Tired from driving all day decided to stop at this shopping plaza. We saw they had a Five Guys and we were starving so decided to pickup some lunch. This is the biggest Five Guys I've ever been to. Service was very friendly and the food came out fairly quickly. They have 2 of those soda machines that have a million different combinations. Food was good, same as you would expect from any Five Guys although I thought they skimped on the fries. Usually we can't finish the fries, this time I was left wanting some more. read more

First time coming here and was flabbergasted that it came it 63 for 3 burgers. Ate a fry and said fuck the price because it was so delicious, than I ate the burger and forgot about the price. I basically inhaled that burger. 10/10 and definitely coming back, friendly customer service and they always got a smile on their face. Good job five guys read more

Service was amazing, the restaurant itself was very clean (which is not something I can say about all five guys), and the employees were all very happy! Food was amazingg as usual, fries were done to the perfect crispness with the right level of salt, but I did ask for grilled onions on my burger and they were left off. Overall great though, and will definitely go back! read more

Food was great. Staff was friendly and courteous. My complaint is price! 2 small burgers, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks......cost $35. Wow. I had to call the bank and transfer money out of savings just to pay for lunch. Now I am used to it costing me a bit more to eat here but $35 is ridiculous. Needless to say I won't be back until prices come down. Not going to pay $9 for a basic hamburger when Burger King is offering 2 Whoppers for $8.99. It was good while it lasted 5 Guys but I don't want to work 3 hours at my job just to pay for lunch. read more

Can you tell me why I did it? I tried them again. Got a single cheeseburger, regular fry and drink. I sure hope you're sitting while you read this. $20,92!!! Got a crap load of fresh, hot, undercooked fries, that after eating 5 or 6, I threw away. Ate part of a cheeseburger, where I could swear, someone emptied a ketchup and mustard container, with each bite. The onions were good though. You really need to examine your common sense if you choose to eat hear. I already knew I would be spending more, to eat there, but I sure didn't expect that much of a price increase. Good God. I could have went across the street, order the same thing, get just as good of quality burger meat and some fries where I felt more guilty, then full, after throwing them away. At 1/3 the cost. We consider five guys a treat. Great quality food and great portions. That being said, I went and picked up dinner for me and the wife last night. Two cheeseburgers and a large fry to share. Including tip a little over $35. Was greeted to no manager present, she must have been doing dishes or something as she piped in and out collecting pans and taking them to the back. Employees talking and playing on their phones. Both our sandwiches were made incorrectly and the fries were cold. Very disappointed. Service has been going down in recent years, but this is the first time I wanted to ask for a refund. If it wasn't for the distance I had to drive I would have. Needless to say, their premium quality burgers and fries were worth the drive and price. After last night we'll go ahead and take a pass from now on. read more

Low standards at this particular location. Consider the Pier Park location instead. Cannot cook fries correctly. Almost always screw them up by undercooking them because they are in such a hurry, so they serve you soft, droopy, greasy ultra white fries. This is the only 5 Guys I've eaten at that does this. I even asked one of the managers to brown them a little bit (which should be normal) but she refused because that would not be "traditional" to 5 Guys. Ridiculous. They have also screwed my order up numerous times. Once, I even paid for my meal (~$20) and I didn't even get my food! Every single time they say "We'll take care of you next time." At least 5 times now they have told me this and I've never accepted any comp. not once. The one time I actually tried to redeem that offer I was treated like I was asking for a handout. I used to eat here twice a week, at a cost of~$20/meal/1 person, but I don't eat here at all anymore. read more

Another great Five Guys location! I like this one better than the Pier Park location for a number of reasons. It's on my side of the bridge. There are fewer tourists and it's been less of a wait so far. Finally, they have a very cutting-edge (for this area at least) soda fountain with a touchscreen that allows you to add all sorts of flavors to your beverage. As usual, you really can't find a better chain-restaurant burger than at Five Guys Burgers & Fries. read more

My wife and I have visited several times and each time we have been amazed. We have visited several Five Guys from Albuquerque, NM to Fort Collins, CO and this one is by far the friendliest and most comfortable we've had the privilege of visiting. Our food was hot and fresh, our orders were accurate each time and the staff was personable with us. We even had opportunity to chat with the manager and even though he was up against a 14 hour day he remained positive and interactive. We will certainly be visiting again knowing we get great food and great service. I truely wonderful chain. read more

My first experience with Five Guys was so good we stopped at another store in our travels. Best burger I've had! Handcut fries were great too. Free peanuts while you wait but don't fill up on them because you will have a hard time eating all your burger and fries. Clean, bright and a diner atmosphere. Wished we had one in my area! Way, way, way overcooked burger. Sent it back, 2nd verse...same as the first. This 23rd street location is awful, they are understaffed (grill guy was also running the register). We were there around 5 ish Saturday night . To busy to eat all day wanted something good and quick got there couldn't decide what we wanted on our burgers. Same good food, but this location sets the thermostat on 65 degrees. You can hang meat in the dining room at this location and it is too uncomfortable to eat inside. Employees complain that it's because it is hot behind the grill. read more

If i could give this location 0 stars, I would. My family and i were enjoying our dinner outside on the sidewalk, sitting at one of their patio tables that was set up. After getting more than halfway through our meal, (around 15 minutes in) one of the employees came outside and told us we cannot sit or eat there. Very confused, i asked why. He said "because it's against the law"... I asked him if Five Guys is writing and inn-acting their own laws now, and he said no. He clearly did not know what to say or what he was talking about. There were no signs displayed saying you cannot eat on the patio, nor were the seats and tables taken away. I asked for my money back, which they did give, packed up our mostly eaten meal, ketchup packets, napkins and drink, and we left. Does the management not understand that EVERY restaurant in Florida has had their patios open during this plandemic? Not only that, but EVERY restaurant is open back up to sit 25% capacity inside now. They are ignoring this. We will NEVER return to this location, or any other Five Guys location. My family will NOT support your communist fascism. You should be ashamed. read more
