic. I was eating the sandwich and thought it was just some old oil but when we got to the fingers they smelled and tasted like cigarettes. I pulled apart the sandwich and it smelled and tasted the same. utterly disgusting!!! worst part is restaurant has yet to call me back and their corporate representative said they would be in touch but so far nothing. this was on 9/9/25 at 7:56 pm. It was so bad I can still taste how bad it was and smell the chicken and they don't even care. save yourself don't go here which is a shame to say because I've loved zaxbys but after this there's no way. read more

Tried this place for the first time and didn't know what to expect. Most of the things on the menu are fried as you can expect from a fast food restaurant. We ordered their 10 piece boneless chicken wings and they have different sauces you can pick based on your preference. The boneless wings were pretty good actually but a little more pricey than other places around. They were about $11 with no sides or anything. We also ordered their grilled chicken sandwich meal, which comes with fries on the side and soda. The chicken was good but I'm not sure it was completely fresh. For example, chick fil a chicken always tastes so fresh and juicy. You can't expect that here. But overall it's not a bad place. I liked the food. Check out the photos below for more! read more

Had a great lunch with outstanding customer service by young individuals working there. Very professional and courteous. The establishment was clean and after dining in and finished with lunch they immediately sanitized the tables. The manager offered to get us to go bags for our salads. Food was great!!! Recommend for a great lunch kiddos to the cooks. read more

I am a regular typically love it, but after they got rid of the two female managers that store has gone down supper fast, the new manager is very rude, my order was completely messed up after she got done talking very poorly to the employees she turned around and was rude to me using inappropriate language I left... Hopefully they can get better management who cares about there employees and guest read more

I got the chicken finger plate, the chicken tenders were good like any Zaxby's but more then half my fries barely had seasoning. The toast wasn't even warm and the customer service was trash. I personally don't think my meal was worth 14$ and would not come back to this location. I wish I took a picture of the fries it really made me upset because I was looking forward to the seasoned fries. read more

Food was good, they gave me extra sauce without asking, and one of the employees made sure I got my food immediately and didn't need to wait in the long line since I'd ordered ahead of time. Great service and very nice! read more

specifically asked for Zack sauce before leaving window after getting food, and the lady working at the window. The employee told us the sauce was in the back and we drove off and then a couple minutes later open our bag to yet realize there was no extra Zack sauce in there therefore I had to eat my food dry the experience was not pleasant. read more

Solid chicken tenders for the price. Zaxby's sauce makes them even better. A little more expensive than church's or kfc but it's higher quality. The box deal with fries, toast, and cole slaw are a classic combination and fill you up. Get a sweet tea with it and you've got yourself a good fast food meal. read more

Well they didn't disappoint me again, this is the third time things were not as expected. I got to confess, I like Zazby's wings and Caesar Salad. I called the Callaway, Fla. store earlier today to ask if they had Crunchy Croutons to go on the salad. I was told yes they had the Crunchy Croutons so I ordered a salad. Low and behold, I get it home and it had toasted bread cut in little squares. The next closest Zaxby's is about 8 miles away, so not really an option. I would have ordered a salad elsewhere if I knew the guy wasn't telling me the truth! read more

Some of the workers seemed very nice, although they got our order wrong. One of the ladies also decided to roll her eyes at my fiancé and give us some attitude which really wasn't necessary due to how nice we were. read more
