Ordered the steak bites. VERY dry, but flavor was ok. $10 for 9 bites is way overpriced and not worth it. I won't be ordering those again.

Absolutely HORRIBLE! Staff was rude beyond. Food was just tossed in the bag. Lost all respect to the worker(s) who treated an old lady like she was a burden and beyond rude to her. Treated me with zero respect and like I was a problem and had no problem pointing her finger in peoples faces telling them they need to wait a moment while they get caught up. Couple of really rude women working there tonight! Didn't run my card right???? Demanded it back and I said I heard it beeping as she walked away from for several minutes and said it did not run through!?!? She was rude about it, and told the other woman he said he heard it beeping. She rolled her eyes at me and said tell him it didn't run through... so she demanded card again, so I gave it to her. She ran it gave my food and then barely handed it back I had to reach in the window.. so I sat there waiting for receipt and other woman comes towards me and I had to reach in and get as she was far away with her head turned .... we stopped at Arby's for classic beef sandwiches. The lobby was closed so we used drive through. obviously not enough staff. we tried to eat the sandwiches on the way home. I've always liked Arby's, but not this time. The beef was all chopped up and mushy, more like dog food. In fact, we gave our dog all the meat. at least she liked it. if they don't have enough help, they should close until they do. We will never go to that location again. read more

Sat at drive thru for 15 minutes, car ahead of us wasn't moving so decided to go inside. Big mistake, I have never seen such chaos before. The person bagging orders was completely overwhelmed, no-one working the front counter in a timely manner. Guy in back yells don't take any burger orders cause we are out. I ordered brisket meal so sandwich was put in a bag, but then they ran out of fries. Not sure what happened to the sandwich cause when the fries got done they could not find. Horrible!!! Ordered the #13 and all I got was a cold, old bun and some shredded turkey that had hair on it and other unknown particles. There was NOTHING else on this sandwich and the fries were freezer burnt and still cold. Gave me a coke instead of a Dr. Pepper and there was no ice. We visited Panama City Arbys today, There was a customer that came in while we were there, he was very rude and demanding.
