This is not a spot to linger - order at the counter and get your food to go. There are limited tables for those that wish to dine in and the ambience is not really conducive to having a relaxing lunch. Let me start with, I like the sandwiches. That being said, over the last year - every single mobile order I've ever placed, has never been remotely ready by the pick up time. I've never seen people move so slowly. It's just a sandwich. It's mind boggling how a group of people can make it look so difficult. I love jersey mikes, but I literally hate coming to this specific location. Every time I go in it takes them about 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich. I usually go in and order a Cali club mikes way no onions no tomato's. Everytime I order it the staff doesn't know the ingredients. This time to make it easier I say number 7 (turkey and provolone add avocado lettuce LIGHT mayo and bacon. The staff said so that's a Cali club that's not a number 7. I hope the next time I go in and order a Cali club they're not asking me what goes on it then. I told the girl only lettuce mikes way. She put the lettuce on the sub, took off the lettuce started to add onions?? I said no only lettuce, she said but you said mikes way. I don't know what it is but the staff at this location always has to be difficult. As u can see by the picture the mayo is flowing outside of the sandwich when I requested light. I also said vinegar and oil on the side EXTRA bc I'm sharing. They proceeded to put the oil and vinegar on the sandwich and then gave me some on the side. I used to go to this location several years ago and ordered their sandwiches. The sandwiches were always fresh and delicious. I went recently and the service was horrible. I requested to have my sandwich toasted. The gentleman came back with my un-toasted sandwich. He did not toast the sandwich at all, the people putting the condiments on the sandwich, I had to keep requesting for more onions, less lettuce. I'm not sure if this place has new ownership, but in the past, I've never had a problem now it just seems like the workers there are not very friendly. It looks like they are remodeling the store. I ordered the california club which came with turkey, bacon, avocado, and all the veggies you want. Veggie options include lettuce, tomato, white onion, banana peppers, jalapenos, pickles, and a chili pepper mix. Condiments include salt, peppers, mayo, oil, and vinegar. Parking is atrocious. Especially during lunch time all the spaces are taken and you'll likely have to park down the road somewhere and walk a ways. It's particularly busy during lunch time as well so be prepared for a bit of a wait to place your order. It might be prudent to order ahead online and just pick up. I'd complain that Jersey Mike's is expensive ($8 for a california club tub) but all the cheeses and meats are sliced fresh.
