Horrible service and never have anything ready. Always a 30 minute wait for everything.

Went through the drive thru and the lady was super friendly. The food was great. Would definitely go back

We ordered through the app, expecting a 15-20 minute wait, which the app reflected in the ETA. However, when the app said the order was complete, I went in and had to wait over another 20 minutes to receive my order. Management needs to work on staffing, because this is ridiculous. read more

Been years since we've had KFC and the Mrs was wanting to try it for comparison to Churches and Popeyes. It was not great. Didn't taste all that bad (we had original recipe) but it was pretty apparent that it had been dropped back in the fryer for reheating at least once as was evidenced by how very dark the breading had become. Mashed potatoes and gravy were not good at all. Biscuits sucked. At least we didn't have to wait in a long line at the drive through. Now I know why. We will most likely never return to another KFC. $21+ for 2 of the 4 piece boxes that included a breast, thigh, leg, and wing as well as one side, a biscuit, and a drink. read more

Tried to go there three times in the last week. First time, waited 8 minutes in the drive thru with no help, went inside, waited another 12 minutes before someone even said hi; second time waited 13 minutes in drive thru and just left, third time....28 minutes and no one said a word!!! So terrible. Prices are cheaper in the drive through than inside and they just said, "huh, don't know". read more

KFC - Chrispy Spicy Chicken Sandwich. There was a dead fly in my food. I'll never go there again. - Chicken Wings Near Me - Panama City, Florida

I placed an online order. The sign out front states, "Lobby open for dine in". I go to the door to go inside to pick up my food, it's locked. There's probably 15 cars in the drive thru lane. The whole reason I ordered online for pickup. I try and call 5 times, NO answer. This will be the first and last time I eat from this restaurant. read more

I will be reporting the business and the owner to the BBB and the state of florida. I've never actually successfully gotten food from this place! There's always an excuse. I ordered online thinking we could just pick it up. Nope they stole my money then lied and said they were closed HOURS before they actually closed. I now know this isn't the first time this location has just stollen people money! Again I'm reporting the business and the owner! read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 4 piece whole wing dinner none of the cashier knew how to ring up the dinner. First of all they had only 3 wings I agreed to take a leg in place of the wing. So the general manager name John came to the window and was rude telling me there was no such button on the keyboard he been working there longer than I been coming to KFC. John the general manager finally found the key after 5 minutes looking for it. I asked him to call Lynn haven KFC for assistance he refused. I will be making a complaint about how I was treated. I order this dinner all the time at every KFC I go to so I knew the button was there. The general manager has TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!! read more

Totally sucks. Ordered via yelp. Never got my order and my card was charged. Do not order through yelp or grub hub. More aggravated that I have to call my credit card company to get the charge cancelled. I called the restaurant and was told they do not deliver and didn't have my order. How does Yelp charge for services that aren't available. read more

Well, what used to be my favorite place to eat and blow my money on payday has turned into a place that I'll never goto again! We went to the drive through first and sat there for a good five minutes with no response. So we said "hello" politely and was told to come to the window. We did and there were four cars in front of us waiting to order so we decided to go in. Big mistake.... As we go in, someone is waiting for a void. They wanted to order something with no drink but they charged the drink anyways. So the RUDE manager "tanesha or anesha" or what ever came over and was so rude. So she took care of that and then a lady came to the counter and asked if they had forks and "tanesha or anesha" or what ever was EXTREMELY rude to her. So we finally get our turn to the counter and she was a complete CATCH U NEXT TUESDAY! We simply asked if we can try the lemonade before buying and she flipped shit on us about how it was "just lemonade" and went to the back laughing and talking bad about us. Not only after all that but when they forgot our drinks they had the audacity to give us lemonade cups -___- Never going back and never ever recommending it. read more

Avoid this place! Our team from Tyndall have tried to dine at this KFC since the new building was built. However, the outside is amazing and I love how they designed the inside it's very spacious. The major problem is that they didn't hire any leadership to run this dining facility. Each time we arrived from the base at 1105 only to find the store closed. We left two times disappointed. The last two times we had to wait 15 minutes just to get in the door. Now the fun begins, from what we could tell there are four employees walking around and joking and laughing--Truly Unprofessional. They never acknowledged us in the entire 15 minutes except to only make eye contact. Once we finally did order, there was no chicken of any kind on the buffet. We waited another 15 minutes for them to add overcooked chicken to the buffet. The employees were the same three females working there both times and each time they were rude and concentrated more on the drive through orders than the customers waiting at the counter. This last visit today there were 10 people waiting at the counter and no food on the buffet. We didn't know who the manager was since there were no titles on the name tags. A shame, KFC used to be the best chicken in town, now it's not even worth the drive. We have since stopped dining here and advised all our military friends not to partake of this unprofessional establishment. Such a shame how three people can completely place a blemish on what Col Sanders spent his entire life building. Shame on them. read more

I was looking forward to enjoying lunch in the newly renovated store and was shocked to see how dirty it already looks inside. At 3 in the afternoon the counters, trash cans, drink area were all dirty and littered. I ordered the buffet, which turned out to be a bad idea. There were mayo packets and foods dripped into the salad bins, the rice was so old it was crusty brown on the bottom, there was a dry rubbery crust in the Mac & cheese, several other bins were basically empty. There was no one checking the buffet at all. When I asked for a fried chicken thigh, they brought one out that it was greasy and gross. read more

KFC - Chicken Wings Near Me - Panama City, Florida

Spent 25 dollars on twelve over cooked greasy Buffalo wings, half a scoop of Mac and cheese and 8 dehydrated potato wedges, and to add insult to injury we were told to pull into parking lot to wait for food, twenty five minutes later we got our food. Service was ridiculous. Definitely not going to recommend or visit this KFC again. read more

By far the worst service I have ever received. Twice I've been to this restaurant and both times they told me they were out of chicken or just didnt have enough to give me a 12 piece. I mean cmon you are suppose to sell chicken so you should have plenty in the warmer (because we all know it's not cooked fresh) especially at dinner time. No reason why a customer should have to wait 30 minutes for chicken. Do people actually do this? The chicken isn't that good by far. The first time this incident happened I had to wait 12 minutes in the drive thru for the car to finish their order just to find out they had no chicken all this could've been told to me at the what was then broken speaker. I will never eat there again. Sorry but you've lost my business. And I'm also telling everyone I know. read more

Don't bother with this KFC. Had the all you can eat buffet and was not impressed. I usually love KFC but this place had me around guessing. Only enjoyed a few things on the buffet out of the already small number of good looking items to choose from. Even the regular menu items were off. Mashed potatoes were like soup. Got to choose from two pieces of chicken thighs for my chicken choices. Gave it 2 stars for the inexpensive price point you get all you can eat. But if you like KFC, you may want to try another one. read more

Boooooo!!!!!!! This place sucks. I used the app to order my food. The app told me my food was ready for pickup. I got there and the employees watched me walk in and stand at the counter (waiting for service) and kept eating and drinking as if no one was even there. I had to wait for around 15 minutes just to talk to someone about picking up my order and from there, I had to wait another 20+ minutes for them to make my order. On top of it all, half my order was messed up and a few items weren't even included after paying and waiting over half an hour for piss poor service. 2 stars because the buffet actually had fresh & hot food...but the service, ugh! I ordered a meal while my husband ordered the buffet. He filled his plate while I sat down and waited for my order. 10 minutes went by so I went to the counter to check on my order. There was no one standing up there so I waited another couple of minutes until someone showed up. I showed her my receipt and she said "oh here it is"... it was sitting in a to-go sack on the counter; just sitting there, no one around and no one said a word. So I asked for a fresh plate which was brought out to me pretty quickly and I then was asked what was wrong with my original order. I told her the situation and she just walked back to the kitchen no "I'm sorry". It seems as though the front counter is neglected while the drive-through stays busy and they keep up on orders for that. read more

Ok, ok, ok. Should have read the yelp reviews before I ate here. They are all pretty much on point; trash overflowing, crappy buffet, long line for no reason and smudges on the windows. They have ONE trash can as far as I could tell. Are you serious?! The line was branched into two because of the layout of the parking/doors and the counter. This led to quite a bit of awkward "oh no, I don't want to cut in front of you" conversations, holding the line up further. The buffet was barely food let alone delicious food by the time I got to it. As unpleasant as my experience here was it would be unfair to blame it on the line workers. From what I could tell they were churning out product fairly quickly and seemed understaffed. This place could use some managerial or corporate oversight to correct the consistent problems. I mean, not every KFC is like this right? read more

WORST KFC in the WORLD. And I'm not even going to go say fire the workers, fire the MANAGERS. HECK, KFC, FIRE THE FRANCHISEES. Complete waste of space and obviously can't even manage the simplest of tasks. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. Oh, btw, the phone number doesn't work so you can't call. First time through the drive through. I got my order COMPLETELY the opposite of what I wanted. No biggie, I can change things up sometimes. Second time through, they took my order and I sat at the window for at LEAST 5 minutes. I was looking through the window, and no one was doing anything. Just standing around trying look busy because they had no orders except mine, which I could see on their order screen. Finally, someone came to the window, not to help me, but to take an order from the drive through. Then they opened the window and asked "can I help you?" In shock, I explained I've been waiting, and kept it real casual because no need to argue, I knew I was coming to leave a review on Yelp. Then I get the crappiest, smallest, greasiest, looks like its 5 days old chicken. read more

Best buffet deal in all of Panama City. Chicken is always good, but the veggie selection is also large and cooked the way a country boy likes. The price is awesome too! Especially for seniors. The difference between KFC's in the area is amazing. 23rd Street closed because they had bad service and management, which resulted in messed up orders on a regular basis. The one on 77 in Lynn Haven is much like 23rd street. Got 3-piece dinner the other day and I got two drumsticks and a thigh for something in the $10 range. I won't be back there. read more

I can't even give this one star but I had to give it something. Once again I decided to try this KFC in Callaway. I should have known better. This is the 3rd time I have gone thru the drive-thru (since the remodel) and ordered and this is the third time I have returned my food and walked away with nothing. And the employees. Especially the "manager in charge." said her name was "Lyric." What a major disappointment. Never once did I get an i'm sorry for the inconvience or we apologize. As a matter of fact she shut the window in my face and said absolutely nothing to me. Not one word. I can see why she is not the store manager and hopefully will never make it that far because this store has enough problems on its on. I will NEVER return to this location again. Please people. Worst KFC ever! I've been here twice and both times it was awful. The chicken was way overcooked and completely dry. The first time I thought it was just a fluke, but the second convinced me. "You can can't put lip stick on a pig." Nice new building but the service is horrendous and the place is always a mess. Unfortunately, we live 1 min away and have to frequent this KFC often. It is always a disaster. Makes you wonder how the chick-fil-a just down the road gives stellar service but the KFC any even get an order right even after 20min wait times in the drive-thru. One time we ordered, waited and then the cashier told us they were out of chicken breasts because the person BEHIND us just ordered the last one. Wait, what?!?!? read more

This place is horrible horrible!! I came here three times today. Came at 11:35 and they weren't even open. The sign said open at 10:30. I look thru the door and the employee were busy texting on there phone instead of getting ready to open. There were at least 8 people waiting outside. I left and came back at 12:30 and trying to order some chicken pot pies and the girl told me they haven't made them. She said it will take 25 minutes. After a unsatisfying experience.mostly my fault for not checking my order before driving the 45 minutes to my home. I discovered my order was only half there. I had all night to plan my call to managment first thing at daybreak. I was ready for the typical attitude you seam to get from every coustomer service manager i have ever spoken with.( you know what im talking about. Scripted answers how it is not there fault , they understand but can do nothing about it. ) ATT, Boost mobile, badcock furnature.) To my surprise a NICE manager by the name of Blu not only accepted responsibly for his teams actions. Also asked me how they could make this right.(not going to lie ,i was not expecting sincere, courteous, helpful responce to my compliant. ) this manager should be commend for his respectfulness. This is how customer service should be. One final thing ,no he did not just say what i wanted to hear. He respectfully pointed out "we incourgage you to double check your order at the Window to insure you get what you ordered" . a very respectful way of saying that I also was to blame for this. He was exactly right. Pay attension managers . This man is a manager. Not just a b.hole with a nametag. I will complain when nessary. I will also show respect when it is deserved. BLU. Thanks. If I could give this place a negative amount of stars, I would. We love KFC, but in the past year since moving here, we have only attempted this location 4 times. The first 2 times (used the drive thru) our order was incorrect, and the food was not even warm. The 3rd time we went inside to get food to go, instead of risking the drive thru again. We waited nearly 20 minutes for one little order of chicken and fries, and it was NOT busy. Tonight was our final attempt. We went to the drive thru where we sat for a few minutes with no acknowledgement, as a line built behind us around dinner time. I gave up, parked, and went to the door. There were about 8 employees sitting in the lobby talking, and a sloppy handwritten note on the door that said "we are closed, sorry for the inconvenience". I hope they are closed forever because this restaurant doesn't come close to meeting expectations of KFC customers. This place needs new ownership or new employees, or should just close down altogether. read more
