I ordered the original chicken sandwich meal with a kale salad and strawberry milkshake. The kale salad was very good - not overdressed, tender, and tasty. The strawberry milkshake was also a delicious treat. It wasn't overly sweet and did not leave me with a stomach ache. If I'm being knit-picky, the chicken on my sandwich was a little on the thin side and my Dad's spicy chicken sandwich wasn't as spicy as it usually comes. Extremely slow service for a couple soups. Makes no sense the prolonged wait times when it isn't that busy all considering.

Walked over here for lunch while staying at the courtyard just up the road. The service was prompt and the cashiers were friendly. I had my order before they could even pour my drink it was so fast. I was really looking forward to my meal -- you know that feeling when you've been craving Chick-fil-A all day? But when my Uber Eats order arrived, the main part of it -- the chicken sandwich -- was missing. All I got were fries and a drink. When I called the store, the first person I spoke to told me they couldn't do anything except give me "reward points" to use the next day. That's not helpful when you're sitting there hungry with half an order you already paid for. The bag was sealed and the receipt sticker clearly listed everything that should've been inside, so the mistake clearly happened in-store. I completely understand that errors happen -- we're all human -- but the way this was handled was beyond disappointing. I called back about 20 minutes later and spoke with a lead who said they might be able to send it if a driver was available, but I'd have to make another order first. Then I was left on hold for over 15 minutes with no updates at all -- only to have the call end with no resolution. The service here is awful. After coming home I open my bag and find fried nuggets instead of grilled. When I called to let them know the order was incorrect they told me I had to go back because they weren't going to refund me over the phone. They also said they are unable to refund the order without the customer being present in the store which I thought was ridiculous because I have never had this problem before. I told them I had a gluten allergy and I couldn't go back because I was already home. When I finally got ahold of the manager Ingrid, did not apologize. Instead, she told me I "should've told the cashier" about my gluten allergy when I didn't think I needed to because I specifically asked for grilled nuggets. She was so persistent on me going back to get a replacement instead of refunding me for my whole meal. After I asked her for her name she tried to ignore me and had an attitude. After our disagreement, she finally decided to only refund me for my nuggets. Ingrid and the other staff member both lied to me about refunding me my order. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. It's the first place I've ever seen that has three or four lines of cars in the drive through which gets backed up for a long way anyway. It's madness and lunacy to be honest. The guy who took my order told me to reach out to customer service and they should be able to help me. Stopped at this Chick-fil-A for a midday snack. My husband got the spicy deluxe chicken sandwich and I couldn't resist getting their waffle fries. My husband felt that their spicy deluxe chicken sandwich is very juicy and tasty. I love, love, love the waffle fries dipping them in the Polynesian sauce instead of ketchup. One thing that totally impressed me was that we paused momentarily by the cashier after paying and already another employee was walking around looking for us with our food. Extra, extra speedy! This location had a kids playroom for those who have kids. There are outdoor seating with umbrellas but I imagine it would be too hot in the summer to sit outside. read more

Chick fila on Hwy6 and 59 has really gone down on their customer service.. They use to be TOP bar with the BEST customer service. Not any more.. I have had now 3 different situations 1st one I had my 2 children in the car under 4 placed order in drive through paid got to the window and forgot to order a drink for my other child. They refused to let me order a drink unless I went back around in the 10 deep car line. Talked to a female not friendly manager and she could hear my kids screaming bloody murder she told I could physically come in... 2nd EVENT There is a drive through and an online line "they" switched it and I was in the inner lane that was now changed to online.. Nothing was said after waiting 8 cars deep.. The kid told me sorry we just reversed the lane the day before and again I would have to go back around 10 cars deep on the other side!!! 3rd TIME TODAY!!! I order my lemonade with NO ice and a small French Fry. I waited 18 minutes to finally get my lemonade "with" ice and NO Fries... I stopped by either Saturday or Sunday evening, I was hungry but really was looking forward to the lemonade. I had $20 on me and didn't want to use my card, so after putting some gas in the tank I had $9 to spend, which in previous visits, should have been more than enough. I ordered my usual 8 piece nugget with a regular lemonade. I was shocked when the uninterested teenager who took my order on the tablet told me it was $10.80 something. Before I could say anything he saw the cash in my hand and said to pull up and he would take care of me there. So I did, thinking maybe there was a mistake somewhere. The 2nd uninterested teen repeated the same price, so I asked it's that much for the 8 piece combo?? He looked at his screen and muttered yeah... so I told him I only have $9 so I guess forget about it. He muttered something about it's probably the lemonade. I always get lemonade, and my total has never been over $10... but I'm a non-confrontational type of guy, so I asked how much would it be with a sprite... and this is when I knew something was up - he told me my meal with a sprite would be exactly $9. What are the odds. I said ok whatever let's do that. So as I pull up to pick up the food, I'm looking at the menu prices online. 8 piece meal is $5.95... and a medium lemonade is $3... though I fairly certain with the combo discount it comes out to a little less but I could be wrong. But even if it doesn't, $6+$3=$9... not nearly $11. I got my food, which didn't have any sauce that I had to request because I was never asked, and either got a diet sprite or the sprite was out because it tasted like straight soda water without any syrup. I worked at a Sonic for years during and after high school, I know a thing or two about this. And this just reeks of somebody stealing cash from the store, by either over charging and pocketing the extra cash, or pretending to ring something up and erasing the ticket completely when they see that cash is being used. There are plenty Chick-fil-A in the area please choose another one! I have had too many bad interactions with this one for reason I have no clue about. The workers are majority Hispanic so I don't know if it's a language barrier. I have been to plenty of Chick-fil-A with majority speaking Spanish and still no problem. On Nov 8th There was a incident where I went to pick up an mobile order in the inside and wanted to place an additional order and I was standing at the register where all the workers looked at me and was speaking Spanish and no one took the order until the manager in a red button up came and attempted to take my order and I was like it's ok. I ignored that incident because I blamed it on being busy, when I was walking out the door there when to look like chic fil a corporate people coming in the door for a visit. I just got in the line outside to place my order. On TODAY 11/20/2023 I chose to use my birthday reward for a free Entree and get some more items along with that!. I had also a free delivery reward to go with that. I placed the order for delivery and told that the delivery won't be until 1:16 pm and I placed the order at 11:21. My coworker decided to eat the same thing and she was going to pick her food up so she won't have to wait. So I called to see if I was able to switch from delivery to pick up and MADOLINE stated that I would have to cancel my order and make a payment at the restaurant. I told her it's ok to keep it as delivery because I wouldn't have the reward and I will have to wait for the money to go back on my card. I received a text stating that my order can't be delivered and to contact the restaurant. I called the restaurant back and she said that MADOLINE told her to cancel the order. On the app it is still saying right now that the order is still being prepared. The money was taken out of my account and my birthday reward is still gone. I am a signature member so getting free food is not why I'm doing this!! I have spent PLENTY of money with Chickfila. This location needs to get it together and clear the language barrier. I have to say, the drive thru is becoming more and more excruciating. I was in line #1 this morning at 9:08 it shows I placed my order and nobody knew English. I asked for a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with egg white because of my heart condition and I don't care how many times I told the person taking the order and they still couldn't understand how to place an order for egg white. They were not trained properly and I didn't receive the correct order. Instead, they charged me even for extra egg. I went with some family during the Hurricane Beryl aftermath. First of all - the drive thru line was HUGE (backing up on the feeder!) and the parking lot was full, as well as tables inside. I think maybe they have gotten used to just being so popular due to their location, but I have found the service to be subpar.
