I really don't like sandwiches but I decided to come here because a few co workers pick up from here a lot. I walked in and everyone greeted me right away. One guys gave some recommendations so I ordered the #10 and got a sandwich and chips and a drink. It's not that spacious inside and there is limited parking but the sandwich was good and the staff was friendly so overall good experience. If you're in the area and want a quick sandwich check this place out.

Fast and delicious!! I placed an online order for a tuna sandwich. It was delivered to my home quickly and COVID safe. The drink was cold and the sandwich was perfect. Thank you guys! I'll order again!

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! This is one of the worst customer service transactions i have seen in my ENTIRE life. We placed an order for the office which was totally screw up. The excuse was that it didn't come through correctly online, and it was nothing they could do. After hunger set in we tried to call again. They took the order again over the phone this time with the "manager", and we waited for the new order, but we had to return the others. They arrive back to the office missing a sandwich (3 showing on the reprinted receipt which were still wrong, 2 received)and screwing up the others even more. He said he "chose his best sandwich maker to remake the order". We returned sandwiches, and got new sandwiches. If this is the best, I don't want any. The Unwich had bread, and missing ingredients. The 2nd sandwich had tomatoes (allergic), and the 3rd sandwich........nowhere to be found. Thanks Jimmy Johns for nothing. Still hungry and sandwich less. OAN they did us a favor and refunded 1 damn sandwich.

This is, by far, my favorite sandwich shop. And that's saying a lot because Quizno's is delicious. These sandwiches are simple. Bread, meat, cheese, lettuce, mayo. But they melt in your mouth. The secret is the bread. They have the most delicious loaves ever! Just the right amount of flake to the crust while still being incredibly soft on the inside. Combine that with the right meat and cheese, and you have eight inches of sandwich perfection, all for just $4.25 a piece. I love the store itself, too. It's clean and attractive. Also, every time I've walked into the store, I've found myself nodding and singing along to the music they play, whether it's the latest radio hit or an old favorite. But it will always fit into the broad category of "rock". The music, the friendly, young, extra hip staff, and the little signs full of attitude all over the store, allow you to pretend for a moment that you are "fighting the man" by buying a sandwich here.

Sandwiches are awful. They're fast, but that's about all I can say good about this place.

Jollibee is still more popular than ever and these four stars are really for what I hope they'll stand to achieve, not what they've been as of late. :: Red Ribbon is of no more (#1) and now Jollibee stands practically alone in its own little corner of the plaza. Instead Baker's Son By Valerio (#2) across the parking lot has become the pseudo Filipino carb hotspot that is resonating well with the community. :: Things are more expensive than ever. A 10 piece is practically $25 and family meals (aka bucket treats) are anywhere from $39-53. In spite of being one of my most made-up words in review form, Foodflation deserves another mention because it absolutely applies here. :: They now have mac and cheese on the menu. It has the same consistency as Popeye's or KFC, which is really not good. it's salty, tastes artificial, and is paltry in portion, especially when considering the price. :: They are also slower than ever. Even when there isn't something happening at NRG, the wait has been as long as 45 minutes for group and I, and even longer for a large order. This is for both takeout and dining in. For drive-thru goers, one will be directed to an open parking spot where they'll eventually bring the food out. :: For folks needing points via the app, it can only be applied using a phone number. They have no ability to scan anything on the app itself. It's just a tinge backwards. The other Jollibee locations are better in terms of execution, but this just happens to be the only one inside the loop. It's been YEARS since I've visited a Jollibee, and it seems both the individual locations and the brand as a whole have made a lot of upgrades and changes for the better! The kiosk ordering system is a nice convenience, and (specific to the Houston restaurant) the establishment has been renovated for a more modern & minimalist look. Also worth mentioning: The restaurant was clean, and the crew was organized and efficient. Go, H-Town! Now, the food: I don't dislike the spaghetti, but it's still not my cup of tea... I still can't wrap my head or my tastebuds around the sweet & sugary sauce, and the addition of fatty hot dogs just don't do it for me. The adobo rice is overrated, in my option... a lot of garlic and salt, but missing the essence of adobo. I'll also pass on the biscuit next time (dry and didn't have much going on). However, I totally get why the fried chicken has become so viral! Super crispy, but not greasy. Great flavor & seasoning without being obnoxiously salty (think Popeye's cousin who went to college). And, thanks to TikTok, I enjoyed a chicken skin taco (skin stuffed with rice and drown it in brown gravy). Yummmmm! ChickenJoy is definitely where it's at.

My order was ready quickly, and the staff was welcoming, even though I didn't dine in. I ordered the chips and queso with Tejano beef and sour cream and yessirskii it was fulfilling. Instead of using the chips they offered which were good. I used Doritos lime flaming hot chips. That combo took it to another level. The queso was rich and creamy, and the beef added just the right amount of flavor and spice. The sour cream balanced it all out perfectly. Honestly, I could eat that every day seriously!! The chicken fajita tacos were just as solid juicy, flavorful chicken with nicely charred edges, wrapped in warm, soft tortillas. Everything tasted fresh and well-seasoned. Even just walking in for pickup, I noticed the space is bright, clean, and inviting definitely somewhere I'd return to for a casual dine-in meal. Great food, great service, and a great vibe. Liberty Taco is absolutely worth a stop if you're in the area.

I would double check with staff for dairy content of the sauce/toasted bun if that is important for you. Food: food was great! Burger was thick, juicy, and dripping as I went to town. I like to tell myself that it isn't a good burger unless I feel ugly eating it (hint: I did! You'll need the napkins). Potato bun was perfectly buttered and toasted, with a gentle toast on top as well. The meat was well seasoned and cooked to perfection with crispy, caramelized edges. I'd honestly say this is a better burger than most other large American chains like Red Robin's and the likes. Slut sauce was reminiscent of thousand island dressing. The fries came seasoned in some barbecue seasoned salt. Perfectly salted, with a mild sweetness. But if you want 100% plain fries, you'll likely need to ask. Restaurant: The restaurant was pretty tidy. The lighting was pretty unique -- pink neon and industrial wire caged bulbs. There was variety in the seating arrangement: booths, tables, and high bar dining tables. Every booth had power outlets, and it seems there is a guest wifi network. The music is a bit too loud for me (pop/indiepop) to work here professionally like one would patron a coffee shop. I visited for a mid-week lunch, and given that this joint is open until 2am it'd be much more of a vibe! Service: service was great. Nothing to complain about.
