I went to attempt to knock on the bathroom door and the manager said to throw my trash away outside. Afterwards, she said I had to buy something before being able to use the bathroom. I said ok I understand, and asked if I could use the restroom and I can get something after using the bathroom as I can go through the drive thru. She proceeded to say again only paying customers could use the bathroom and I knocked on the door - she said you need the code, and I asked if she needed to see my app to prove I was ordering something. Worst location ever!! I don't say that often, but the night workers tonight couldn't get anything right for the life of me. All we tried to order were our favorite whataburger breakfast items, but the lady said a totally different thing. I wanted Biscuits and Gravy with a Jalapeño Cheddar biscuit. This is the second of two Whataburger reviews. The first review was for a visit to a different restaurant with a family member who was visiting from out-of-state. The burger options are so filled with calories that I believe they are literally killing Texans with their food. The calorie count range from 900 to about 1700 for one burger. My food was so greasy and so salty and ill prepared that I could only eat a quarter of the burger and felt sick. They are what is wrong with fast food in America. The Standard cup option for soda or sweet tea was so gigantic that I only filled half the cup and was satisfied. The service at this location was so horrible that an employee that came to me with the catchup options and napkins did not greet me well and in fact scurried away before I could even get napkins as if she loathed her job; I watched this happen to another customer as well.
